I get it's COVID but forget online ordering here. You'll easily wait 20-30 mins longer than your scheduled pick up time. And you'll probably get the wrong order. I ordered around 3:20pm for a scheduled pickup at 3:45pm. I didn't get my order until almost 4:10pm. It wasn't busy, maybe 5 other people there...and we were all waiting for our orders. They weren't understaffed, they had 9-10 employees, they were just standing around, chatting, and taking their time. I finally get my food, open it up, and it's the wrong order. I don't know bout you, but Chipotle is pretty damn bae. As a California native, that guac is not a joke. The food's pretty fresh, even with the scares and stuff, this location has never caused me pain (maybe b/c I have an iron stomach or their stuff is safe?). The place is always pretty clean and the staff are all friendly and the manager/ owner loves Make A Wish so that's a plus! This place is pretty generous as well, and if you forget or don't have enough money, you gucci. This Chipotle gonna help you out. They usually keep all their stuff stocked, but when there's fundraisers from the local schools going on, go early or don't go in case they run out of guac and sorry but no Chipotle bowl is worth it without that guac. Thank you Chipotle for making a recent catering order go so smoothly! I was organizing a catering event for a group of 64 and came in a week prior to our date to go over various options with an employee. We were able to choose from three options: boxes of burritos (pre-made), a 2 meat option and a 3 meat option. We had a variety of dietary restrictions, including those who were gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan and this was not a problem at all. We chose the 2 meat spread, which came with our choice of two meats and we went with chicken and steak. It also came with brown and white rice, pinto and black beans, corn tortillas (thrown in for our gluten free eaters), flour tortillas, corn shells, sour cream, guacamole, a multitude of salsas, cheese, lettuce and loads of chips! When I was placing the order, I mentioned to the woman assisting me that we were interested in the fajita vegetables and she threw a tray of those in there to accommodate the non-meat eaters. On the day of the event, I came by at our scheduled pick up time and everything was being packaged up for us. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us because she was wonderful and explained to us what was in each bag. She made sure everything was secure and ready to be transported. She supplied us with napkins, silverware, bowls, serving spoons, you name it. At the time of pick up I noticed that the tray of peppers and onions was very very small. After voicing my concerns to her, she offered to throw in a second tray for us and we are so thankful for that as those were eaten very quickly! The cost of a 2 meat spread for 64 people was $865. The process would have been much easier if they had delivered, which I am really hoping they consider. It was a teeny bit of a hassle transporting sterno racks and trays, having to put the water in, yada yada. Doable of course, but if they delivered it would have been the icing on the cake. They were one rack short when supplying us with stuff to set up so we ended up having to put the meats out on the table without heat. It ended up being okay considering people flooded to the meat and it was gone before it had a chance to become hot. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend people take advantage of their catering options. Their parking lot though........it's kind of the worst. read more

I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I placed an online order from my office downtown at 12:04. The ETA was to arrive at 12:32 PM...I called at 12:45 to ask for an update and to confirm that my food was prepared recently and that it would still be hot. The manager confirmed and advised that they were short staffed and they were doing the best they could and that he believed my order was JUST fulfilled and would be arriving shortly. My food arrived, cold as ice, at 2:04, nearly 2 hours after it was placed. I called the restaurant and spoke with the same manager and asked for a refund since my food was cold and way late (and it was NOT Door Dash's fault). He advised that I would need to request it online and would not process it over the phone. Overall, very poor experience. Crap customer service and cold food. read more

This place always screws up my order, this is ridiculous. Today they gave me the wrong order for probably the billionth time, and usually they forget my drink. One time a cashier charged me for the person next to me's order and told me I couldn't get a refund in store and had to call customer service for a refund. When I called customer service I was kept on hold for 1 hour just to be told that the cashier was supposed to give me a refund in store and that I couldn't get a refund over the phone. So, they sent me a voucher for a free meal, but guess what??? That voucher had a 30 day expiration date and I was about to go away for a month to a small town that doesn't have a chipotle. The key is to go in a quiet hour. I always order the meat that has the most in the container because its the freshest. I get the bowl with the tortilla on the bottom. That way I can eat and then make a burrito out of it afterwards. Also it makes it easy to load up the dish with multiple meats and veggies. Portions are huge. Chips on the side with the bowl so you can scoop the meal with the chips...yum. read more

