I've been to Chik-Fil-A many times and everytime I come here, it's always bustling with customers. Whether it's inside or drive thru. The staff here is exceptional. They move very efficiently and all seem to really enjoy doing what they are doing there which is always pleasant. The food is always super consistent. Is it expensive for fast food and the volume of what you get? A tad. But everything is executed so well. They got an extremely good Mac n cheese (it actually tastes homemade with a good top crust). Their cold brew iced coffees are good and I love their frosted lemonades when looking for a treat. Not to mention the best waffle fries always cooked to perfection. Today was the first time eating inside and there are disposable place mats for kids, a play area and coloring pages with crayons. How cute! read more

If the food at this spot doesn't win you over, the atmosphere definitely will. This may be the most intimately themed Chick-fil-A I've been in. The place is spacious, clean, has flowered vases at each table and a playplace inspired section at the northeast corner for children. A place this good looking has got to have top tier food and of course Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint. The Grilled chicken club I had is flavorful, their fries are crisp while tender and I had a cookies and cream milkshake which was next world lovely. Service is always top notch at Chick-fil-A so I'm not surprised that they stick with that formula and don't stray from it. A wonderful location this is. read more

The only fast food I'll eat. It's always guaranteed to be fresh and hearty. The employees are so nice and friendly. I've only been to the Hicksville location and it's always immaculately clean. The tables, bathrooms, everything is clean! This trip I came for the Pimiento cheese sandwich and waffle fries. I ordered it without jalapeño. Warning it's a messy sandwich but soooo good! Said for me to pull in the parking lot and hazards lights on , but it was not busy and it takes at most 2 minutes to make the e sandwich. Atleast 5 other cars are also there waiting while the worker doesn't even know which car to go to. The system they have is horrific I would much rather go to a different one as it's not as much as a hassle your get food. A restaurant is faster than this. This must be the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A drive thru in the country. I have been working nearby for a couple of years now and every time I come here the drive thru is EXTREMELY slow. And I use the mobile app to order ahead. This specific time it took me 18 minutes from the time I arrived on line until I received my food. And there have been times they have asked me to pull around and wait for my food. And I waited there an additional 10 minutes. I order regular menu items. I do not understand what the issue is here. They used to call me the Chick Filla, but that was for some other reason entirely. The servers here were friendly enough, but the 2 chicken sandwiches and the lukewarm fries were crap. Also she said her coke was flat (I didn't try any, I stopped drinking coke except when LFC play). Chick-Fil-A might be one of the worst chains there is. One of the reasons I don't like them is because they're consistently dry and bland and tasteless and pretty much any other Fried Chicken chain is going to be more tasty. I eat at a lot of Republican and Patriotic and Christian type places around the country - sometimes I have no choice - and sometimes they're delicious. In this case, it's dog sh** and people must be seriously addicted to salt and grease because almost any fried chicken is tastier, better made, better meat, and often cheaper even. Another reason I don't like them is that they get involved in hateful politics - repeatedly donating to campaigns against homosexuals and against women who have abortions and against Freedom basically. So they are the most un-American chain, ironically. Americans can't be about freedom and also want to restrict people's rights - that's inherently very very un-American. But this location specifically has issues because the food is as bad as I remember, like a lot of the other locations. My Long Island tour guide has two kids and they both love chicken nuggets and that's why she stopps here and I shared a chicken sandwich with her while the kids shared mine (because I hated it), and it was as dry and mayonnaise slathered and crap as I remembered from my college days. read more

Everytime i am in the area i come to chic fil A. Let's start by saying if you come here just never expect it to be empty. There is always a line whether it's inside or drive thru. The drive thru is always quick. They always have more than 4 people outside helping to speed up the process by taking your order on tablet and allowing pick up at the window. This visit i went and got myself the spicy chicken sandwiches (3 orders 1 fried and 2 grilled), with chicken nuggets and a lemonade iced tea. Came here tonight with my bff after a movie at Broadway Mall. She had a burger with bacon and waffle fries, and I had a meal of 12ct grilled nuggets. The nuggets were half gross. About every other nugget had cartilage still attached and it's so gross to chew on that! However, I will give them credit for all white meat and juiciness. We sampled all of their sauces. None of them were anything great. All a bunch of Ehs. The best sauce is at the counter with utensils and napkins and such: mustard! The waffle fries were not salty and were fresh. They were a bit greasy but not too greasy. My friend enjoyed her burger. They bring the food to you which is nice but you need to grab everything you want to use whilst you eat from the counter to the side of where one orders. The ambiance is nice. I was shocked to see a well designed fast food eatery. I haven't visited the restrooms and and I noticed a play area for kids at the back. They also have a drive through and one can sit at the windows by where the drivers line up. It gets quite chilly in there. My guess is the flux of customers incoming and outgoing as well as the window they slide open for the drive through orders. The noise level was relatively quiet, but we also arrived at a later hour when most people have already eaten dinner. It was certainly less crowded than the occupancy level could have been. The parking lot is a bit confusing getting to. It's not well marked from the roads circling the mall. Happy eats! read more

