Although the in/out isn't the easiest (unless you're continuing to head east on Jericho Tpke), this is a solid Chipotle. I've never seen the ol' line of snooze like you'll see at the other locations (although the workers keep telling me I 'just missed' the rush), so plan on hitting the counter quick! I usually order online to skip the (nonexistent) line and 99% of the time it's not ready when I arrive, but they fire it up as soon as I hit the register. In the end, it would be nice if it was ready, but it's also nice to see it's not sitting out for 5-10min, so let's call this a wash. The interior is on the smaller side, when comparing it to the Hicksville location, but with the light crowd you can always find a spot to sit. In the area and need a 'rito? Hit up a local spot!... but since there are none in the area, there's no better place than here! read more

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Web orders are a sloppy mess, frequently wrong and sometimes there are so little topping portions it looks like they just wiped the spoon over the meat. Other times the bowl is saturated and reduced to mush. My bag split from wetness and the bowl fell on the floor a couple times. The staff is often moody and managers are combative. After a few weeks there are a whole new set of faces. Must be unpleasant to work there. read more

I'm so happy that there is a Chipotle nearer to where I work now!! I've been peeping out this location since that sign went up and it's finally opened! The staff there is great, just as quick and delicious as the older locations. So very happy (and fat). This Chipotle beats out the other locations near this one. The service is always friendly and fast, and the lines are never crazy long, unlike the location in Huntington. Great choice for a quick, and filling meal. I'm sure most people have had Chipotle as it's slowly becoming a household name like McDonalds. They have burritos, tacos, salads, and burrito bowls, all made to order. They have call ahead/order online, which is nice if you're in a rush and just want to pick up the food and go. The sit in area and beverage station is always clean, and the trash is never full or overflowing. If I was in the mood for Chipotle, I would definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to come here as this location is better overall, in all aspects. Okay so I do love chipotle,but I'm giving an ok review for this one specifically because of and experience that I had at this So I was very hungry, and of course I decided to go to chipotle. I want to say I was greeted by this short girl, but it was more of an attitude which is not how someone should treat their paying customers. So she asks me "what do you want" I give her my order of what rice I want and she automatically dumped the wrong rice in and got mad at me when I said that was not the rice I wanted. And then she didn't label my bowl right and this blonde coworker of her was a little nasty too. So when I opened up the bag to eat my chipotle, it was the wrong order. I had to drive all of the way back to the place and once again the order was wrong. So the same little brown haired girl rolls her eyes and gets mad again because she has to make me a new bowl. Sorry, but if you and your friend weren't too busy socializing, this wouldn't of happened. Otherwise, other workers there are nice, and the decorations are so simple and nice. While at some Chipotles you can wait too long to order food, this location is efficient and incredibly pleasant while making your food, even during peak times! Its a Chipotle. It's good. The quality of the food at this one seem's to be pretty good and they usually are not skimpy on meat, toppings, etc. This staff knows how to move a long line along. My one gripe with this Chipotle, and all of them is that they all are in such a rush that all of the toppings wind up mixed up. There's always corn in the sour cream, etc etc. For people with allergies that might not be the best thing but for me I just hate getting a bunch of corn I didn't want in a burrito. This is why I find it's best to order online, I think they prepare those orders in their own little section which isn't effected be over-spill from rushing. read more

The manager, John, explained to us that he has instructed his staff to call for him to personally appear each and every time a customer needs a taco redone due to a miscommunication with the order. As a customer with a preteen who likes to order himself but gets embarrassed on occasion, I feel that John's approach is insensitive to young people, both customers and staff. It's just tacos. Mistakes over rice and tomatoes don't need to be micromanaged and stressed about by adults. Empower the young people to do the right thing and make good without undue interference. read more

All chipotles are the same to me. Good, hot made to order food. Just visited this location for lunch. My friend has a gluten allergy and they changed their gloves (as they should). the manager was sweeping the floor stopping to ask people eating if he could get them anything, any extras napkins or dressing, so I thought that was really nice. This is a terrible chipotle. Almost literally half the time, the meat is grossly undercooked and fatty, so you're basically gambling your money away with a 50/50 chance of getting edible meat. My wife and our 3 year old son got takeout from the Syosset chipotle location last night. My wife had a burrito bowl with chicken. She has spent the entire night vomiting. Not once or twice, but about 6 times throughout the whole night. At this point I'm going to be bringing her to the hospital as I'm very concerned she could have E Coli and she's likely also suffering from dehydration. I'm seeing a lot of reviews about the line here - I come at about 5 pm on weekdays usually, and there is very little line. And honestly, the counter folks move quickly (sometimes a little too quickly - have your order ready, or at least pay attention when ordering!) I feel like the Chipotle craze died after the food poisoning scares, which for reason didn't phase me. Chipotle has never gotten me sick, and I'm of the age now where I just can't eat Taco Bell anymore (I used to love TB). This isn't to say that Chipotle is the same as Taco Bell - far from it. I also prefer Chipotle to Green Cactus, which I used to adore. The GC's in the area are just too heavy w/ the cheese. Granted, Chipotle is still "fast casual" - Rick Bayless isn't chef'ing it up back there. But it's good enough, and it's my go-to when we want burritos. Note that, like most of the stores in the area on Jericho Turnpike, parking can be difficult, but not lately. It used to be a madhouse, but it's manageable now. read more