I'm not writing a review of the food. It's Chipotle: it tastes the same wherever you order it. I'm writing a review of the service at this particular location. I get that service work sucks. Really, I do. I don't expect you to smile through your service and act perky 100% of the time. I do expect you to treat me with the same basic level of respect I accord you. The past two times I have been here, my food has gone cold twice while waiting for crew members to pack it up. The first time, one crew member was more intent on flirting with the frat bros in front of me than wrapping my burrito bowl up. I received a cold dish. And this most recent time, no less than FOUR crew members lingered around, not doing much of anything, while a line of unfinished burritos piled up at the salsa station. Again, cold burrito. Chipotle is Chipotle - they have amazing consistency at all of their locations. I've been here numerous times and I always get massive portions (which I love). They're not stingy with the guacamole (which I also love). Always fast service, except one night I stopped in and was (barely) greeted by some of the most un-enthused workers I've seen at a Chipotle - but it tasted delicious as usual so I'll let it slide. However, the last two times I've been to this location, I've received very little in terms of food, especially the meat. My guilty pleasure!!! My savior on lazy days!! My fast in and out lunch and not-so-late dinner option! It is conveniently located close to my apartment, so I can just go grab a bite ( a bowl, mostly chicken and sometimes Barbacoa). I really like how the sour cream and salsa brings the whole dish together and I definitely like the idea of fresh ingredients such a lettuce on top of my dish. It simply is my favorite fast food. Price is reasonable and the place is decently clean. The only downside is that they are kind of skimpy on meat. You might get as little as a pinch!!!! But overall, it is good fast food. read more

This is a very standard Chipotle experience. It is close to the U of R so expect a good number of students on any given evening and lines nearly out the door on Friday and Saturday nights. For this reason, I recommend only taking out at this location. The parking lot is also nearly always full so parking can be a challenge at times. There's everything from Barnes and Nobles, CVS, and even a drop in clinic nearby (All walkable). We were told it would be about two hours, which is fine- lunchtime on a Sunday I'm sure is very busy. 2:00 rolls around and we hadn't heard back from them, so we call to find out the status of our order and were told it will be another 45 minutes because "we need to chop the lettuce." In what world does it take nearly an hour to chop lettuce? Or three hours to prepare a moderate sized group order? They were also rude on the phone and hung up on my coworker making the call. The extra star is because their food still tastes as good as any other chipotle I've ever been to. For a company that has been having PR problems on a street that has been closing businesses one by one, I'm surprised that they aren't trying a little harder on the customer service end. read more

Damn I love chipotle lol burrito... And they accommodate my plain rice since I think they put entirely TOO MUCH CILANTRO in their rice which I simply just cannot take. They also pur cilantro in their mild salsa and corn so I only get the hot sauce and the smallest scoop of the corn as not to overpower my food with the cilantro. The food is always nice and fresh, adequately priced, this particular branch, I never ever had to wait, it was clean, and the staff was neat and frendly. I swear in the week I was there in Rochester visiting family I ended up here 3 times :). It was supposed to be ready at 4:28p.m. I arrived at 4:45p.m. and my order was not ready. Once I began to complain they didn't apologize but rather made an excuse saying verbatim that it wasn't their fault because the tablet they use to receive online orders was dead and it's not their fault. Like how? It's your job to keep it charged so that this would not happen. The staff was very rude, unapologetic, and surely have no training in customer service. All the employees in here are just trying to make a living and I don't blame them for any small mistakes. The reason I am giving this one star is because on todays date (November 3, 2022), an employee gave me a really hard time. They had finished making my burrito and the guy at the counter asked me if I wanted anything else. I decide that I wanted chips so I ask for these with a side of medium salsa. Next thing I know an individual who didn't appear to be doing anything for the past 10 minutes screams, "if you ask for chips make sure to ask for the salsa while you're going down the line!!
