I don't often leave reviews but i have to say something, yesterday i got a burrito which was fine, but the manger was absolute horrible, I believe her name was yoli, yolita ? Somthing like that, was incredibly rude, when i asked about one of the meat options she gave me horrible stink eye, gave me monosyllabic responses and treated her staff as second class citizens, worse of all while I was eating, I watched her sneeze over prep area wiped her nose with her hand then return to the food station, it was so disgusting I couldn't finish my meal, managers need to be held to a higher standard then this. I love Chipotle! The food is always fresh, and delicious. Though, they keep reducing the size of their portions. I always have their salads and my daughter keep changing between burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Everything is always delicious!!! I've been to waaaay worse Chipotle chains around the US. I'm not sure why this gets such bad reviews from Yelpers but it is what it is, a fast food chain serving fresh food using fresh ingredients. Sure the tables can get a bit dirty and could use a cleaning a bit more often but overall the young adults running this location are doing a pretty good job cranking out lots of good food. The taller Caucasian kid with glasses thinks that any extra food he gives you comes out of his paycheck. I prefer when the latinas work because they will load you up. Horrible service shortly after 9pm tonight - the manager and the girl making the bowls were the worst. The cashier who was clearly new gave better service than then manager and the "bowl" maker combined. I don't like leaving bad reviews... I really don't. However, I don't know how I cannot leave a bad review for this place. I have been here many times in the past few months because I love Chipotle but this one is really not run well. The floors and tables are always dirty. And the trash is always overflowing. I have never been here when the trash is not overflowing. As long as the food is good, the dirtiness and trash can be overlooked. However, I had a burrito tonight where the lettuce seemed like it was frozen. This on top of the restaurant being dirty makes me wonder how clean this place is in food preparation. Update: I am dealing with food poisoning the following morning after eating here. My suspicions that they are not very cleanly in their food preparation is confirmed. Not a fan of watching the workers make 5 carry out orders in front of me while I wait at the counter. Maybe you should have a separate food assembly station for carry out and staff them based on volume. Don't like to watch the workers fix their masks with the hand thats touching my food. This chipotle seems to have just gotten worse with time. After my most recent experience, I think I'm done with this location totally. I placed a mobile order on a Friday night and had to wait 45 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. I understand that it's Friday night, and it's busy, but what's the point of ordering ahead if you get there and have to wait??? I watched an entire line of people get served, TWICE. Also, I watched the line make what I thought was my food (which it was), and then watched the employee place it on the counter behind the register. I saw the cashier ask her what it was, and she proceeded to say "that can wait". I'm sorry, wait? For how much longer? Another 45 minutes? This place is pathetic. I overheard other order ahead customers conversing about how they had been waiting over an hour!!!! Not acceptable!! I've complained multiple times to Chipotle's corporate, and have been given coupons for free food; however, the free food doesn't make up for the CONTINUOUS crappy experiences!! Get it together!!! I'm at a point where I don't even want to eat it anymore, which makes me sad because I love Chipotle. The meat is ALWAYS cold, I get huge chunks of Avocado in my guacamole (which almost feels frozen to me), and sinew in the meat. I continue to order extra meat when I order ahead to get home and realize that what I have in front of me MAY just be less than a regular portion. first off why the hell the lama from zootopia running the cash register. the one kid put three pieces of cheese on my bowl. it wasn't even full half way. no forks, spoons, or knifes. food was not even good. this food gives food poisoning food poisoning. jaunt tastes like an airport restaurant from the 9th layer of hell. Got a Barbacoa bowl from here the other night. Order it online and picked it up once I got off work. Picked up my food and went home. Once I got home, I opened up my bowl and I noticed there was very little meat. About 1 tablespoon of meat. I also noticed the queso I ordered was not in my bowl either. I order from here enough to realize that the amount of food in the bowl I got was a lot less than any other burrito bowls I have picked up at this same location. I did pick up my order about 45 minutes before closing but you should at least notify the customer about the Barbacoa being low or let me know that you have ran out of queso for the day. read more

