I've been to this location a few times now, and have not had one bad experience. Sometimes portions are small but all you need to do is ask for another scoop (anything with the exceptions of meat and guac should be free). We come to this one often but I haven't left a review yet. Thank you to whoever was working tonight when my husband came in. He's an EMT and the last call he had would bother anyone and the kindness you showed him made his night a little better. The tone in his voice was so much happier when he got home after visiting this chipotle then it was when he had just gotten off from work and I want to thank you guys for that. Today I went to chipotle and I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a bowl, and the female worker asked if I wanted sour cream and when I said yes she barely put any on, so I asked for a little more and she gave me a dirty look and dumped a giant scoop over my bowl which basically turned my food into soup, I couldn't even eat it. read more

This Chipotle is superb! I skimmed some other reviews and saw that others here filed complaints or whatever because of bad/ cold food or rude service, but I do believe it got through to corporate because my recent experience was very good! I was starving so I ordered a fatty Carnitas burrito and the girl at the front of the line who helped me was so nice and friendly, asking me how my day was and engaging in conversation with all the customers. I asked for brown rice in my burrito and I got a huge, or rather, glopping spoonful, so I was happy, as I expected bird's feed based on the reviews I read before coming in. I also got a big serving of meat and the rest of the order was energetic, polite, giving me what I asked in a hearty spoonful. Will definitely make this my home Chipotle. ;-] read more

Some of the worst experiences I've had at a chipotle. There was no one in line, at all, so you would think I'd get in and out really quick. Not the case. I had to wait nearly five minutes for someone to help me start making my meal. While I was waiting the cook called repeatedly for someone to come up and help me but they kept staying in the back, laughing and talking in spanish. Not a big deal, but come on people, you got a customer waiting and your just chatting? Then it happens again when the food is made. I'm left standing at the register, card in hand, ready to pay for my food, but the cashier was no where to be found. So I wait and wait and wait, and finally one of the girls in back comes up and rings me up. There was NO ONE else there. Why make me wait? We have been to this location a few times. We like the food but tonites service was rude!! I dont know why i didnt look at her name tag but she had short blonde hair and was a little bit on the chunky side. She was the one that completed our order. I felt like she was talking to me like i was stupid. She was also loud when she was talking to me. The girl that started my order was great and the cashier was also polite. It was the middle person that was rude and for how loud she was talking to me i felt a manager should have heard her and let her know that was not acceptable. i hesitate going back. Chipotle is pretty chill, and I've never been to this location so today was my first visit. This location is pretty convenient and it was super tidy & well kept. The review isn't so much about the food - which I don't eat often, but have never had any complaint - but about the employees that helped us. The one who put our food together was Christian, he was very polite & bubbly and made sure we had everything we wanted & in the right way. The other was the cashier Lauren, she was friendly and polite as well! Just want to give credit where credit is due, you guys are doing the most & it shouldn't go unnoticed! They were both extremely pleasant & genuine and that makes all the difference in the world, especially in the service industry. You go glen coco's!! I have always loved chipotle the moment I tried it. It was so exciting to me and a lot of my friends when we realized a chipotle would be replacing blockbuster and we finally have a chipotle in the Orange crest area! I decided to come in and get lunch since I hadn't been in yet and going during school hours was probably a better idea since there's a lot of schools around the area. I was greeted by almost everyone when I got in and the staff is super friendly. Chipotle is chipotle so it was delicious as ever. Atmosphere is super chill and laid back. Only I give four points cause the music is a bit louder than I'm accustomed to but then again that's completely my opinion. There wasn't a line so of course I got my food super quick. Had a great time and definitely will keep coming back! Shout out to that nice guy, he's sort of short and Hispanic guy and complimented me on my smile, brownie points to you haha. read more

