This is the definition of customer service is a lost art form. I literally stood in line for 12 minutes along with my wife and several others, only to find out they only do online orders. i only found out that was the case because I asked for the manager after being ignored by every employee in the store. There was a line of people waiting to order but being ignored with intensity. All it takes is a simple "we're only taking online orders right now" that saves a lot of people's time. I have ordered through the mobile app twice in the last 3 months at this location and both times have been horrible. Get here at 11am to pick up my food and they are still prepping food, there is one person working everything, no one greets you when you walk in, multiple people waiting in line and for mobile orders. Lemonade isn't made, bins everywhere, chairs still on top of tables. It's ridiculous! This place it terrible every time and workers aren't friendly at all. Give attitude instead of being polite saying something about "we are behind" or whatever! Just communicate! Awful! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl on door dash with lettuce. No lettuce, instead they put cheese on it which I cannot eat. On top of that I dug through the bowl and only found 4 little pieces of chicken (shown in picture). This picture was taken as I received it. I just sat in line for 45 minutes watching a new girl, her FIRST day on the job, run the entire line by herself. The manager sat and watched her struggle without jumping in. This location is very close to my work so I went there 3 times but will never go there ever again. My first order the rice was not fully cooked, second order barely had any chicken and the few pieces of chicken I got were very very chewy and burnt, my third order was the steak and I only got 3 pieces that tasted funny, not sure if it's old or cooked in a different way than other locations. This is without a doubt the slowest Chipotle I have ever stepped foot into. There was only 4 others in line in front of my boyfriend and I around 230 on Friday afternoon. There was a wait on the chicken and everyone in line wanted chicken. After a 15 min wait we were finally helped. I got a Chicken Salad- with white rice, black beans, double sour cream and cheese. My typical order at any Chipotle. Even after waiting for our meats, all the other toppings were very low. Employees could have been stocking items while we waited. Large portions- as shown in picture. Maybe they felt sorry we had to wait awhile. While we were eating the line backed up really quickly and then I realized that there was another wait on chicken AND steak. Meats are cut into larger pieces than any other Chipotle I've been to. Usually they are bite size pieces. Not chunks. Also, my boyfriends steak was all strung together and not fully cut. Get new knives perhaps? Lots of eating space. Restaurant could have been a little cleaner. Be prepared to have to wait in line. read more

Just terrible. I've tried not to post any truly negative reviews during Covid but this is ridiculous. I placed an online order that was to be ready at 215. At 230 I'm still standing there. Some guy keeps coming from the back placing orders on the table but he doesn't make contact with me or the other gentleman who has also been there for 20 mins. Now others are beginning to arrive and there are now 6 of us standing there - trying our best to social distance. When my order finally comes up, I look inside and no salad dressing. I wave the guy down to ask him and he says they are out of dressing. I asked why wouldn't they say anything ? After all, I ordered a salad. The response- call the 800 number. Deep sigh. This is the WORST CHIPOTLE I have ever been too. We live nearby and have tried to give this location multiple times to redeem themselves and they just don't. They are CONSISTENTLY BAD. (1) You order your food on the App and when you get their the building is closed and no one is there due to labor shortage (happened twice). (2) Hardly ever have all the ingredients on the line, and (3) Their is always only 2 people working the line, meaning the one the that puts the toppings on is also working the cash register so you're waiting forever.
