Delicious food, great service Thanks to Phillip!

I absolutely love chipotle! The first day was rough cause it was busy and packed, however whenever I through the mobile order, my food is always ready for pick up. It's not as crazy as the first day and the food is just as amazing. Sure it maybe a little cooler than expected but with a drive back home, that is expected. Nothing a microwave can't fix. They are a little heavy handed on sour cream, however definitely love the establishment and will continue to go there for a lovely meal! read more

Every time we have gone to this location in the past 4 months, they are out of at least one very common thing. Multiple times they didn't have chips and they haven't had ice for over 2 months. We love chipotle, but we are disappointed every time we go to this location. read more

I have had numerous alarming experiences here....today I had a girl roll her eyes at me when asked to get a side of guacamole for my chips. Absolutely zero managment and customer service skills from the workers here. Not sure who is managing this location, but the disrespect from workers in actually comical. I would rather drive to spokane for chipotle instead of step near this location again. They have been out of veggies for 2 months in a row now. These workers are underqualified and have serious attitude issues. Do not step foot here. The manager needs a serious wake up call before this place is shut down. read more

Came here for a quick bite at around 3:30, was happy to see a quiet and clean restaurant. The staff was kind and attentive, had my partner and I out of there with our food in less than 5 minutes flat! Don't listen to all the negative reviews about this place. They had an insane grand opening that was so busy it pushed them past their stock/quality threshold. Since then, the traffic has mellowed out and they've been able to have more product consistency. A combination of poor management, poor customer service, and poor order fulfillment policies during the store opening business left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Originally, I had ordered at 5:25PM for a 6:00PM pickup. Upon arrival, they gave me two options: (1) they told me it would be another 20 minutes, or (2) they gave me the option of canceling my online order, going inside and waiting in line to order in person. I had some work to do, so I waited the 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the Chipotlane again, they told me that they were barely filling the online orders that were to be picked up at 5:30 (not ordered at 5:30, picked up at 5:30) and that I should expect and hour more of waiting time. That would put an order I placed at 5:25 being ready almost 2 hours later. They again told me to park and come in, wait in line, and order in person for quicker service. I asked for the manager and he confirmed that they were filling in-person orders first and fitting in the online order whenever they had time. This seems like an asinine approach to customer service. The website has no means of letting a person know their food will be delayed, or that the restaurant was prioritizing in-person customers, and they had no means of giving an accurate prediction of when I would need to come back. Instead, they prioritized the walk-ins over the people who planned ahead and ordered for a specific time. Finally, I asked to have my order cancelled (after the manager offered). However, he said that the system had no means of giving me proof that the order had been cancelled because he had to "go process it manually in the office". So, I took a video of him confirming that my order would be cancelled and my money refunded. If I don't see a refund in 3-5 days, I guess I will be contacting their corporate office. read more

ALWAYS out of everything. If you do not get to this chipotle within an hour of it opening somehow they have run out of nearly half their menu (including tortillas). This has been going on for over a year since they opened. Bad management. The staff also skimps on the serving portions so much compared to other chipotles. Came here for a quick dinner and I was disappointed in the restaurant. They didn't have their drinks on the side full - most of the teas and lemonades were empty - during prime dinner hour. Their location for the napkins, etc. on the side was dirty and hadn't been cleaned up in awhile. There food didn't look very fresh and they only give a tiny amount of salad dressing for your salad. They are nothing like most chipotles which usually seem to have very fresh, great looking food that you see when they are making your order. The cashier never asked if we wanted chips or anything. They could really use some work and it was a busy saturday night. read more

I am giving no stars, but yelp won't allow it so I am forced to give 1. We love Chipotle, but our family will no longer go to this one. The final straw was trying to get my daughter a quesadilla. Was driving so called the order in (or tried to), the automated system didn't get the order correct so I tried to fix it, they ended up sending me to a direct call with the restaurant. The phone rang for 2 minutes with no one answering. I arrived at the restaurant and walked in. 6-8 workers and I was the in a line of only 3 people. Why couldn't anyone answer the phone? When it was my turn to order, I asked for a quesadilla and was informed I have to order it online. WTF? They told me they couldn't make it if I ordered it in person. Wtf? Do they bring in quesadillas from a remote location. I told them about the automated problem plus no one answering the phone. Didn't matter. Apparently I need to go outside, get WiFi and order the quesadilla online. Then....they would make it. Who in the hell owns this place? Do you want your business to fail, if so, you are on the right path. read more

