I have to say that this Chipotle goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I place on-line orders somewhat frequently, and they remember me every time. I've eaten at Chipotle about 300 times or so and travel extensively for work and have eaten at them in Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, and about 12 different states as well as all over northern Ohio. Was excited when we got one here in town and have found this to be the worst one to eat at of all of them. We've had to wait for food numerous times and once went there about 15 min after they opened and didn't even have fajita(peppers and onions) mix made up, asked clerk about it and she said they just hadn't gotten it made yet. One would think a place like this would be ready to serve customers when opening for the day. read more

We liked Chipolte, but when we ate there the tables were so filthy and it wasn't even busy at all. While we cleaned one of the tables our self, We sat and ate and enjoyed our delicious food. Also I feel they should tell their employees not smoke out front and walk in with the cigarette in their hand. Its just very unsanitary. read more

We normally stop here when home visiting family. There is always a line and we expect that, but today was exceptionally slow. We got in line behind about 12 people and waited in the same spot without the line moving forward for over 10 minutes. The people on the food prep line seemed less than enthusiastic about what they were doing and weren't helping at all to try to speed the line along. This was Friday 12/30 @ 2:00 pm. At that point we left and are currently eating across the road at Five Guys. Hopefully this helps and maybe next time will be a better experience but it's always nice to have five guys come through for us when hungry and craving great food. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to! We waited 40 mins to order. They had only 2 people working behind the counter. One guy, who looked like a manager, stood around and occasionally rang someone out when he could have been helping. 2 girls came up to help, but then we realized they were just making their own food. I used to love coming here when this Chipotle first opened. Out of the last 5 times I've been here 3 times the order in the bag has been the wrong order. When you have ten workers behind the counter how on Earth do you put the wrong order in the bag??? There can be 2 or 20 cars in the lot, you're still standing in line and waiting a minimum of 15 minutes (usually closer to 30). They are ALWAYS out of something and behind the 8 ball with cooking meat. Even if you order online ahead of time, you're still waiting. Of course the quality of ingredients are great, which is the only reason I've went back time and time again. If they had just a little management, it would go a long way. read more

Worst Chipotle I've literally even been to! After a long day walking a half marathon at Cedar Point we just wanted some nice good old Chipotle. Got to the place walked through the door. We just left there. It was my husband, my daughter and myself. They made my daughters and my food then left my husband standing in line while they made a huge phone order they forgot to make. I stood there for a while watched our food get cold, and my husband continue to be ignored. I told everyone at the counter at least three times I could not check out til they waited on him. He never got his food, mine was ice cold. They charged me full price and kept weakly saying sorry. Not a good way to run a business if you ask me. I will not be going back. read more

If I could rate any place as a 0 it would be this place. Always a line because they all work so slow or too busy talking to each other to hear what the person wants. The place is always a disaster just trash, food crumbs all over and not just where ppl sit in the kitchen too. They care nothing about the cleanliness of their business. Then there's this tan dark haired girl that makes smart ass comments to everyone that orders(you're not hot stuff honey quit acting like it). Now let's talk about the food you can see the horror stories almost every month on Facebook about how another person got chicken or steak that was raw in the middle. I drove to Sandusky from Bellevue last night because I was craving chipotle. When I got there around 7:30 PM, the line was OUT THE DOOR! Stood in line about 20 min before getting to the order location. My burrito bowl then sat on the table for several minutes because there were not enough line staff to keep things moving, and things backed up waiting for check out as well. I drove home to eat my food, and it was good. But, they need to increase number of staff. read more

I love Chipotle; this has been my favorite food franchise for years. This location used to be staffed with friendly, efficient employees who seemed happy with their jobs. However, these past few months have been exceptionally bad. The food is still great, no complaints there, but the kids they've hired recently are downright rude to customers. This franchise is better than that, and I hope this problem gets fixed before Summer. If these new hires can't handle the busy days now, they'll be absolutely hopeless come June/July. read more

I love chipolte, but this location today at 1:30pm was filthy. Customers had to clean their own tables, the floor was covered in food, the grill had burnt food laying on it, the prep area had food smeared all over, I've NEVER seen a restaurant look like this! There were at least 7 employees behind the counter. Trash was overflowing. And while sitting at the table we actually had a flea jump across the table! We won't be back! I realize maybe not all the managers run the restaurant like this, but today it just couldn't be more UNSANITARY! read more

I use too like this location alot but now is not so good as use too be .could use clean a little bit more and also portions of rice and beans i getting smaller . I eat Chipotle on a regular basis and its always up to par or better! While traveling for work, I decited to visit this Chipotle and my experience was to say the least piss poor.
