Ordered through the app so I was able to use the pick up window. Loved it. Bought a salad with chicken and burrito bowl with Barbacoa. Both dishes were packed full of food; very generous amounts of freshness. I have the fajita vegetables added to my salad and with the sour cream, I'm able to live without the salad dressing, so major calorie reduction. The salad mix was heavily spinach, which I like, but just FYI for anyone who may not. The tomato salsa is my go-to; I'm a little wimpy and find the medium heat corn salsa to be too spicy. The person who had the barbacoa said it was good but didn't have as much of a barbecued flavor to it as they remembered. They added guacamole to theirs and other than the missing barbecued flavor they'd anticipated, they liked it a lot. Order was ready and no wait at all. Very friendly staff member with whom I interacted. Clean and attractive lot, but then this is a location that's only been open a matter of months. If I could give negative stars I would. I hate chipotle in general but I had a hankering for the elote salsa on a burrito or salad bowl. I went there and there's no window (to order) in the drive thru situation. You have to drive around almost 360 around the building to get to the pick up window. And they told me you can ONLY order on the app. So even if I wasn't being lazy in a drive through and decided to walk in there, you still cannot order.in person. W. T. F??? So if your app glitches and doesn't work you just aren't selling anything all day??? Stupidest business model I've ever heard of for fast food. The human connection is completely lost. And even more so when you have a human telling me to open the app to order. Face. To. Face. lol trippjn Absolutely not. I am not going to pull over just to download your stupid app. I will gladly give Costco ($1.50) or in and out ($10) that's in the same parking lot my money. Unlike the Salmon Creek location they are stingy with their servings and the customer service is lacking. I think this location has only been open for a week or two and I already don't want to come back to it and instead make the 15 min drive to Salmon Creek instead. I wasn't greeted for several minutes despite nobody else being in line. Then when I was ordering the young man making my order was giving me the most flat/leveled out spoonfuls I have ever seen, you'd think he was getting it taken out of his paycheck with his servings of the ingredients! I get they don't want to go over the top but it was criminal how much I had to prompt them each time to add a reasonable amount of anything including the dang beans! Agree with earlier reviews, not a good location. About a week after opening now and they are wiped out of stuff. But no warning when ordering from the workers. No pico, no corn salsa, no guacamole, no chips, no kids apple juice boxes, no fruit...they don't even have the right containers to keep your sides separated for a quesadilla. Yet full price, even for the kids meal that was missing things. And tried to be cool about and understanding but the manager acted like I was bothering him and wouldn't offer a discount or anything. This guy in the evening shift needs to go back to training. Horrible way to set customer service and relations in a new community. I went to chipotle on the 13th for bogo . I asked for a bowl with white rice , scoop of chicken, scoop of steak, queso, hot sauce, and cheese. I received a bowl with white rice, HALF a scoop of steak (counted 5 peices) , no chicken, no hot sauce, and no cheese. they were rushing everyone by so i had no time to clarify and when i did, the server was rude to me and on top of that, charged for the stuff i didn't get. they charged me for double scoop and queso. I want to leave this review to offset the one star review, I went there at 1pm on a Sunday and had quick and excellent service, food was hot and fresh and they were refilling and replacing meats the whole time, I'd give it a five star review if the parking lot was easier to access, only one entrance/exit and it is only two cars wide right off the Roundabout, tough when there are three cars going in and out of the shared Starbucks and chipotle exit. read more

My wife had placed an order for us to pick up at 6:10 pm PDT as she was excited Chipotle had just opened here in Ridgefield, WA. This was Sunday evening approximately 6:15 pm PDT. My step son and I sat there in the pickup lane for almost 15 minutes watching the woman through the glass sliding window going back and forth making multiple orders and placing them on the rack. When she finally came to the window, she handed me my order. I politely asked why she had seen us sitting there for over 10 minutes without greeting us at all, even though we were picking up an order that was already completed and sitting on the rack. She was visibly not happy by my question and stated that once she begins an order, she is unable to do anything else until that order is completed. Funny that she completed two separate orders while I sat there waiting. I would like to reiterate that I had been very polite and was not rude at all. However, while leaving the sliding window open, she said "Asshole" loud enough that I could hear it as she walked away; even with all of the noise in the kitchen and my car running. At this point, I said loudly "I'll take your managers card now" and then the window slid shut. She did not make eye contact and was shaking her head "no". She never came back to the window. On top of everything else, by the time we got home, the food was cold and chewy because it had cooled from sitting on that rack so long. Things were spilt in the bag too. I am a very patient person, having worked retail jobs myself for many years; I very much understand that customer service can be tough. That being said, there is absolutely no excuse for her behavior in any way, especially since my 16 year old step-son was sitting right there with me. Sooo yall are lowkey ridiculous. U guys barely gave them any time to get their stuff together, for they had only been open a couple of weeks. Its been about 5 months since they've opened and their service is exceptional along with their food. They are caring and always make sure everything is prepared the way you like it. The customer service was very good. I asked for something that was not in their set up and they offered to go to the walk in and get it. I said I didn't need it that bad, as it was quite busy, but he said it was no problem and went and got it. The restaurant still seems unfinished and it is quite small. Since it was so busy we ordered ours to go. It was tasty enough. There is lots of room for improvement at this location, as it is new. Cleanliness would be one. Our take out containers were covered with cheese, pico de gallo, etc, from the area where you choose your toppings. The topper for our visit was when some of the dine-in serving trays with paper fell on the ground and one of the employees,with the help of a little kid that had been picking their nose (I wish I made that up) helped, and just picked them off the ground and put them back in the stack.
