Recommend: As with the general brand of Culver's, yes. But the restaurant has needs... On 18 December, my second visit here, the customer service is always excellent, food was prompt and all that you would expect in the food category was great. We had a Cod sandwich meal and one of their always excellent salads. Probably one of the best F/F restaurants to offer incredible salads! Unfortunately, there's some negatives here that must be addressed. I travel with a 100% disabled elderly father who works hard at trying to walk with a walker. By the drink/ice machine, especially on our two visits, there is always ice pooling and melting on the floor (in front of the drink dispenser) and is rarely addressed - if at all. We literally communicated to 'watch out' to other guests as a female worker passed us with a delivery of food, she clearly looked down, saw it, made no remarks to take attention to it, no communication to share it back to a counter co-worker, nothing... The Coke Zero dispenser has been leaking for months?? So you get your hands drenched trying to get a cup filled with surplus syrup. Thought this would've been a one off and fixed but it hasn't been. Lastly, the carpets. These are the absolutely dirtiest I have seen in a restaurant aside from Golden Corral's. As a small side note, haven't seen the T.V.s working either which isn't per se a big deal personally but if it's part of your decor, it should be working... Bottom line, the food is as you'd expect! The Management oversight however are simply NOT addressing the rest of the establishment and after our second visit, just isn't up to par and it truly surprises you. Hopefully these things get addressed and employees take responsibility for ice and water on the floor - of all things, for safety. read more

The food has really gone downhill in the past few years, they changed the crispy chicken recipe and now it's mostly hard breading. The onion rings served to my partner were cold, dark, and coated in oil. When I brought this to the attention of the employees they were very rude. Also fourteen dollars for a sandwich and small side is exorbitant. Next time if I want mediocre food with poor service I'll go somewhere with a dollar menu. read more

Start of wall-eye season, and they were very busy. But we were welcomed and able to order right away. Service was prompt and the wall-eye was oh so good! One of the pieces of wall-eye wasn't as large as usual, so they brought us an extra piece! Without us asking!! We went back up to order our dessert - concrete mixers, and received them promptly too. The food was okay, the fries hot and salty, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately the service was terrible. There was one girl working the counter, and four other employees standing around shooting the breeze while ignoring the long line of customers gathered around. read more

The hamburger was expensive and not as good or cheap as the usual fast food hamburgers. Sad, I remember when Culver's first opened in Tucson. It was so good. This location is nice but it is hard to compare as we are use to eat at Culver's in Sierra Vista, Az and that location beats all others, even this location. However, this location is still nice we will definitely still come back and eat here. read more

First time at a Culver's and had a great experience. First off, the team members here are so friendly and nice, they greet everyone as they walk in! This location has a drive thru and dining room, but we got takeout. I got a kids meal which was a great value and a great way to try a little bit of everything - burger, cheese curds, and custard. I have been to Culver's at Broadway, River Rd, Kino and Green Valley locations. For a fast food place, it's great. Love the custards, fish and the butter burgers. The cole slaw is terrific. My latest butter burger was excellent, the best fast food burger around. It surpasses some of the burgers I have had at a decent sit down restaurant. Prices like anything nowadays are not cheap but the quality of the food and the entire experience is worth it. The staff at each location has always been friendly and competent. I love their root beer. I drink the diet one and it's probably the best on the planet IMHO. I wish they would bottle it. I'm not fond of crinkle fries so I haven't tried them. Very happy with the Walleye fish when it's available. The dining rooms are pleasant and usually clean. There is always someone bussing the tables and cleaning up around the soda machine and condiment stand. I had never been to a Culver's until I moved back to the Tucson area recently. I am a fan! The closest Culver's to my house is 30 minutes away, so I only go when I am in town running errands. I don't do takeout, so I can't comment. I like my food served hot and fresh, which is why I choose to dine-in. read more

We were traveling from California and about to hit the road back home so we stopped in here for lunch before we headed out. I was the only one who had Culvers in Texas previously and I really liked it so I wanted the rest of my family to try it, I was nervous that it wouldn't be as good as I remember, but that wasn't the case here. This location is nice and clean. The service is great. The workers were all very nice. We ordered and received our food quickly. We all had burgers and tried multiple sides, including the french fries, the cheese curd, and the pretzel bites. The cheese curds are a little smaller than I remember, but they are still pretty yummy, try them with some marinara sauce. The pretzel with the cheese sauce I could have that just as a meal, the cheese sauce is exploding with cheddar flavor. The fries are crinkle cut and I really prefer those over shoestring fries. The burgers have some really great flavor, compared to many other fast food joints in the area. We also ordered malts. When they delivered our food to the table, they did not drop off the malts and we had to go searching for them. I had mine with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and bananas. You can make your malt or shakes in so many different ways, the one I had was so good. We wanted to sit on the patio however as soon as we walked out there, there was a family with two dogs that were barking like crazy at us so we sat inside one of the employees also went in and the dogs barked at her as well so props to the manager he came out and let the family know that their dogs were disrupting customers and workers and if they couldn't get them under control and stop them from barking, they would need to leave. The family did end up, leaving as the dogs were not at all trained. I appreciate that manager looking out for his employees and the other customers. read more

