On Sunday, we wanted to get Moe's for dinner! The kids got a quesadilla and a burrito, my husband got a burrito, and I got a quesadilla. The service the associates provide is always great! I love hearing the iconic 'Welcome to Moe's!' greeting as soon as I walk through the door. The chips were delicious, and the salsas were fresh. There soda machine was broken. I was waiting to get some soda with my lunch for about 12 minutes. Finally the mgr said to grab a bottled soda out of the refrigerator. I appreciated that he said that because I was waiting for the machine for a long time. At least he made it right. read more

I go to this location 3-5 times per month for a quick lunch. The location itself is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming however I am unsure what company protocol is when there is a lunch rush. Today as I waited in a line of over 10 people for close to 15 minutes I observed that online orders immediately cut the line of patrons that are waiting in person to get food. The flow of people waiting gets severed by online ordering and it literally doubles if not triples the time that people are waiting to get their food. Typically I would look the other way because I understand that online ordering is the new standard in this day and age however when I got the register to pay for the food I ordered and waited patiently for. I was greeted with several people reaching over my shoulder waving phones in the face of the cashier to pick up the food orders they made on-line. At this point I was standing there cash in hand with my total on the screen and the cashier then decided that I needed to wait for her to take care of the online people that cut the line and were holding cell phones impatiently over my shoulder. I generally don't like Moe's. I think their chips aren't salty enough and generally taste like bad oil, and I'm not a huge fan of the food. This location is better than what I'm used to. In fairness, I'm still not a huge fan. That said, the staff was quick and friendly, the orders came out right, the food was fairly priced, they gave us way too many chips, the soda machine was good, they had a great variety, it was clean and spacious with plenty of seating. If you like Moe's, this is as good of a Moe's as you're going to find. Moe's Moe's Moe's. Fun to say too. So my wife made me change my star rating dramatically. I must have had a really unlikely experience since she has been in several times since and not only does the food suck like always, but they screw up her order every time. Whatever. Many thumbs up to Moe's! I got there a minute after closing time. I knew it was closing time, but I saw customers in there...so I figured it give it a try and go in. When I got to the door the manger told me they were closed....but I would be able to order a select number of things as certain items were already put away and cleaned. I said that was fine and continued to thank him. I hated being that person that came in after closing time. I know personally how hard and sometimes annoying working in customer service is. This Moe's was great! We stopped here for lunch while in town for a hockey tournament. It had all the offerings that they usually have to create your own tacos, burritos, nachos and salads. What I loved was that this was larger than the local Moe's in my hometown and everything was super clean and the food was really fresh! One thing that I really like about Moe's is the fresh salsa bar. All meals come with chips and all you can eat salsa. And I really enjoy having six to seven salsas to choose from or eat them all if I choose. They are all really good! read more

I don't know why I keep going back here. I guess closeness but every time I get food from here the rice isn't cooked and the chips are stale. This is a recurring thing. Welcome to my review of Moe's. I went to this Moe's to claim my free birthday burrito. No issues using the app to get the free burrito. It was tasty and I ate the whole thing (it was pretty big). I kind of wish the employee would have loaded it up a little more but I always want the fattiest burrito ever. My wife got a kids burrito meal as she wasn't that hungry. We both enjoyed the meal. The drink machine was a Coke Freestyle and I like playing around with those. The different salsas that they have are also always a win. read more

I enjoy Moe's thoroughly, but on Monday evening I vowed never to eat it again. Three hours after consuming a burrito from this location I violently threw up for over 24 hours which I can only chalk up to being the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I'm now on almost 48 hours of not being able to keep anything down and would really like to thank the idiots at this "restaurant" for this great feeling I've been dealing with. Not to mention I've been meat free for three years and at the end of eating the burrito I managed to find chicken in it. This moe's is a nice looking location and is fairly new. However I have never gotten ripped off harder by moe's in my life. I ordered a stack, on which they but maybe a tablespoon of rice and one spoonful of steak. My meal was $11 without a drink and the stack came out to be about 1/4 inch thick. 3.5 Stars. I haven't been to Moe's in years and was pleasantly surprised. Food was good and servers were quick but helpful as you made your way down the counter adding your choices to fill up your Burrito, Taco, whatever. They didn't skimp on the stuffing making for some pretty big burritos etc. Two really great items they had at a side bar was HOT really hot Salsa and some Southern Sweet tea to wash it down. They play great music over the speakers here but they need to turn it up louder. At least as loud as the noise from the screaming kids with their families. read more

Came here one time. Yes it's the same menu as all of the other ones but the service was terrible very very very slow they forgot a bunch of my items and the place was dirty.
