With the rising costs I would rather order from a local Mexican restaurant instead. The new chicken Al pastor was a slight improvement over the standard chicken. This Chipotle is very hit or miss. It depends who is working that day and whether they are in a good mood or not- that will depend if your food is a normal portion or small. The line always goes quickly when they are busy and there is plenty of seating available inside and on the patio. read more

As former employees of Chipotle, my wife and I have seen the good and bad of food service. We were both very impressed. Everything tasted as it should: fresh, not over seasoned, balanced. They are definitely attentive to following the recipes. The chicken and guac especially were on point! The staff was welcoming and friendly. This location has gone downhill past couple of years. The flavor was good and everything it's just the portion sizes are terrible. The person in front of asked for white rice (no extra) and they gave him 2 big scoops. Then I am up and I say extra white rice please and I get 1 big scoop and a half ass second scoop so less than the guy in front of me who asked for no extra. It's like they literally hear you and just ignore what you asked for. The Norton location is fantastic and only an extra 5 minutes for me so I suggest going there if you can rather than the Wadsworth one. read more

Multiple times i've either had poorly cooked meat, half of my order missing, or my burrito bowl is barely half full (rip off). I've had it because tonight I did a mobile pickup order (thinking it would be better than my delivery experiences), but no. My EXTRA and EXPENSIVE side of Guac was disgusting, completely brown, and looked nothing like it should. Let me tell you!! The food here was flavored so well I didn't need any extra salt or flavor to appreciate it. The server was so sweet and smiled when she served me making sure to repeat what I said to her to make sure she heard correctly. The only matter that concerned me was that the ledge wasn't cleaned off. There was lettuce and other food particles that was on it and I didn't like that it wasn't cleaned before attempting to serve us. Other than that, I'll still go back! Stopped by Chipotle for lunch during the busiest time of day and I was out in 10 minutes. My wife introduced me to the salad bowl recently. I've always opted for a standard chicken bowl with rice, until now. So instead of rice, I get more romaine lettuce. The taste and food quality are excellent. That's why Chipotle's lines are out the door. I need to start using the Chipotle app and eating here more often. Great stuff! read more

Restaurant was dirty, food on the floor, trash cans were overflowing, employees laughing at a video someone was sharing....not a good vibe. Took food home. Don't recommend online ordering at this location. You will wait for at least ten minutes past your estimated time and be given ice cold foods. The burritos will also lack the name labels so you will have to actually dig into your item before you know who it belongs to. There seems to be no management available. Employees who are finished working hang out with cashier while eating. If you order at the counter you avoid all those problems. So just do t order online. read more

Do I rate chipolte with 1 star or door dash? Either way, no order. Neither company was available to let me know where my very first delivery order was. Money out of account and no order. Even if it would be delivered last, it would be wilted so I tried to contact both chipolte and door dash. I've probably been to 25/30 different chipotles and this one has to be the lowest ranking. Chipotle Is one of my go to places. Normally chipotle chain is known for given you good size portions of tasty food. Wadsworth's location not so much. online orders are slimed down versions of what you order at the counter and are always messed up, slopped together like they couldn't take the extra second and do it right. I normally order 1/2 chicken, 1/2 steak. This store always forgets to put the second. I'm left Literally 4 cubes of chicken in a wet mess of juice.I'm paying full price for 1/8 the proteins. I think they don't care because you not watching them. But even know it's messy and super skimpy it still tastes alright so given 2 stars. I normally pick up in Fairlawn or Medina to avoid this location. Sometimes I just can't travel far and get here in wadsworth feeling completely ripped off. read more

This chipotle used to be pretty good. However, it has gone downhill in recent years. The guacamole had been tasteless and clumpy the last several times I visited. They aren't very fast and they mess up orders all the time. They cross contaminate meats and cheese (the cheese is always in the guac!!!). I got a side of guac tonight and it was literally one hard clump of avocado. I would recommend an immediate change in staff. read more

I go to this Chipotle a lot, I get a burrito and it's not often that it is messed up. This place is pretty busy most of the time so I strongly reccomend that you place an order with their app. Sometimes they don't give you enough meat and try to cheap you out but not a lot. A lot of families go here and groups of students so most of the time it is loud. Prices arnt bad if youre ordering for one but it can be a lot if you are getting food for more than three people. Enployees arnt nice but not mean, some of them need more training. read more

I have been a Chipotle regular for quite some time, eating there at least twice per week. In the past, I've been pretty satisfied with this Chipotle's food quality, service, and portion sizes. However, recently, the service has been slowing down and they've been running out of major ingredients. Last night, I waited for around 40 minutes in line at this Chipotle. When I finally reached the front, they were out of brown rice. I settled for white, since a bowl with no rice would lack substance. Then, the workers let my bowl sit on the line with about 7 others as they started a large take-out order. After at least 5 minutes, I finally reached the register, got some chips, and went on my way. When I got home, I was disappointed to find out the chips were stale and the bowl overall didn't taste quite right. I thought nothing of it until I woke up in the middle of the night with my head over the toilet. This pitiful Chipotle experience has caused me to lose my taste for one of my favorite restaurants; they will not be getting my business for quite some time. read more
