I love chipotle but this is seriously the worst location I have ever been to. I've been here plenty of times and 90% of the time is a terrible experience. Will only be 5-10 people ahead of you and still end up waiting 25 minutes to get your food. 1 PM today and out of tortillas. Wish I knew that before standing in line for 20 minutes. Forced to order a bowl. I asked for a few sides of "taco tortillas" and they charged me $0.50 for each small tortilla. Usually it's $0.50 for a large tortilla. I usually go to this location since it's convenient and near where I live. When I order in person, the service is good and they do give a hefty amount. However, I like to order online so I can skip the line. Every time when I order online/pick up, without fail, they would skim on the amount of food. Whoever runs this place needs to lose their franchise license because it is so poorly ran. Always takes 20+ minutes just to order. Only 1-2 workers helping at the front. Always out of items. There are clearly issues coming from the top as workers are poorly trained, inventory running out, and clearly not enough staff working at any time. I visited this location today around 4:30 PM and was informed that the refrigerated portion of the food line was not working, which meant several standard items were unavailable. I understand equipment issues happen and are out of staff's control. What was disappointing was being told no accommodations or discounts would be offered, and being charged extra for cheese despite it being the only option available. Essentially, if you're out of cold items, don't expect any accommodations for the inconvenience--even when customers go out of their way to visit this location. Management, please do better. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location and will instead visit the Blossom Hill location, where I've consistently received professional service. read more

I'm not the type to usually write a bad experience, but me and my boyfriend genuinely felt uncomfortable. There was this guy with glasses probably around 19-20 who got upset since we asked him for queso after he took his gloves off. It's your usual chipotle that has the usual food. It's located in a nice plaza so you can get a lot done while you are there. Staff is friendly and they move the lines quickly during rush hours. Girlllll..... I get it's fast food, but the service is terrible. There's NOTHING fast about it. I get there, there's no meat... so the not so friendly guy says it's gonna be like 10 minutes, so I sit and wait, 5 minutes later, they finally start cooking the meat.. there was no one there so it's like they were busy btw... he didn't even apologize for me having to wait ... so maybe re visit the customer service manual. Then another customer comes and I overhear there's ALSO NO sour cream... I bypass other topping usually but I do want the sour cream, which I wasn't discounted for btw... he was so rude to a lady ordering before me and smiled when she left and was like yay I don't have to make a bowl.... I love chipotle but this one is the worst. I've been here four times and every time there's a long line, slow service, and they are out of food. This time the special chicken was out and so was the guacamole. And the Barbacoa was not even shredded. Came in large chunks in my salad. This place seems to be seriously struggling. By far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. We ordered a burrito bowl and salad bowl online and both orders were completely botched-- everything was wrong except our proteins. When we attempted to call their customer service number on Yelp, there was no live person available and went straight to an automated system, which is absolutely useless when you're trying to resolve a messed-up order. Had no choice but to drive back to the store to speak with someone in person. When we brought up the issue to the shift lead, he deflected responsibility and claimed they might have been out of black beans-- even though we literally saw a full container being refilled behind the counter. He completely dismissed the fact that multiple components of our order were incorrect, including paid add-ons like guac. They did eventually refund our order and offered a free entree coupon, but the whole experience was frustrating and avoidable had they just owned up to the mistake from the beginning. I won't be returning to this location and strongly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle and poor customer service. read more

this location has been consistently disappointing enough that I feel like I have to say something. I've ordered from here multiple times through delivery, and 9 times out of 10 something is wrong with the order. I kept giving it another chance thinking it was just bad luck, but after going in person, it's clearly a bigger issue. I came in around 2:42 PM and didn't leave until about 3:20-3:30 PM. There were only about 6-7 people in line ahead of me, but it took around 25 minutes just to get to the front. One customer actually left because of how long it was taking. There was only one employee actively serving food, and each order was taking several minutes per person. Meanwhile, multiple other employees were around but not stepping in to help, even as the line kept growing. People waiting for pickup orders were also standing there for long periods without being acknowledged. After finally getting my food and leaving, I realized my chips were missing. I had to go back in and wait again just to get a simple item I had already paid for, and even then it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I've been to several other Chipotle locations, and I don't typically run into these kinds of issues. That's what makes this stand out--this doesn't feel like a normal off day, it feels like an ongoing problem specific to this location. I understand that food service jobs can be tough, but this level of slow service, lack of coordination, and repeated order mistakes is not normal. It feels like there's a serious issue with training or management here. At this point, I don't see myself coming back to this location again. read more

