The food is very inconsistent here. There are nights that we order and everything is great. Tonight the food was so spicy, it was barely edible. My husband had chicken and I had a steak burrito bowl and we had to each around the chicken and steak. We like spicy food, but this was too much. There are nights were you get a full bowl and other nights were the serving is quite small. Chips are sometimes salty and other times they are bland. I recently ordered dinner (For delivery) for my wife and I and two guests during a Cleveland Browns game. Three of the meals arrived as ordered. The fourth meal was a salad with Chicken, hot salsa, black beans and cheese. But it was a bowl of lettuce with beans. No chicken, no salsa and no cheese. It was incredibly awkward with the guests as I basically had no meal and everyone was hungry. When I call the restaurant, the manager said he could give me a replacement mea if I wanted to drive to the restaurant, even though I had just paid to have the meal delivered. He refused to give me a credit for the meal I did not get. I would recommend not using this restaurant if you want what you order. Now I have to contest with my CC company just to get my money back for something I never received. Horrible customer service...we will not be using them in the future. read more

My chicken was ice cold, and the corn salsa was frozen. After having my tacos remade the chicken was warm and the corn salsa was thawed out. Unfortunately, the restaurant was so cold that my tacos became inedible after 3 bites. Go to the Montrose store. They have better food, a warm dining area, and staff with a bit of emotion. read more

Chipotle is one of the few companies that I would be willing to leave a blank check in their mailbox. They never cease to amaze my taste buds every time. This location is great, I went here countless times and never had a problem. I have put in big 10+ people orders online and never had a problem, except I think they put rice in some people's salads once. Who comes here to get a salad anyway? Sometimes you'll walk in and the line will be right at the door, but it moves very fast. I swear, the only bad thing about Chipotle is the carnitas gets stuck in your teeth too much. read more

Pretty sad when you hire my daughter at the beginning of June and she still hasn't started working (its July 11). When you hired her she got all her stuff to you ASAP and did nothing but jump thru hoops to get you EVERYTHING that you needed and all you have done for over a month is put her off. She called you constantly to find out whats going on. Pretty sad that in this timeframe, you lost her paperwork, lost a copy of her driver's license, she had to come back up there numerous times because of all of this. One of the times you told her to come up there you left when she got there so she had to wait for an hour until you got back. Every time she called to find out whats going on you put her off. You told her give it another 2-3 days. She would wait....no email and no phone call....after all this, Nick calls her today (July 11) and said she was on the schedule for today....seriously???? Would have been nice if you would have let her know that Nick!!! Too bad for you because you lost a hardworking employee before she could even start due to your inability to be a manager and get things done. Exactly what you expect from Chipotle my biggest complaint about this particular location is their parking lot, it's parking spots are marked very peculiar and it's difficult to navigate, we always do the online ordering and I've noticed sometimes the food is colder when I get home compared to when I order it in line which makes me believe that they make it and let it sit as soon as the order comes across their email, friendly staff , never used the restrooms read more

I rarely eat fast food and this experience definitely made that choice a lot easier. It was about 9:00 last night when we went in here to get burrito bowls and they were almost out of brown rice and they were completely OUT of guacamole (more like they didn't feel like making another batch). They still had an hour left of service! I am a vegan so I don't eat cheese, sour cream or meat. The entire reason I went here was for brown rice, veggies, and guacamole. The small amount of brown rice they gave me was rock hard and almost inedible. I didn't even finish my food. Not only did the restaurant not have major components of it's menu but the staff was impatient and didn't even apologize for basically giving my hard rice with onions on it. They didn't offer a rain check or coupon or a substitution for me and they seemed highly annoyed with all the customers. I will not be eating at this establishment again nor will I eat at Chipotle again either. Anyone with dietary needs should steer clear of this place, they simply do not care. read more

You have a potential of getting last nights chicken if you order anytime before noon. With the multitude of other lunch options available giving people hard as a rock chicken from the day before is a great way to ensure a local company that goes out for lunch regularly will go somewhere else. I love Chipotle, but not this one. Been here many times, got a veggie burrito that had chunks of chicken in it. The manager said "sorry" just bring it back...had to get back to work. Also just recently actually started getting online orders within 10 minutes of arriving to pick up..I guess the people standing around we're too busy to pay attention to online orders before; made when you arrive to pick up. Cashiers will sometimes ignore you when you walk up for an online order. Ever see that viral video of the hamster eating a tiny burrito...pretty sure it's from this chipotle. Last straw for this place was a veggie burrito that I picked up; contents were about five tablespoons of rice, 1 teaspoon of black beans, 1 teaspoon of corn, and 5 pieces of shredded lettuce..size of a frozen burrito from a grocery store, except it cost $7...done with this place, other chipotles I've been to are way better. read more
