Food is pretty good, probably would have been a little fresher if I had come close to lunch time. The guy serving my food must've had a rough day because he was scowling the whole time . The cashier was nice, so it makes up for it I guess. Portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller over the years. The quality of the food is still pretty good though. The chicken tastes amazing, just wish there was a little bit more of it, but oh well. If you look at the bowl that I got, you can kind of tell the lettuce is starting to wilt . There was such a small amount of food in each of the 4 burrito bowls we ordered for delivery. This location has disappointed us over and over again lately and we will probably be avoiding this location in the future. Last time they wouldn't give us chips even though they had a huge fresh batch ready. The time before that they wouldnt give us queso which they did have available over at the drive thru station. The time before that the person working asked if we could just have brown rice instead of white because she didn't feel like going to get a new batch which took maybe 30 seconds. Top it all off today I felt completely unwelcome the tension that was created by an employee handing me the food was something very noticeable and makes me feel completely uncomfortably and unwelcome . I haven't been here in three years and I just came back and it's the exact same. Stood in line over 15 minutes with 15 employees in the store. "Sorry we were busy we are just cleaning up." For over 15 minutes? Then they claimed to be out of rice, which they made white rice quickly. I then asked how long for brown rice because that's what I came to get as I waited 15 minutes already and he said it would be a few more minutes. I waited on my phone in the lobby and about 20 people walked in. They started serving the brown rice to everyone that had just walked in and never got me my food or told me when the brown rice was ready. Thank you for wasting my entire lunch break. Glad to see the people you hire are eating chips instead of cleaning or helping the rest of the staff when they are clearly out of everything and the place is in shambles. This place is terrible and the campus chipotle is much better somehow even though they are 100x busier. Management definitely needs a reality check. Chipotle is a Mexican-American fastfood restaurant that fancies itself as having slightly higher quality ingredients than the competition. Food quality: Great! Chipotle uses fresh ingredients without any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Nothing is processed. They really set the industry standard in this regard. Taste: Delish! You can get your fill of pepper, spices, seasonings, etc. Do you prefer a more mild entre? No problem, every dish at Chipotle is completely custom made to your desire. Price: A little steep! Of course you have to expect to pay a premium for fresh, quality ingredients. That sounds fair and everything until you realize you're going to pay $10 for a burrito. One of my only complaints about Chipotle is that they're dishonest with their pricing. When it comes to delivery, they flat-out lie. They'll claim to have free delivery or $1 delivery. However, the menu prices change when you choose delivery instead of carry-out. Everything goes up a dollar or two, plus they add a "service charge." Check for yourself! Go to the Chipotle website, add a few things to your shopping cart, then toggle back and forth between delivery and carry-out. You'll notice the price drastically changes. I'm okay with paying more for delivery, but I'm not okay with being lied to! Overall, Chipotle is a safer, better, higher-quality alternative to traditional fast food. When it comes to eating healthier food, there's one golden rule: the less processed, the better. Chipotle certainly has that going for it. A chicken nugget has something like 40 different ingredients in it - most of which are artificial chemicals and preservatives. A Chipotle Burrito only has 4, and they're all natural. I was also delighted at how friendly the staff are. We chatted for quite a bit, as they were having a bit of a lull. Not a big fan of Chipotle, in general, but the Pollo Adobo commercial peeked my interest. And was I ever surprised! It was really delicious! When ordering a burrito, I generally go with steak instead of chicken. The lack of flavor with Chipotle's regular chicken has always been one of my complaints, but they got this Pollo Adobo absolutely right. Just the perfect amount of sweet and spice. I will say the portion size seems to have been reduced or maybe the guy was new, but I was semi-disappointed with that. As well, he split the tortilla while trying to close it. He was aware and offered a new shell, but it was ok. I was good. I will say that the 4 star rating wasn't about portion size, splitting the tortilla shell, or the taste of the food but the cleanliness inside the restaurant. It was a little after 2pm so the mad lunch rush was well over, yet there was only one sitting space that didn't have a dirty table top. All the other 40 spots (+\-) inside were filthy. No wonder there were so many people eating outside. Had there been an open space outside, I would have sat out there too. Food was great. HOWEVER, I placed my order online and used the drive thru pick up lane at this location for convenience due to being in a hurry. I'm handed my food and she attempts to hand me 2 empty cups. She proceeds to tell me that she can only hand me drinks that are coca cola products and not the drinks I requested, mandarin agua frescas through the window and that I essentially have to park my car, get out and leave my kids in the car, and go in and fill them up myself, even though she was not more than a few feet from the dispensers. Defeating the entire purpose of placing your order online and setting it up for pick up using the drive thru line to avoid having to get out. I have went to this location on two occasions. The first time, they were out of cheese. The second time I got takeout from here, they were out of lettuce so I had to go get a bag from Fresh Thyme because I like lots of lettuce in my burrito bowls. Chipotle changed their white queso recipe from the one they had a couple years ago, which is disappointing if you liked their spicy queso. I ordered the new queso from here it tasted like velveeta with some tomatoes thrown in. If I am paying 8$ and some change for a burrito or a bowl, I expect lettuce and cheese to come on it. Those are basic ingredients that shouldn't run out if this location was being managed properly. read more

11/2/22 7:30 pm. I was in line behind 2 ladies, there were two people behind me. The line was not moving for 5 minutes. We were then told they are no longer taking in person orders after I drove across town. I sit down to place an online order and the orders that were so poised to be ready at 7:00 had not been filled. A total of 11 employees working and they were that far behind. Every day at dinner time this location is crowded. HIRE COMPETENT MANAGERS that know how to plan for and run a busy restaurant. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have people in the store wanting to order. Why not shut down online until you catch up with those orders? My boyfriend placed an online order today and I went to drive thru to pick it up, woman on drive thru said she didn't have it and to go inside which I thought was unnecessary as she could've nicely went ahead and handed it to me since I was ...at the drive thru but she claimed she couldn't get it due to unsanitary reasons so I said okay then and I went inside to not see my boyfriends online order on the pick up shelves. The order said it was ready online but clearly wasn't. I saw people were busy and didn't want to bother them so I left. I came back again to see if it was ready on the shelves and it still wasn't there. I called this store and the other Chipotle store but no one could answer. It was unfortunate to have waited this entire time for food. It honestly would've helped greatly if the woman( or anyone) at drive thru could've asked about my order to the kitchen or other staff for me because it shouldn't be my job to hunt my order down!
