I'm giving this establishment 3 stars because the two times I've been to this Chipotle it has been the BEST experience I've had at a Chipotle. THAT SAID, looking at all the previous reviews of this Chipotle I can honestly say that I've experienced the same ridiculous issues at other Chipotle's but so far NOT at this establishment. I hope not either but there are a few areas that could DEFINITELY be better. For one, whoever designed and constructed this building did NOT anticipate there to ever be a line longer than 12 people. After that it becomes crowded VERY quickly and easily making the line continue outside the building. On top of this, BE CAREFUL driving around this particular location. There are "ONE WAY" driving signs all over the parking lot so it can become dangerous if you're not paying attention or get confused. The last thing anyone wants is to tell their insurance company is, "I hit a car at Chipotle going the wrong way." So, look for the signs. The BEST WAY TO ORDER is online. I have NOT tried the phone app but I've always ordered online from my laptop both times I've been here. Trust me, this IS the best way to order Chipotle. NO LINES. Both times I have ordered using the online website my food was ready, they checked the receipt for anything extra, like beverages, and the food was prepared properly with no dents or smash marks. Here was the issue I did have BOTH times though. IF there is NO napkins or utensils in the bag I feel it's good customer service to TELL THE CUSTOMER where to get the utensils and napkins if they didn't put any in the take out order. I feel this is just common courtesy because I would be absolutely pissed if an employee handed me my food after paying and saying "Here ya' go." then leave only to find out that there were no utensils or napkins half way to where I'm going only to pull over at another Chipotle (there really are more of them than anyone realizes) or a different fast food establishment to get utensils and napkins. Yes, I do speak from experience. So the second time I ordered I made sure to make my way to the utensil counter. There were only two containers. Forks and more forks. Well, I took two forks and some napkins then tried to make my exit since the line was literally one person away from being out the door. Overall, this Chipotle has been much better than some other locations but it does have some the the same issues other Chipotle's have. I will order again from this location unless their service declines. Chipotle and their establishments should be reading these reviews if they REALLY want to improve customer relations. read more

I was totally disappointed at the quality of the kids meals that I had delivered today. They put everything in the clear side containers including the meat and brought the tacos with no rice for either kids meal. My salad had no dressing and the chips were regular bags of chips not the kids size. Way too much. I tried multiple times to get this issue resolved over the phone only to get a busy signal on the phone. This place is ran by a bunch of summer job seeking kids yelling Yolo as they work. This is a sad establishment and never has had my order right. I have repeatedly given them chances and they have failed poorly every time. read more

Second time there summer of 2019. No vegetables available and none in the waiting. Worker told me someone had to cut them up. Obviously this shows pure laziness. I love Chipotle. It always makes my day with its delicious combinations, and never manages to fail in filling my hungry stomach. This chipotle has the usual food, of course, although the service is sometimes lacking. Most of the time, my burrito has at least one rip in it, and is lousily wrapped, with a mixture of rice and sour cream pouring out its backside. This is only a slight nuisance, of course, seeing as a fork can easily save the day in this case, but it is something that can be improved. Otherwise, it's Chipotle, and it could never go wrong :D read more

Yes, I understand that everyone loves chipotle. But this place is absolutely terrible. The workers do not understand the concept of customer service. One worker stood there and made 10 Guac sides BEFORE she put salsa on my bowl because she "didn't like when people asked for sides of guac" so she decided to make a surplus amount of them. Also, the last time I went they had a 30 minute wait for white rice. WHITE RICE!! May I also add that this was at 530 pm when everyone was off of work waiting in a line out the door for their dinner. I mean honestly, this place needs a whole new line of workers because these people get absolutely nothing accomplished. They're lucky I like chipotle so much. read more

Best chipotle in the area. You can tell the management there really cares about quality and freshness of their food. Very consistently fresh which is more than I can say about most chipotles. The wait is usually a little long but that is inevitable being in Solon. Anyone who complains about the staff being "rude" was probably being a pain in the butt. I've had nothing but friendly experiences with the "black female staff" they're sweet as can be. These people get paid minimum wage. Honestly, what do you expect. Get off your phone, figure out what you want, and order your food. End rant. read more

