You cannot say you offer x,y,z if it is consistently not available... was pretty comical when the staff would ask which protein you wanted even though, there was no choice!! I can also make packaged shaved steak by myself! Used to go to Frankie fresh WEEKLY when it was at the old location. Customer service was great, quality was great, cleanliness great. I was convinced to go today by a friend and I probably will not come back any time soon. I could not say the same about this new location.
