This location BLOWS! Super slow! And the portions are small ass hell! I paid almost 10$ for a burrito and I get a table spoon of chicken?! Chicken is 1.97/lb! Normally I LOVE CHIPOTLE, but this place is disgusting!! They're dirty, the place looks dirty (and it shouldn't it's brand new) the employees look dirty. I watched one employee walk around with two different shoes on and hair that was falling in her face over the food she was handling. One employee openly coughed over the meat she was grilling, another employee that was helping me with my burrito bowl was dripping all the bean juice all over the other sides and all over the counter and my bowl, totally cross contaminating. Then to top it off he took the trash out with a pair of gloves on, came back onto the line with the same gloves and handled the food. This was the THIRD time I've been here I gave them three chances knowing they were new but never again!! The most inefficient dirty chipotle. So me and my BF went to one of our favorite places to have a fast dinner that we love... But what we got was crappy services with a worker that should have put her foot in her mouth when I asked where the manager was because there was 5 workers in the back talking while there is 12 people in line. Two workers in the dinning area on break and I guess three in the back on break chatting it up with the two actually working. One of the girls on break had her blue phone in one hand and her chipotle cup in the other having a conversation with the girl making our food. Like really!?!? Not to mention the girl had her cup on the area where she was making our food. When I asked where the mangers was she said somewhere in the back which means one of the girls talking... I then asked if this how they normally run a business and she said to me well this is our slow time and we close in an hour so we don't need everyone on the line. Really?!?! So the people that come in at 8:45pm are not as important as the customers at noon for lunch? Wtf! Let's just say if you want good service so to chipotle off central in the plaza they are amazing. read more

I've been to this Chipotle location a couple of times already and to be honest, the food is great but the service here is ridiculous. Tonight, as I was moving along in line ordering my food, I witnessed some of the workers laughing at a customer for presenting a "Buy one get one free" coupon not believing that it was real (mind you, I used the same coupon a couple of weeks back with no problem) and instead of talking rationally with her or presenting a solution, they just sent her to the back of the line. I even tried telling the cashier girl that I used the same coupon and that it had worked only to receive a sarcastic reply and more laughter. Next time, I'll be taking my business to the Chipotle down in the Riverside Plaza since the workers here love having a COMICAL time. read more

Now I love chipotle, they never disappoint as far as their food goes, but the reason why I gave his place 2 stars was because of their customer service. I walked in during a slow time. 2 ppl in front of me and no one behind me, it still took me 15min just to order my food, plus another 20min to get it. There was a kid who walked in right before me, who looked as though he was going to start his shift there, and wanted to eat- ok, but don't waste my time talking to your coworkers for 15min before you even order. Then the workers where being rude because I had a big order-a whopping 5 items because my family likes to eat too. I didn't appreciate the attitude not the annoyance they had towards me. I don't think I'll ever be going to this chipotle anytime soon. read more

I have to admit, I've never been a fan of Chipotle, we don't go often but then I heard that they deliver, so I decided to give it a try. What a disaster. First I downloaded the app and ordered my food. Pretty simple, the app is great you can personalize everything and I'm thinking this is pretty awesome and easy. But don't be fooled. The Chipotle app never informs the user that it's not a Chipotle delivery. Instead they do a backdoor delivery through doordash and you don't know it until AFTER you've ordered your food. So since I use Uber Eats successfully, I'm thinking this isn't going to be so bad, but this was horrible. The food is done by 545pm and is supposed to be at my house at 559pm. It's 615 and still no food. I call the number provided through doordash, the assigned driver. No answer. I call Chipotle to ask about my order and the youth employee identifies the food sitting there on the counter for 30 minutes and tells me "you might as well come and get it" Um, what? First of all it's cold and second of all, it's supposed to be delivered. I get handed off to a woman who may or may not be a supervisor/manager who has no clue what to do. She makes an effort to find out by claiming to call the GM who tells her to tell me to call doordash even though I repeatedly tell them I didn't order through doordash, I ordered through Chipotle. I spend 30 minutes on the phone with her going around in circles, she refuses to credit back the charge. I end up calling doordash who tell me that Chipotle is responsible for the refund not them, another wasted 30 minutes. Around and around we go. When we call back, now there's a male manager who is going to "look into it." Needless to say, it's after 7pm now and we have gone elsewhere for food. We just want our money back. NEVER use Chipotle's app to order delivery and NEVER use door dash, use Uber Eats 100% reliable! read more