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me. I have gone there for 4 years, and I can't remember a single time there wasn't a line out the door. This isn't because its so good, its because the staff cares more about socializing with each other than the customer. They mess up wrapping my burrito and then don't fix it. Today they were out of brown rice, tomato, corn, and guac. At lunch time on a Saturday. It's unacceptable. I get all 4 of those on my regular order. And did they offer a discount? Of course not. I think today's experience was the last straw. I will not be back, and I would recommend almost anything over going to this restaurant. Absolutely egregious. Also, their restroom is always filthy, and they don't even offer online or over the phone ordering. read more

so frustrating. Made an online order for pickup in the morning, for pickup at 2:30, and they hadn't even started any online orders when I was there at 2:36. I stood for at least 10 minutes and the whole line of employees was so disorganized. The food tasted good but that's all I can say that was pleasant about this experience. I ordered online and the instructions are to skip the line and go to the register or pick-up window when you arrive. They were pretty busy when I arrived at 12:45, the scheduled pick-up time. However there is no pick-up window marked inside and the cashier ignored me for more than five minutes while she checked out other customers. Finally another customer came in and stood by the entrance to the kitchen and seating area and someone from the kitchen acknowledged her and then started preparing her order. So finally after her order was prepared they acknowledged me and handed me my bagged order, which was obviously ready before I arrived. When I get back to my destination I realize that the bag is soaking wet on the bottom and one side because the tray lid was not properly secured and the sauce had leaked out. Can't wait to go back to my car and see the stains on my upholstery. After a 7 minute wait and a five minute drive the food was cold. read more

I frequent this Chipotle and have always had pretty average experiences. Only come here, if you have time to waste because they are extremely slow. However, today was below average, arguably the worst. I ordered online for a 5:15 pick up and was walking in the door at 5:18. Seemed like my food had been sitting for over an hour. I use "my food loosely" bc someone else's order was in my bag. Nothing that I requested during ordering was correct and on top of that I found two pieces of chicken that were still PINK!!! I called and spoke to Mitchell the manager (I believe), sounded like his first day on the job. But he did offer to remake my order for another day, too bad I was looking to eat my lunch today!!!! read more

I came for teacher appreciation day with a friend. The line was crazy. It was out the door and down the sidewalk. If it weren't for a buy one get I one deal, we would have left. I have to tell you that they were very efficient. I thought we would wait for at least half an hour, but it only took 15 minutes or so. They had an assembly line with 1 person working each portion of your burrito or tacos so it went really quickly for the number of people they had in line. My burrito was huge and really good - for 3 bucks, you couldn't beat it. read more

This is the first time I have ever been to a Chipotle, and probably the last. Everyone in this area praises it for the food but I found it to be no better than other places to get burritos and tacos and the prices to be higher. The food was delicious though. I might have given a slightly higher rating if not for the following reasons below: 1) I ordered online for the order to be ready at 12:15, I get there and the order is not ready at 12:15 2) When the order was completed, the person who made my food checked me out, handled money, and then went straight back to making the next order without washing their hands or cleaning their hands in anyway. This is one of the first things taught in food preparation, to wash your hands after handling money or anything else that could contaminate the food. read more