I've visited a few Chick Fil A's in the south previously but none are quite like this Long Island location is New York ! This location gave me the feel of southern hospitality out East! This location is my friend's second home. Her 9 year old is a picky eater, so she frequents chicken restaurants often. We took our children for dinner and it couldn't have been more perfect because they have a Play Place for them ! This location has a very large dining space and the staff keeps the restaurant very organized and clean. They even have plastic place mats for the kids to place their food on. I was sold on the Kid's meal menu options here with a choice of different beverages, healthy sides like a cup of fruit or salad instead of waffle fries. My daughter chose the nuggets, fries and a chocolate shakes. I never knew about the shakes until now ! I love them ! Thick and delicious. This is now her favorite place to dine because she can eat the things she loves and have fun afterwards. The meals are affordable and come with cute little fun treats. We as parents can enjoy as well with plenty of healthy combos to choose from and othering fattening goodies. It also helps that it's right next to the mall where I can go shopping afterwards. read more

My damn co-workers were at it again. Chick-fil-A? Why? Why go there? There are so many other places around. Alright, alright, I give in dammit! I gave up after months of saying nah, nope, no!! And the first thing I noticed walking through the doors was how clean and flowery the place looked. Aesthetics...check. Had no idea what I wanted or what to order. But it's simple, they only sell chicken, how hard can that be? We were helped by the manager behind the register. This ultra bubbly lady from N.C., happened to know the somebody of someone, somehow, somewhere my co-worker knew...small world. Customer service interaction...check. So here I am, late to another party, the ChickadeefilA party that is. I'm not the biggest fan of fast food, but I ended up fully enjoying my fresh, juicy and crisp order delivered to my booth, the not your typical fast food concept and the atmosphere plus service. I can count the number of times I've had Chick-fil-A on one hand and one of those times was this past Sunday. The drive-thru line appeared long at first, but it actually moved rather quickly! Everyone from the girl take orders in line to the guy/girl duo at the window were quite exceptional at what they do. They were super welcoming, upbeat and very efficient. Apparently the dude the girl in front of me was shirtless, so we all had a good chuckle. In terms of the food, it was pretty darn good for fast food. This is my go to Chick-fil-A since I moved back to NY from Austin. The ones in the city is only in Manhattan and Queens. I like this location, because my twins love the playscape that they have. I love the service I get here it's on par with what you would expect from Chick-fil-A if you've ever been here before. I love being able to use the app to mobile order, because this location has only been getting busier and the app cuts down significantly on the wait time. The menu is a mix between the usually junk food and healthier options like salads, fruit salads, and kale in the kids meal at that! There's ample parking at this location and outdoor seating however navigating in and out and get tricky since it's in a mall location, but overall this Chick-fil-A has always been consistent with their service and quality of food. read more

Pls explain to me why, I ordered food on the app got it in the drive thru, I ordered like 2 meals, 1 for me 1 for my dad, and these people were so cheap with the sauce they gave us 2 meanwhile we requested much more. I walked inside and this going girl who looked 12 she had black hair she didn't yell, she screamed at me: "due to a nationwide shortage we're limiting how much sauce we're giving out" so, 1 sauce for me, who got a sandwich and large fry, and 1 sauce for my dad who also got a sandwich and fry. Holy crap! For a fast food place, it's clean and so well taken care of. There are fresh flowers on the tables, and upbeat background music. Impeccably stocked condiment station and every table was clean. The gentleman at the counter was able to put up with all my bullshit and indecisiveness, and managed to put my order together perfectly, which is no easy feat. Pickup got a little bottlenecked, but with fresh fried chicken, and hand spun milkshakes, one might expect to wait a moment for pickup. Also, although it backed up a bit, it was managed well and politely. My food was hot and accurate-I actually had to give the chicken a minute to cool! Who would've expected this from a fast food establishment. Well done to the management of this place. Highly recommend, and I will be back any time I return to ikea! read more

I think the construction of this Chick-Fill-A in Hicksville was one of the best things our community has experienced in a while. I say this pretty seriously because I've been going almost weekly since it opened, lol. The place still has long lines even though it has been open for a bit. Inside, there is plenty of seating and a pretty comfortable environment. I always order the same thing: #1 Chick-Fill-A sandwich meal with large fries ($7.29) and an extra chicken sandwich ($3.75 each). Total comes out to $11.99. The chicken sandwich is soooo good. Everything comes together so perfectly and the chicken breast is always nice and moist on the inside. I love their sauces, especially the regular BBQ sauce and honey mustard. I always get Chick-Fill-A sauce to dip the fries in. Overall my meal always hits the spot with ultra satisfaction. Service is awesome; I love their commitment to being nice to customers. So refreshing when the typical Long Islander or New Yorker is used to fast food employees with IDGAF attitudes. If there is ever a mistake or potential mistake, they always fix it and you usually end up with free food without paying for it. The only flaw with this place is price. The chicken sandwiches are small (which is why I need two when I go), and my meal comes out to $12, as opposed to under $10, which I would prefer. As far as fast-food goes, that price point approaches Shack-Shack status, though it's not as egregious. Still, considering the quality of the food, you could do worse. I didn't want to dock a star for that because my meals here are always immensely satisfying. But it's just a tad more expensive than what would be ideal. Overall, Chick-Fill-A is one of my favorites and I'll be back for more very often. read more

My mother and I are from Queens and have been customers at this Chik-fil-A franchise since they opened for business and have always enjoyed the food and service here. We would like to pay a compliment to a very nice lady named Barbara! My mother says she has talked with her a few times and whenever my mother needs something while I am ordering our food, she never hesitates to help her. Barbara is very accommodating, friendly and goes out of her to make her feel more comfortable. When my mother tells me she likes someone you can be sure we like to publicly pay that person a compliment. I actually met her this evening for the first time and echo my mother's sentiment!
