My second time trying this location within the last several months. One time was an online order for a burrito with several ingredients. I was delivered a tortilla LITERALLY with ONLY rice and sour cream. A couple of weeks ago, I walked in to order. They had multiple employees, seemingly walking around doing nothing. There was one person at the counter taking orders. The customer in front of me was told upon ordering that they had NO tortillas. How is that possible for chipotle?? He proceeded to order a bowl in which they said that had no covers for and offered him what they called "parchment paper" (foil) to cover it so he could take it to go. As he finished his order, he waited about 5 minutes for an employee to ring him up at the register after being called to come 3 times. At this point, you could hear multiple employees simply being rowdy in the back room of the store. I went up to place my order, a burrito bowl. They put about 2 tablespoons of rice and one tablespoon of chicken. They were out of veggies and guacamole. All that was left was the sad 1/4 filled bowl that I was about to pay regular price for, without getting it the way I wanted because they were out of most of their ingredients. Mind you, this was a solid 2 hours before closing time. The store was not even busy. This is a horrible location, zero sense of management, employees need to all be replaced. Either that, or simply shut the location down. Needless to say, I did not take my order. I walked out. I will never come back to this location again read more

This location should be shut down it is extremely dirty no one cares to clean it.Obviously the Managment doesn't care I asked why don't they have veggies someone from the back came out of no where responded with a attitude saying they don't have the staff and it takes 68 minutes to cut up the veggies.The customers shouldn't have to hear any of that so I don't recommend anyone going there and I will be contacting the health department on this location. read more

Consistently the worst chipotle I've ever been to I only went to this one today since my normal one has no water and is closed and already regret it. Food was okay. The wait was ridiculous, there were 7 customers ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes! This is definitely not fast food. I seen a total of 5 workers and only 2 working. The poor guy that was trying to make orders couldn't even take a break and he had been there all day. So sad to see how lazy the young generation has become. This location needs to be shut down. It is always dirty. The staff is very unkept as well. They are ALWAYS out of something no matter the time of day. Whether it is delivery or in-person it is always a horrible experience. A customer from the time it opened until now...it is unreal how the transformation of this location has taken place. Very unprofessional and GHETTO! The workers argue loud and in front of customers. They always out of something never fails. I recommend new staff cause they suck. This review is for this location, and not Chipotle as a whole. I have always been a Chipotle fan and still am, however, this location is poorly managed. I have been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for a few weeks, but it is apparent that whomever is in charge does not give a rat's behind (notice the already 2-star rating prior to my review). The service is awful, painfully slow, and unfriendly. Today was the last straw for me. 11:15am Monday, 9/17/18, they are closed (they open at 10:45 am). This Chipotle is consistently the worst Chipotle location in Michigan. And as a diehard Chipotle lover, it kills me to write this. First of all, the staff is rude, lazy, and act pompous when customers ask for their help with anything. I've seen workers roll their eyes at customers, argue with them, and so on. Second of all, the food is just downright gross. I always figured each Chipotle's ingredients were held to the same standards but this locations rice is always super hard/undercooked, their meat is all full of fatty chunks, their lettuce is old, their sour cream is mixed with literally every other ingredient on the line, and so on. Everything just tastes off. Third of all, this location refuses to prepare new ingredients after about 7:30 so if you go anytime after that, they're almost always out of rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese, etc. This has to be against Chipotle's policy since the location is open till 10 pm. Close at 8:00 pm if you don't want to serve customers what they want after that. And lastly, the facility is always filthy and covered with food. It doesn't seem like employees clean the restaurant or bathrooms often enough. Each table is smeared in sour cream, hot sauce, and so on. I know each Chipotle isn't the same and I will continue to frequent other locations 3-4 times a week. But this particular location is not worth anyone's visit and something should be done about it. read more

Ordered on app for a 7:15 pickup, I arrived at the restaurant to find a restaurant full of people waiting to pickup their food. At 7:15 they had still not prepared the orders for 6:30. Decided not to wait. The one positive is a refund was quickly issued on the app. read more

The location is never open consistently. Door says 10:45am-10pm daily. They are consistently closed with no posted hours or signs on the door. Stopped here at 2pm on a Saturday and guess what they are closed with employees inside. I get staff shortages, but at lease post your limited hours of operation. read more

This is a nice Chipotle location with all your typical favorites plus Patron Margaritas! The lines here can sometimes be lengthy, but overall it's a good location with ample indoor and outdoor seating! Lately this location has been very slow!! read more

Yesterday at about 1:30 I decided to get chipotle for lunch. I opened my door dash app to order a quesadilla for pick up. Usually there is a long line at this restaurant so I wanted to do pick up. I was on Orchard Lake road. The chipotle on OL was not popping up. The one in Bloomfield Hills on Telegraph was. I have location for door dash enabled on my phone. I decided I really wanted a quesadilla so I decided to go there and wait in line. After waiting 10 minutes it was my turn to order. I step up and ask for a steak quesadilla. The unfriendly associate told me they don't take orders for quesadillas in the store. She said I have to order it for pick up. I told her that I tried but their restaurant wasn't available in door dash. She said "I don't know what to tell you, you have to order it online." I asked, "so, you won't make me a quesadilla?" She looked over her shoulder to two associates who were cooking. She told them I wanted a quesadilla and the male associate said "you have to order it online." I explained to him that their store was not available on door dash. He said "Oh, we're not taking orders right now." I asked if since they weren't taking orders online could I please have a quesadilla? He amazingly answered " you have to order it online." I was stupefied. One last time I said I was unable to order it online, can I please have a quesadilla. Then the female associate who had been cooking began mocking me. I turned around and walked out. I ended up ordering from the Bloomfield Hills location and driving the 15 minutes to get it. I will never set foot in this restaurant again. I cannot tell you how awesome they were to work with and how delicious their food was!!! They showed up on time and my order was completely correct. I ordered my food at 12:45 online with the intention of picking up at 1. I just received my burrito bowl at 1:49. I wouldn't have left a review, but they just went off on an old man for asking how long after he too had been waiting just as long as I have. They should not give people a time for pick up if it won't be ready. A lot of people inside waiting (which is a covid no-no) were on their lunch break and I saw a few people leave without their food. I like the food but will not be eating at Chipotle anymore. This location only does orders through the app which is great, until you get there and your order is not ready. My pick up time was 6:15. I arrived a few minutes early only to find about 30 people waiting in the restaurant for their orders. At 6:30, I asked another patron what their pick up time was and I was told 6:00. At about 6:40 that person received their food. I stayed until about 6:50 but as more people were waiting I became nervous with all the people in the restaurant with the possibility of COVID so I left. This is likely the worst Chipotle in the United States and potentially one of the worst globally. This location is completely or partially CLOSED to the public AT LEAST 60% of the time due to staffing issues. The management of this location inasmuchas they cannot muster any competence in terms of staffing is the worst in any industry.