Seriously, this is probably the WORST Chipotle ever! If you are lucky, there will be two employees working while the rest stand around. I walked in a couple of months ago and the guy in the back was blaring profanity laced rap music from his phone that could be clearly heard from the line. Unprofessional and no sense of urgency... even when the line is well out of the door. My colleagues and I placed on-line orders between 11:20am and 11:30am for orders to be picked up at noon. We used the pay on-line option since not all of us were going to pick up the order. I even called to verify that this would not be a problem. When my coworker arrived at 12pm NONE of the food was ready. She had to wait over a half hour for our orders to be prepared. She was not given any explanation or apology from anyone in the restaurant. It was only suggested to her that we NOT use the online ordering option again. This is EXTREMELY poor customer service and I am so disappointed in this restaurant. I have ordered online before with no issues and would at the very least expect our orders to be made as soon as we arrive to pick them up if they aren't already ready. I am shocked that not even one part of anyone's meal was comped by the manager. I would love to discuss this with the manager but nobody is even answering the phone at this location. Crew members on the line pretend not to hear your orders correctly, and when you try and correct them, they stare at you like they can't hear! Keep in mind, I spoke up after this charade, and the girl on cash just kept repeating, "that will be 30.00 dollars." I gave an extra star just because at least she smiled at me while she ignored my requests. Honestly, we all know this Chipotle is sub par. It's no surprise I constantly see new employees there, because their hiring has been poor. I figured why complain to a non-compassionate service manager and tell the public of my story. worst chipotle ive been to. steak was overcooked and the dining area was disgusting. there were no clean tables to eat. the workers who were making the bowls and burritos work spaces were uncleaned and they didnt care to wipe them off after they had gotten something on the counter. they kept moving burritos across cheese, sour cream and whatever else. floors were upswept. overall, terribly managed. go a different place. read more

Not a bad chipotle if you come during off hours and I come here regularly. Service is consistent enough that I know what to expect unlike a lot of other Chipotle's in the area. They're better at restocking low ingredients so you don't have to wait. My only con now is that Chipotle employees seem to be predictive genies who reach for whatever they think you might want on your bowl, even if you haven't said anything yet. These predictive genies also happen to be heavy handed when it comes to salsa only, throwing off the balance of your bowl, so you might just be eating a bowl of corn and rice if you don't watch them. The pico de gallo, or "tomatoes", is god awful now, seems like they completely removed the red onion from the salsa and it is in fact just "tomatoes" now. Also, avoid doing more than one order at once because the predictive genies will throw something in your order when you aren't looking, or fail to hear what you asked them to add in and have the lid on and your order rang up before you can notice. read more

PLEASE FIX THIS CHIPOTLE!! I consistently have been a customer 1-2x a week for the 2 past years, and it only continues to get worse. Why would I keep going back? The quality of food is actually better more times than it isn't. I try not to think about what health codes were violated when it was prepared. I'm convinced there is no manager at this location. My last visit was like anarchy. Swearing, slamming things down, 30 minute wait at 3pm. I purposely wait until after 2pm to eat lunch to avoid a line, and I was in line for a solid 30 minutes. I could absolutely not get a smile from one worker. Only glares and mumbles. One employee on the line actually started swearing about the customer In front of me; I guess he was asking for selections out of order. Another employee on the line was using the same gloves he wrapped burritos with to wipe spilled food off of the counter. I could go on and on. You have to see it to believe it. The kicker was the hot salsa I had ordered on the side (thank goodness!) was clearly made accidentally (on purpose?) WAY TOO SPICY! I took the smallest bite and almost choked too death and immediately tears were pouring from eyes. I've ordered the same order for 5 years; this was NOT the recipe! It could literally have killed someone. Someone must step in and shape this place up! Solon is a nice area, there's no excuse for this place to be so bad. read more

I always have problems with this location. I figured it's been awhile so it shouldn't still be bad. But I was wrong! When I got there they stated they were making white rice as they were out and it would be 15 minutes. I was ok with that....who wouldn't want fresh rice? Multiple issues here. While we were waiting they ran out of sour cream and DID NOT say anything until the rice was ready. If I knew that I would have left! While we were waiting for rice a customer came up and stated their rice was undercooked. When I got home I noticed the fresh white rice they made....was also undercooked! Your team needs retrained on making the food correctly and Hygiene. The person working the register and preparing part of the food never changed gloved between handling a credit card or scooping up lettuce. I also saw another person wipe their nose on the arm. I understand...runny noses happen but don't wipe on your arm while you are standing in front of food going out to customers. read more