Haven't been to this location in awhile as I used to live next door. Small line for an early lunch. Saw the gentlemen order a bowl ahead of me and I couldn't help but notice all the small scoops he was getting in his bowl, noticeably his scoop of chicken. I thought to myself, I hope I don't get her helping me. It looked like she was in a rush and was having a bad day or something. She had a negative energy about her with a huge frown. I got helped by a another gentleman. I ordered two bowls and I noticed over half of our items were either empty or down to the last scoop or less. Instead of replacing it with a fresh set, we not only got the leftover scrapes but was not a full portion for some of the items. Thankfully, they had enough chicken which was the most important for me. Nevertheless, my wife's bowl was sadly underwhelming in size. I would normally wait and ask to get a fresh batch of the items but there was a line building up. They were out of black beans, fajita veggies, pico, and cheese. We tried the new honey chipotle chicken and it was pretty good. Love the hint of heat and sweetness. Very flavorful and chicken was cooked good. Overall, it appeared they were understaffed and couldn't help but notice the negative energy of one of the workers. Could be that they're short staffed and stressed, not entirely sure. It was also surprising to see so many items missing, especially at an early lunch time (prior to 12pm). Def recommend trying the new chicken - you won't be disappointed. read more

Whether i come here to pick up an online order or to order in person, this location has got to be the slowesttttt. I come to this location because it's the closest to my house, but every time I come, I'm reminded why I tell myself not to go again. It doesn't matter if there's only one person ahead of you, 3 employees taking your order, or if you're the 6th person in line- the wait is long. My most recent visit was tonight and I think I will not be coming here again. I placed an order online. When I got to the restaurant, I waited about 12 min. After some time, an employee told us that their computer had crashed. When it came back on, there were 26 orders in queue. At that point, it had been 20 min past my original pick up time so I left and got refunded via chat. The in-store orders line was by the door and half of the people in line got helped before we were given an update on our mobile orders. I had a really disappointing experience at this location during lunch today. The line was extremely long, but what made it worse was how poorly things were being handled behind the counter. There was only one employee both marking food and working as the cashier, and I observed them handling money and then touching food without changing gloves. That's a serious hygiene concern and honestly unacceptable. On top of that, the overall customer service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and when issues were raised, management came across as dismissive and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. It didn't feel like there was any effort to maintain basic service standards or ensure a safe, clean environment. I'm not someone who complains often, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I hope this location takes a closer look at both food safety practices and how customers are treated, because right now it's not meeting expectations. read more

Honestly, this place seriously needs way more hires. The service is always incredibly painfully slow, only one person is doing all the front line work, serving and checkout and pickups. There needs to be at least 3 people up front. There's almost always 20 people in line and by the time people reach the front they're out of several items because the chef can only cook so much at once. The staff at this location were great--friendly, hardworking, and doing their best despite being such a small crew. I saw one person running the register while also preparing food, another working in the back, and someone else cleaning and taking out trash. The reason for my 2-star review is not the staff, but the consistent lack of basic items at this location. Today, they were out of forks (only spoons available), out of the new adobo ranch that's heavily advertised, and already out of fajita filling by 5 p.m. On top of that, the "large" queso feels more like a small for the $5.90 price, and the vinaigrette containers are never filled more than halfway. We were one of many who placed online orders which took a minimum of 45 minutes to fulfill because they were stolen, and no staff thought to question why so many people were waiting. Either turn off online ordering if you don't have appropriate coverage, or place orders behind the counter where they can't be taken by anyone other than whoever ordered. We waited 25 mins for chicken to be told that they couldn't fill all of our bowls (3) because they needed to reserve it for mobile orders. Then as we pay for our meals and get handed our drinks they tell us the carbonation isn't working for the sodas. And to top it off they were out of forks.