This place is so amazing!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The place is clean, prices are great, and the people were so nice. I walked in greeted with a smile and when I ordered a burrito, she gave me good portions unlike other chipotle places. In the beginning when they first opened they were a little greedy with food portions but that's expected because it was new but whenever we were patient and didn't complain they would give us stuff for free. read more

I don't really give 5 stars unless it's it's an orgasmic meal lol With that said, I'm a fan of Chipotle. I had a burrito with carnitas and all the fixings. For some odd reason, the tortillas were sticking and the girl making my burrito made sure I did not get a tortilla with ANY rips or tears in it. She threw out quite a few to make sure mine was right. It was the first time I had been able to go without the "grand opening" new line being out the door. I went after lunch, around 1:30pm during the week, there was no wait, everyone was very friendly and my burrito was great. I'll definitely go again when I'm craving their lime rice :) read more

This new Chipotle location is really busy. The best bet is to order online, I can't emphasize that enough, since online ordering takes precedent over the customers waiting patiently in line. While ordering our food tonight--a four item online order was placed between our order (my wife's burrito was already being prepared) and we had to wait for the online order to be completed before continuing with our order. Another disappointing observation was watching one of the food preparers drop the online order form on the floor and placing it back on to the prep counter--thankfully they separate the food from the counter with a piece of foil. Food was delicious in typical Chipotle fashion and the staff was very courteous. read more

These guys are terrible! I really thought given enough time to work out the "bugs"they'd be fine but I was wrong. They are still sloooooooooooooow, and that's on a good day. I ordered online today to try and make things speedier and when I got there for pick up, not only was my food not ready, but they had "lost the ticket". I still had to sit and wait while they made my food, and even got pushed a few back in line. I don't recommend getting their to go. I feel as if because they know you won't check till you get home and most likely won't want to drive back they gip you on everything like rice, beans and lettuce. They can be selfish with the meat, which can be annoying but overall I really enjoy the food a lot of people complain & say it's not high quality Mexican food but I don't think they were going for that style anyways. Food was great, service by manager was excellent. I watched team members as they handled the food, great job. They handled the guests with care and speed of service. Even the restroom was very clean and well maintained. I think I can really trust this place to deliver a great product safely and with great guest service. I've been here various times and they always seem to "forget" that the veggie bowl includes guacamole. It is irritating that they know it's included in the price but try to cut cost by not including it in the meal unless you point it out to them, then you get an "oh yeah sorry I forgot." Myself and my fiancé have had our share of poor customer service from this Chipotle in the past from the time it first opened at this location, BUT, tonight we experienced the most amazing customer service here. We went in around 9:30 pm. When we reached the counter we were greeted by an employee who said her name was Que. She was warm and vibrant and made us feel comfortable(since we were taking our time looking at the menu.) She was full of humor and everyone working there with her just seemed to be in a good mood. They didn't have chorizo (which my fiancé wanted) but she immediately said if you don't mind waiting we can cook some for you right now. So we said okay. She then asked if it was to go and we said it was. She then offered complimentary drinks and chips while we waited. It was just a great experience with amazing customer service. It felt like she went above and beyond and it was so unexpected and very much appreciated. You have a gem there with Que! Great job to everyone else there too, the place was spotless and the atmosphere was positive and upbeat! They seemed like a great team! read more

I get the veggie bowl about once every other week. Normally the veggies are overly sauteed which is okay fine I don't mind. Today veggies were burned. Please keep the integrity of the veggie flavor, respect the food. You're not adding flavor by burning the veggies. The white rice was undercooked and hard to chew. Overall someone was half assing protocol. I ate my bowl like a good customer. I'm not throwing away $9 bucks worth of food. I'm going to the grocery store today and buying food for the week.
