great food with a knowledgeable and kind staff. they have really great tacos (if you aren't a person that likes spicy food though, i suggest that you pick another restaurant). food was not super spicy, but mildly spicy. fun environment, and it looks like it would be good for a casual outing with a group. read more

Chipotle is probably my favorite regular joint. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and seem happy to see me. I usually eat there a couple times a week and get dinner for my wife too (so she thinks it's pretty awesome too). I always get the same thing, burrito with brown rice, veggies, chicken, extra corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. It is one of my favorite things to eat!! Here is the catch....about 20% of the time the burrito just isn't good. Due to my extensive knowledge of how this all works I have determined that it is all in preparation and if the burrito ingredients aren't evenly distributed, especially the sour cream, then it is not very good. So I realize that this may not be too helpful, and I guess the guarantied way to avoid this is to get a bowl that you can mix up yourself (or eat somewhere else), but at an 80% success rate for one of the best things I like to eat, I'll take my chances every time. read more

I am a regular customer in this place. The meal is great. They have excellent burritos. very delicious. It is cheap and big in size. Spacious and you can also sit outside. The line moves very fast. The employee are very friendly. I remember once they were run out of rice and i was on the front line and have to wait for 2 more min before the rice comes. And guess what? they didn't charge the whole people who were on the line just because we have to wait additional 2 more minutes. So i got my burrito for free. read more

There are a lot of burrito places around campus, and in my opinion this one is the worst. There is absolutely nothing special here at all. Go to Moe's for great steak burritos and awesome queso. Qdoba has great breakfast burritos and nachos. This place is just run of the mill. read more

Summary: Tasty, quick and filling meal for about $10. Good atmosphere, quick customer service, delicious burritos. As a broke college student, cheap, tasty food that provides a bit of variety is much sought after. Chipotle is a great place for a cheap-ish meal that gives a taste of south-of-the-border flavor. For about $10 you can get a burrito the size of a small child, a drink and a side of chips and salsa. Depending on your size and hunger a burrito can either be a very filling meal, or two. Customer service is good, but brief. Chipotle is usually pretty busy so they get you through the line to your meal pretty quickly. When ordering you first choose the type of tortilla you want (if any, there's a burrito bowl option), then a type of meat, white or brown rice, different types of beans, and finally fajita peppers and onions. After that there are 3 or 4 choices of salsa, plus sour cream, guacamole, and extra shredded cheese. Often whoever is making your burrito will ask if you want one thing or another, but you can actually get everything if you want, with guacamole being the only item that is extra, I think. Add a drink and chips at the end and you have yourself a meal. Chipotle is not a good place for a first date. There is no possible way to attractively eat such a large burrito. That said, you won't care once you dig in. All the ingredients at Chipotle are quality and putting them together just makes it better. My normal burrito is fajita mix, white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, medium salsa, and corn salsa. The corn salsa is fantastic and the fajita mix is also really delicious. The chips are good, not great. I find them to be too salty, but others may enjoy them. For those of age, Chipotle also offers beer. Chipotle's atmosphere is surprisingly nice. It's a sleek, modern space, with lots of metal, yet is still a comfortable place to have a meal. There's an outdoor patio for when the weather is nice as well. However, you don't go to Chipotle for the atmosphere. You go because you're hungry and want a huge, delicious burrito. read more

This is the first time I have ever had to write a review on yelp, or ever felt the need to. I and four friends of mine walked into an empty restaurant save for two tables, one of which had managers at it. I was greeted by a kind man who welcomed us with a smile and proceeded to prepare mine and one of my friends food, a bowl and burrito. Then my boyfriend and another member of our party were "helped" by a girl with dark hair and neon green and black glasses. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She rushed the two through the line and continued to act and speak frantically as if there was a line of people. My burrito bowl was full to the brim while my boyfriends had no ingredients touching the rim of his bowl. The burrito she made was half the size of the first burrito made. I brought the clearly half empty bowl up to the counter and said there was clearly a problem to which she responded "Yeah I don't see what the problem is." Her incredibly rude tone and horrible attitude shocked me, and I asked if we could get more in the empty bowl. She fought with me until another employee offered to give us more rice. I asked a manager what the problem was with our food and got the answer "One of the employees must be training and our apportionment is always the same." Although, the bigger burrito HAD beans while the smaller did not. As a waitress, I just assumed that every restaurant had a clear understanding of customer service. Clearly this Chipotle has no idea how to treat customers as other reviews would agree including reviews posted today. read more
