I was so excited that there was a new Chipotle coming near me. I've been here about 3 times and I don't think im coming back to this location. No issues with the staff or the area. But the food is gross! It has no flavor. Last time I got a steak bowl and it was all fat. No meat. I didn't even eat half of my bowl and just threw it away. To top it off, the chips were all stale. Like how?! The food is definitely not made fresh here. You can totally tell. The first time I thought, eh maybe they had an off day. this is a new low even for them. Despite my burrito being very small even with double meat, I asked for a side of my beans instead of in the burrito and they went ahead and charged me for it. So i paid $22 for a burrito with extra steak and guac with an additional side charge. I always avoid certain places before they close and this location is definitely one of them. Poor service and food quality is terrible. I ordered online around 6pm for the quesadillas because you can only order online and got off to order a burrito. There is a big difference in size and food quality when u place to go and when u actually get off and watch them make it. Anyways ordered the burrito and took my bag of quesadillas home. Big mistake to not look in the bag before I left but I learned my lesson. The quesadillas are about 12.50 with tax. Got home and they put the quesadillas in bowl containers and the three sides in plastic containers. Seems like it would be fine but I was missing all 3 sides to one quesadilla and the second quesadilla was a different shape and like 6 pieces of meat in it! Horrible experience didn't even enjoy my meal. At this point how is this place even open with employees that hate their jobs?? I finally just parked and went inside to get my order and that's when I saw that nobody was working the drive thru and the car was just chilling there waiting for someone to give them their order. After a long hard day ending my 12-hour shift, I went in right before closing to order my meal and I was greeted by a VERY nice and professional girl named Evelyn who made my order. It made my day a little better, she made my bowl with the proper amount of food and when I went to check out a guy by the name Andres took my payment and he was very polite also. This all surprised me so much because I had such a hard day and everyone else seemed to be in a bad mood, NOT here. I asked for their names on the way out. I left with a smile and a good meal. I have to say whoever is the hiring manager or person is spot on when hiring these 2 people. Not taking anything away from any of the other crew, this is a great clean place to eat! Keep it up guys! Honestly love chipotle , was about 50 minutes till closing and unfortunately did not expect to be treated the way it turned out , night crew - minus the cashier because she was polite. I Feel like I was served the bottom of the barrel , there was no ingredients left or prepped , they had everything put away and kept walking towards the mid section to serve the food to us , arrived at home not even 5 minutes away and the food was not fresh. Would highly recommend speaking to staff about attitudes and customer service , will definitely try again because mistakes happen but my first impression was not worth more stars. read more

I used to be a frequent flyer here up until recently. I had a rude lady tell me that after she served my beans on my plate that she could no longer remove the excess beans. She put just a bit too much & I asked for her to please remove it. She seemed bothered that I asked. She told me that once the food is served they're no longer able to remove anything or mix anything. I thought that wasn't true so I even proceeded to tell her that that was new & she walked off like it bothered her. Stopped here for dinner after traveling all day and it was awful! The food tasted old and the chips were stale. The guacamole was brown and tasted very old! Don't use their pick up lane. I've used the pick up lane the last two times I ate here. The first time, they added white rice with the brown rice I requested - I figured they ran out, but it's not cool to just add an ingredient that the customer didn't request. Ordered online, when I picked the food up, it was cold. The orders were wrong. Ordered one burrito bowl with no beans and no rice, and they all had beans and rice.