I am not sure where to start. I'm all about giving new restaurants time to work out the kinks but the planning for this restaurant opening and other misc issues were the worst I've seen. Going back to my rule of not going to a new place until after a month to allow time to figure it out. This place ran out of food a couple times. First visit, drive-thru wouldn't take orders. You had to use the app and then drive up to the drive-thru. If you didn't use the app, you couldn't order at the window. Okay fine...but then, app didn't work the next day...so, went there, drive up window person said you can't get your food there and have to go inside, so we left. Tonight, ordered the new Quesadilla, large chips and queso at 7:06 PM...door dash guy texted me and said he's at the restaurant but they are backed up...I said okay...then, at 8:00, I asked if there was a problem and he said he was just told any orders made at 7:00 we're going to be another hour. Needless to say, I told DoorDash when he gets here I'll give another tip for dealing with this. At 9:45 I get a knock...gave the extra tip and the order had a quesadilla with sauces all over (yup...spilled all over), and a very small container of queso dip. Ugh! The quesadilla looked old and crusty and was not edible. So, they got the order wrong too (no large chips and no large queso; the food was disgusting, and I paid some poor guy to deliver this mess! I really hope this place gets better. I will say, Chipotle did give me my money back, but the customer service was as ridiculous as all that happened. Lesson learned...I will not return anytime soon...giving this one months before going back. If you go, just be prepared for lots of time and don't be too hungry, which is ironic, cause you go because you're hungry...perhaps take a snack to tide you over. and...please, if you have a good experience, please do a review to balance this one out. I love chipotle and when i heard they were coming to Pullman I was so excited. Nope. Every time I have come here they have either been out of something, gave me the wrong order, or make us wait 30 minutes longer than our scheduled pickup time. They need to pick up the pace because they work sooooooo slow. It's just sad because people will stop coming and they will lose their business. read more

Super slow at making burritos and they were out of cheese, guacamole, queso, and chips... worst chipotle experience.

Customer service is terrible. Every order takes 3 hours on the app. If they are overwhelmed with mobile orders they close their main counter while still falling behind on mobile orders. This has happened to me every single time I've been there. If mobile orders are so overwhelming they should just close it and keep the counter open the entire time. How are we not allowed to order from the main counter at 5pm????? Would not recommend coming here due to bad service. read more

Tried it twice, same outcome. Order through the app 30 minutes before pickup time, arrive on foot about 10 minutes before pickup time. No food at pickup time, spotted them another 5 minutes. Asked the cashier, she checked. Yup, we see the order, 5 more minutes. I watched them make a meal that matched mine, which was casually put on the shelf for pickup in the car lane. Another 10 minutes, I inquired again, the cashier located my now-cold order on the shelf for drive through pickup. Seems straightforward to ask the folks to watch the label as they glue it on the bag: is this a walk-up or drive through? I'd pin this on the supervisors. But the food was good. read more

Terrible is too nice of a word for this place. Everything is poor. They are consistently out of food. When they allowed in store ordering it took forever to get through the line only to find out they were out of...Guac...Queso...lettuce....beef...whatever it was that day, Portions are beyond stingy..I swear the server was actually counting how many black beans she put in our bowl. Then for unknown reasons they switched to only on line ordering. Well that was only more of a disaster. Was told food would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to pick it up and was told it would be at least another hour. What? It's not gourmet food. There is no reason for them to take over an hour and a half to prepare two bowls of food when all their ingredients are pre made. Oh by the way, what's freshly prepared when I see everything coming out of frozen bags? What a disappointment. read more

I understand this is a new business, and kinks are trying to be worked out. But I have had a problem with this Chipotle every time I have gone. When it first opened I drove through the drive thru thinking wow this is awesome, no line and I dont even have to get out of my car. Wrong. Got up to the window just for an employee to look at me as if I was an idiot and asked what I was doing. Apparently the drive thru was only for pick up. Mind you there was no sign in sight. The next few times I had gone around 6 o'clock on the weekends. I show up after driving 20 minutes from Moscow just to see all the employees leaving. As we pulled in the parking lot an employee screamed out their car window, "WERE CLOSED." This happened TWICE. If an establishment is going to close early why not change your hours online, especially when you know people are driving from cities away. We even tried calling before we left just to make sure, and was told on the phone by an automated message that they were open for a few more hours.Tonight I went again and scheduled a pick up. My order was scheduled for 9:15. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I got up to the window only to be told that it would be another 40 and I should just come inside.
