Dirty and poorly managed. The trash needs emptying, the tables need cleaning, the floor is nasty and animals are feeding out front.

Typical chipotle food, nothing special at this location. The servers seem like they are not trained, when my hubby ordered carnitas she said uh this one and pointed at the barbocoa....my husband said uh sure cause he also had no idea. The other girl mumbled to her that she had messed up but she didn't say anything. I ended up telling her no he wanted carnitas but my husband didn't want her to make another and just went with it. The soda fountain didn't work for some reason and the chips seemed to lack the signature lime taste. I may come back since I live within walking distance...but I'll likely scope out the other food in the area first. read more

This is now the 3rd issue that I had with my orders not being correct that have been delivery from the Watkins Park location. I have place an order online and thru the mobile app. Each time they have forgot something that was order. It shouldn't matter if it was chips, but this is something that I paid for. The manager inform me that the delivery driver is suppose to make sure they check the orders, but isn't it the stores responsibility also to check the orders before they send it out. This is the only location that will deliver to my job. So from now on I will be going to the Bowie, MD location. read more

I was so excited to get a Chipotle in our area. However, the service is terrible. The chips are ALWAYS stale and you are not given the same quantity or quality as other Chipotle's This Particular is absolutely one of the worse I have ever been in. Came here on a Wednesday night at 9pm. All the chairs were out on the tables and they were completely out of everything! No sour cream no chips no iced tea. Not to mention I ordered a kids meal quesadilla and they had no more kids size tortillas. Okay then that's not my problem give me the large size and charge me the kids meal price. Nope. I love Chipotle. And like everyone else I was very excited about having one in the community so close to home. I gave them a try when they first opened and the rice was extremely hard and under cooked, meal was inedible. Fast forward to today several months later, wife bought me a burrito bowl with exactly the same issue. Sadly this Chipotle food SUCKS. I love this place because they give just enough food that fills me up. They are never disrespectful and the bathrooms are almost always clean. I have never found any thing in my food and it was never burnt. This Chipotle I have been going since it firsts opened up and I love how their food taste. I went to this location a month ago and decided to try again today hoping for a better experience.... I don't even like to write reviews, but I need to for this one. The 1st time going to this location a month ago, I ordered online to save time because I had somewhere to be during my lunch break. My order was set for 1pm pick up, I got there around 1:10pm and the order wasn't even started yet! I waited another few minutes just for it to get started! If I hadn't paid ahead of time, I would have went elsewhere. Today, I decided to just go and order instead of ordering online... That didn't save any time either. The fajita veggies' container was empty. The lady in front me, myself and two customers behind me wanted fajita veggies on our orders. The veggies just got put on the grill after we waited a minute already and then we were told it was a five to six minute wait. I have NEVER been to a Chipotle where any of the toppings were completely out and there was a wait. Before the veggies were done, there should have been another set cooking to refill the container. The cheese, tomatoes and sour cream even went empty as if they aren't kept in the refrigerator to immediately replace when needed. It looks crowded with staff, but what needs to be done is not getting done in a timely fashion or with urgency. This location needs more supervision, time management, better customer service, training and urgency for the customers. Not a good look for the Chipotle name and will not last long without some major changes. I will not be returning for a third visit to this location. I'll take the 10mins and go to any of the other, better locations in the area instead. read more

I've visited here several times now on my way and from softball. I absolutely love Chipotle and visit many locations quite often. This is the slowest of them all. Not only did they try to charge me for a cup of water one time because they were out their usual water cups, I'm finding the staff on the line to be super slow. It took me 25 minutes to get my burrito to go when the line had about 7 people and there were 7 on staff behind the counter. Just slow. Not friendly. This has been consistent every darn time... not happy. read more

If I could give this location no stars I would! The staff is horribly trained!!! The girl kept asking me what kind of taco I want for my quesadilla. Ummmm it's a quesadilla, what kind of taco do you think I want?!?!? And that was only one complaint. Even my 9 year old said that it was a bad experience. They need to be trained again!!!! read more

I have been working customer service for years and I know all of the tricks. The Who stated my order purposely put a huge smile on her face to deflect from the fact that I was paying for less than she put in the bowl. I notice that they purposely cut the meat small so they can claim they are giving you a full "4 oz". How convenient for chipotles pockets. I asked her to put more in and she said with a huge smile I can only give 4oz. I wouldn't have a problem if the pieces of chicken were cut to standard. I will definitely warn everyone I know not to come to this location. read more

I am very disappointed in this location. I had been to it a few times and initially the staff seemed very confused and unorganized. I chalked it up to the newness of the store and youthful employees including the manager. However, I had to throw my food away this visit because it was so bland and lack luster. I don't know, I thought all the stores used the same recipes. Needless to say although this location is closer I won't be coming back any time soon. read more

I've come here before and found a hair in my food but still came back because I'm lazy and don't want to drive to Vista Gardens. I came in around 9:25pm and asked for a bowl with brown rice with no cilantro. They usually have plain rice in a warmer or fridge (I don't care if it's cold) without the cilantro and lime. They have cilantro in almost everything but it's super strong with the rice and my Cilantro soap gene self just can't take it. Usually it's no problem. The server walks back to get the rice, takes it out and starts to scoop it out when the manager tells them to put it back, then comes up to me and says they don't have any. I ask if they have white rice with no cilantro, the same thing happens and I just leave. I don't understand the issue with using the rice. It's not like the rice will somehow be spoiled the next day. This was lazy and needlessly bad service. I've given this place too many chances and am never coming back. I would deter anyone who's looking to enjoy food, from coming here. read more