Been coming here for about a year. Never had any issues until today. One of the girls preparing food on the line was chewing gum like a truck driver. I asked 2 people to tell her to stop. After eating my food,about 10 minutes later, I went to leave and saw her in the prep area STILL CHEWING GUM! First time ever posting on Yelp, but have had enough! Went last night. Wasn't busy, I was the second person in line. First thing I noticed when it was my turn was a white paper packet that said " DO NOT EAT" sitting inside the lettuce bin, and a second identical packet lying on top of the shredded cheese. I could see they came from the bags of tortillas. As the man ahead of me ordered a burrito, I saw her open a new bag of tortillas and randomly toss the same packet with DO NOT EAT all over it, that one too landed in the lettuce. She was not bothered and kept making his burrito. When it came to my turn I asked her why things labeled DO NOT EAT were sitting inside the lettuce and cheese. She just shrugged. I wanted a salad and asked for a new bin of lettuce as the one I would have been served from was 1/3 empty anyway and looked tired, and had the packet sitting on it. She left and did get more lettuce. As we moved down the line I requested the peppers. All she has were the dregs in the bin, tired, crusty. She scraped out about 1 tablespoon and put them on my lettuce. Yum. :-(. The pinto beans appears to be a bean soup. It was mostly cloudy liquid with foam on top. She scooped some of those out, the black beans looked equally dismal. The amount she served of each item was, I would estimate, 1/2 of what the servers normally serve AT OTHER LOCATIONS. I have frequented this Chipotle many times, as I pick up dinner on my way home. I drive straight home, 5 min tops, and the food is ALWAYS stone cold when I get home. Not lukewarm, cold. This time was no exception and the mean, the toppings- all of it =NOTHING had any flavor. I chose the salsas as I always do, I put on the normally tasty salad dressing - completely tasteless. And cold. Everyone in the restaurant appears to be a teenager. I don't know if there are any actual adults supervising this outlet but every timeI have picked up food in the last year and a half since living here, it's been below standard and normally ( didn't pay attention this time) there is food, lettuce, papers, trash all over the tables and the floor. I love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst one I have ever patronized. And I agree with another poster, they will stop serving the customers who have stood in line to fulfill the orders the have been ordered online. HORRIBLE customers service idea. They are always out of something here. To make matters worse, you try to call ahead of time to ask if they have an item in stock but you can't get through. There is this phone system in place that doesn't allow you to speak to a store associate. They'd rather you order an item, not get it complain then get a refund RATHER than just let you be proactive and ask an employee BEFORE you order it in the first place. The last two times I visited, I had ordered via the app and BOTH times I was missing items. This past weekend, I was missing guacamole on everything. Then the time before that the guacamole was there but I was missing my Izzy drink. The app shouldn't allow you to order things that are out of stock and employees should have a way to update their system to alert the app that an item is out of stock. If all of that is too sophisticated, then allow the employees to answer the phones!!!!! read more

Do not eat here unless you want to risk getting extremely ill. I ate a burrito bowl with chicken and was sick for almost two weeks with salmonella. Called the store and was directed to corporate but never received a refund. To my surprise, corporate was willing to pay for medical treatment (not sure if there was a limit; didn't ask) but why not just put more effort into preventing unsafe food handling and cooking to begin with? Easily the worst location I've ever been to. I know they are still sort of "new", but how they couldn't get a seasoned professional in for the first few months of opening (or just better training?), is beyond me. I love Chipotle typically but pretty bummed this location has not figured it out yet. My husband loves most all toppings in his burrito and so far, this is the only location that hasn't been able to figure out how to even get it wrapped. I have also experienced stale chips every single time so have since stopped getting them all together. Portions were insanely slim at this location. I can't imagine this team was trained by corporate staff. My carnitas bowl wasn't even half full when I had to make them add more rice and beans; the meat portion was laughable. My son got a burrito and it was barely larger than one you would get at Taco Bell. This is the first Chipotle that I have ever seen this before. No way I'll spend $8 for portions that slim again!!!