We were so excited to see a new choice of lunch spots in the area, even a chipotle, which we all love! This is my second time here, and this time, I was extremely disappointed with the food and the staff. A group of 5 friends came just after 11am, their opening time. It was not crowded, so there was nobody in line. My friend ordered in front of me. She wanted pinto beans, however, they looked really nasty! In fact, the black beans didn't look very fresh either. The pinto bean container was full, as it should be because they just opened, but it looked like they poured newly heated beans on top yesterday's old dry and crusty ones. It looked anything but fresh. My friend asked the line server if they had anymore beans and he said no. She said then I just want the fresh beans on top. He then began to mix all the beans, dry and fresh, together and said he had to do that. After she specifically asked for the beans on top! Then he played stupid and said, "oh, did you want the beans on top?" What an idiot! My friend ended up getting black beans because they looked better. Then my friend spoke to a young, female manager, who was near the register. My friend told her what happened and all she said was I'm sorry. I will talk to him about it. How about "I will comp your food since you had to compromise your order?" After all, the food on the line looked anything but fresh!!! And now that I read all of these reviews, with the same complaints, what the hell is wrong with the management here? I realize they just opened, but this is a chain restaurant and there should be trained and experienced managers running this place. I am extremely disappointed and don't know that I will come back. I would rather settle for the other eateries in the area until something else comes along. read more

I just moved to the area and coming from the oc its a big change when it comes to your food options.so when I saw this place about to open,I literally counted the days and was so happy . that one of my favorite spots was gonna open on my way to work . my first visit was OK but I totally understood the situation being that it just open a couple days prior and I know how hard it can be . couple months later they still don't have a good system or leadership for that matter,I don't see any improvements. I don't know why there is always more people doing prep work or dicking around than taking care of the guest in line witch is never more than five people.with and empty restaurant, the whole point is to get a good and tasty meal quick . I'm sure this is a franchise and I hope they turn things around and realize what's going on and salvage the business . it would be cool to see this place succeed I just think they need more attention to the guest and make sure food is warm and made properly. read more

This chipotle location will not last. The service is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order at 2:30, went to pick up my order at 3:20 AFTER it was supposed to already be done and the girl told me "oh, I was just gonna start your order" when I got home they had completely messed up all 3 of my orders. The people who work here should not be employed because they don't know how to do their jobs. This chipotle will quickly go out of business if they don't hire a new staff. I've been back a couple times...It's taken me... 10 months to try this place again after driving by it every day. The food is no longer cold! yay. The employees are interesting. Super nice - they welcome you when you walk in.... but not good at what they do. I say brown rice, they scoop white rice. I say yes please, salsa on the side and they nod and scoop the salsa but never give it to me. I ask for a sad bag of 20 chips, they charge me but never hand them to me. Same with the drink(s). Seems like there is a lot of employees for such poor service. I feel like when I go I have to really pay attention to everything or else I don't get my whole order. Oh and they do online/phone orders I guess - Every single time I'm here there are 5 employees cooking, 1 at the register and 1...maybe 2 actually serving people. I've had to wait 5 minutes while the one person serving does an online/phone order. I don't know...is it management?? c'mon I love Chipotle... read more

This location is always in tip top shape... there ingredients are always fresh and staff is always welcoming and friendly. It is very convenient that it is close by and not in a super busy area. I would definitely recommend this to other chipotle advocates as well. read more

Went to this location last night and for a Friday night around 6:00 pm, the service and food was horrible. All of the food looked like it had been sitting there all day. My steak was cold and so dry I could barely chew it. My husband said his barbacoa was not any better it was dry.Neither one of us finished our food it was that bad (and my husband NEVER wastes food). Not to mention we watched one of the staff cooking with their BARE HANDS no gloves (DISGUSTING). This is defiantly the last time we will be eating here. I'm only going to leave this place two stars because I love chipotle and want to see the restaurant return to its former glory. My problem with this location is that the customer service is always a hit or miss. Always. The employees take it to another level when they are rude. I was ordering my food one day and they were having a conversation with each other. I was the only one in line and I am an extremely patient person. After about 5 minutes of being ignored and this is after I had gotten done ordering one bowl (I was still going to ask for chips and salsa) and two more people had walked in one to pay for take out and the other to browse the menu. I took two seconds to check my phone. Then the cashier rudely told me the total but I wasn't done ordering I told her and she got upset at that and was rude until I paid. Come on. Another time I was unfortunate enough to wear my high heel boots and there was water on the floor by the soda machines and I fell. Totally ate it. Again, I was the only customer there at the time. I turn to look at where the employees where at and all were gone to the back. All of them. Not one asked me if I was alright and I now they saw me fall.