We went to Culver's for dinner to bring home. The meal was well packed. We purchased 2 dinner. We ordered cheese curds and they were already cold and were not even warm. I might have missed this. We ordered this because it said sides and our meal came with two sides, some of the sides were extra price, but it didn't specify which ones. Like the chili was extra. I don't go to chains very often anymore, and usually don't review them. We were traveling and Culver's is a chain we don't have at home so we gave it a try. Really good for fast food type food. The double butter burger with cheese was flavorful and not super greasy. I loved fried cheese curds, one of the reasons we got food here, and these were great. The strawberry shake was also very good and had a lot of actual berries in it not just flavoring. All the employees were friendly and said hello when people came in and goodbye when they left. read more

Such a staple stop for a quick meal when in AZ area. Had a quick late lunch while we were on our long road Trip. Their known for their "buttery" burgers but for some reason this location has failed and their burgers came out very dry. From the last time I had Culver's their Patties also seemed to have gotten thinner which was sad. Overall meal was just ok. The only thing I really enjoyed was their custard ice creams. The burgers and buns are both good (unlike the cardboard-tasting buns some places), and it's nice to have a choice of sides other than fries. Custard is excellent, with so many choices. I'm leaving 3 stars only because I ate at the Broadway location yesterday and the burger was delicious and juicy only to come to the Campbell location and get an overcooked and very dry burger. I love Culver's and I'm only leaving this review to help the location better train the cook.. the staff here was very nice and helpful. Hopefully they can work on not over cooking the burger and make it the same experience as other locations. The pretzel bites seemed to be over cooked as well. read more

Honestly, for a fast food burger joint I feel like Culver's surprised me! The burgers can be a touch greasy, but nothing I wouldn't expect and always are cooked well with fresh ingredients. The concrete mixers are definitely the food item that will keep bringing me back, the custard is top notch and the ability to choose your own mix ins (which they definitely give an adequate amount of) creates the perfect treat. They have you put a number on your side mirror which confused me initially at first, but I think they just thought I had been to a Culver's before, now I keep coming back! read more

Went to Culver's because I wanted to get their seasonal Walleye dinner but they were out of Walleye so I settled for the 3 peice Cod dinner. The breading on my fish was overcooked (very dark brown) and greasy , Fish portions were mostly the overcooked breading and I had to remove most of that to get the remaining edible fish. When the server brought my food to my table I quickly tried a french fry and they were barely warm so I asked for a fresh order and was brought another order of frys that were also barely warm, My second side was mashed potatoes that were room temp not even warm. The dinner included a small dry hard dinner roll that should not even be served. Their was not one redeeming item in my order , a total waste of over $16 and everything but a few peices of the fish went in the trash. I did not complain to restaurant staff just left and knew I would not be back. read more

Was pretty excited to try this place but was honestly a little disappointed. The mashed potatoes are severely lacking in the flavor department and the premade frozen custard has very little of the add ins. I picked up the toffee pecan and the dulce de Leche cheesecake and both just tasted like bland vanilla with the occasional whatever, no special flavor at all. Culver's is my "go to" place for great fish and chips. The 2 piece North Atlantic Cod with fries and coleslaw is wonderful fried seafood bliss. The cod planks are real fillets, not ground up fish meal. Lightly breaded in beer batter and fried to golden perfection. The fries are crispy and hot, and the coleslaw is fresh with a dressing that is tangy but not too sweet. A very satisfying meal for $11.51 after tax. It's not bad it's a typical burger although I did try to fish sandwich and I actually like that a lot it was a cod fish sandwich One thing I can say is that custard is delicious, If you're in a rush I would not suggest going to the drive-through as all the food is made fresh to order and typically the hubby pull up to the front of the building and wait for your food but I'd rather have fresh food and wait and have some old french fries or burger that's been sitting around for a while, I definitely plan on coming back again and trying some other menu items read more

This place is in huge need of a deep cleaning. The stench of nasty carpets and filthy nasty floors hit you when you walk in. By the drink station the floor is so sticky you stick to it. Never been to this location. Never coming back once I got unstuck form the gross floors !! Health Department needs to check this stinky nasty place out !!
