PANANG DUCK!!!! My family came for dinner before a play and loved every dish. The panang duck was incredible while the beef and drunken noodle was much appreciated by my husband. Our server was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She made recommendations and even suggested pairings. We enjoyed the food so much we didn't take pictures. The space is small so reservations are recommended. It's beautifully decorated too!

Lots of parking. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. The place was very clean and cozy. We only did appetizers but will definitely be back for Entrees. Food was good.

We frequent this place quite often for takeout but a couple times we've had issues and when they can't get the rice correct and you have to cook your own rice so they're spending $40 it's really a shame. I called the restaurant and the responses oh well sometimes we add too much water to the rice no kidding. Then ypu can't get the rice correct its a problem.

This cozy restaurant is so nice! My friends and I took a spontaneous road trip to Finn Thai. We are from Maryland and took the hour and change journey for some delicious Thai cuisine. My friend had been there a few times already and loved it! We all dined in and ordered extra meals to take home. The ambiance is sooo cozy! Very warm and inviting. The decor was rather quaint, with old books lining the walls. The waitress was very kind and hospitable. We all started with soups, as it was quite cold outside. Two of us had the Tom Kha while another had the lemon grass soup. It was so Devine! The flavors of the soups showed the time and effort it took to simmer everything together. All three of us had the lobster fried rice. It was quite tasty, although the lobster didn't taste super duper fresh (if you ever had a top notch lobster roll, you'd understand what I'm saying). But I do want to stress that it was pretty good. One of my friends got the ginger beef. I didn't taste it, but you could tell that it was so tender and perfect. I would definitely order that when we go again! For my to-go dish, I ordered pad Thai. I read somewhere that pad Thai should be eaten fresh. I should've ate that dish at the restaurant because when I warmed it up the next day, it wasn't palatable at all. The noodles were disappointingly dry. This wasn't the restaurant's fault, though. I just know that I'll eat pad Thai fresh from now on. All in all, the ambiance of this place will make you fall in love. The people were warm and friendly. If you want to take a little trip to VA for some tasty Thai cuisine, by all means, go to Finn Thai first!

Great food, slow service - staff became confused about who was waiting on us - casual and comfortable setting.

Accordingly, I recommended it to my parents for a special meal, and round two was not as good. We were sat upstairs, which detracted from the ambience substantially, but worse was our server. From the moment she greeted us, we could tell she did not want to be there. She brought red wine in white wine glasses and a bread basket with only three pieces to a table of four people. I pointed this out and requested more bread, so that each of us could have a piece, but she never returned with more as she agreed to do. (Eventually a different server brought us more bread upon second request.) After food was served, I don't recall seeing her to check in until we'd finished eating. Absolutely unacceptable when you're waiting on a table that's putting down more than $250 before tip. Food wise, pretty happy. Fried green tomato was good; pincaha was salty but well cooked (chimichurri overpowering); duck was nice; and pastas were rich. I'd be back but specify that I want a table on the main floor, not upstairs between the bathroom and kitchen. I'd also be on the lookout for the redheaded waitress with the chip on her shoulder.

Overall the prices are high for the quality. 1) Hamburger and Fried green tomato appetizer were very good and delicious. Definitely suggest 2) French Onion soap was agreed to by everyone at the table as not very good ( almost sweet) and the worst they ever had. 3) The blacked shrimp were over cooked and tasted bad ( they were in my Cobb salad which was simply ok). Would definitely not get again 4) Crab had a great deal of filler. We will visit again, but will try other items. For the price, our expectations should be met much higher.

The greeter directed us to the tasting bar where an equally friendly staff member helped us. They told us about the vineyard, wines and food offereings. All the wines were well balanced with a nice level of complexity. We brought 4 bottles home! This is a must visit in the Northern VA/Louden wine area. However the tasting room more than made up for it. Cozy, charming and good people watching. In the winter there appears to be cute little wood burning stove inside. I love a good camp fire! The wines were genuinely good, and the staff made the experience even better. Super helpful with recommendations and clearly know their stuff when it comes to guiding you through the selections. There is pizza. It's available, but it didn't really deliver on quality -- stick to what they do best, which is the wine. If you are not in the tasting room, you can bring your own food. We LOVED the cats that casually wandered (snuck) into the tasting room like they lived in the place. They were super friendly and would walk past. On a clear day I imagine the outdoor space with those views and a real wood fire is pretty unbeatable. We'll definitely be back when the weather cooperates.

The Seafood Cioppino itself was pretty good but not sure if I would order again as it wasn't very filling by itself. I also ordered a side of the Spinach & Oyster Mushrooms in Garlic Butter. It didn't have too much of a garlic flavor and just tasted like sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms. Overall, things were good and as it got busier, service did have some lags. I liked the warm ambience of the restaurant and would consider coming back trying some of the other items on the menu.
