I don't know why anyone would give this such negative reviews for such a busy place I never saw a staff work so quickly together and at the same time be so friendly It was my first time ever in a Chipotle I'm very much into eating out and boehmite but I am very weird with Mexican food because I do not eat red meat and I do not like onions or peppers so I've always had a difficult time with Mexican restaurants in general but it was basically like a subway and I had control over what went on my husbands burrito and what had gone on my sons burrito If anything I thought that the customers in there were the ones deserving I love reading but it's a good thing it isn't that episode of "black mirror" Where they use their iPhone apps to rate people, Great episode by the way Anyway I saw that they were very friendly and working fast and Simultaneously cleaning up I put a tip in the jar. I was trying to check in on yelp and told the girl I was sorry I was trying to check-in on Yelp to see if they had any offers and that this was my first time. They were gracious and welcomed me with a sweet incentive to come back. I won't go into details because I don't want anyone to mimic. And I was pleasantly surprised, only because I had no expectations of this place at all but it would have gotten a five star regardless because I did take a piece of my sons burrito it was chicken rice and cheese with some sour cream and it was good the chicken had a nice little kick to it I noticed that the calorie count is very high in these things so it's not a place that I would eat it regularly. I've been to this chipotle a handful of times and it's been mediocre every time. I come here because it's the closest to where I work and like alot of people I enjoy the food when done right. But yesterday....the bowl I got, however it was prepared, ingredients stored before whatever it was has caused me to be sick. Even today I'm still struggling.. can't keep any food in my body, within minutes of eating I'm running right to the bathroom. Apparently someone else at my office suffered the same thing just a few months ago and when they do want chipotle they go somewhere else. I've been burned by this location so many times. Moral of the story: don't go here unless you personally watch them make your food. The last 3 times I have ordered ahead of time, they either flat out didn't make the order at all, gave me somebody else's order, or made my order so incorrect that it may as well have been another person's order. The last order I placed was a combo of all 3. I get there (5 mins after my set pickup time) and wait 15 mins in the cold only to have to repeat my name to the one runner 3 times. Finally I'm given the wrong order. After getting home, I call (get no response), go back and explain the situation, only to wait another half hour just to get THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN. Food quality is fine but they do not know how to make a burrito. When loading selections onto burrito, some things were piled to one side, thus when eating, did not have consistency. Also the floor, seats and overhead vents were very dirty. It appeared that they were more concerned with checking trash receptacle. Music was very loud. Noise level is always above normal due to design acoustics. Avoid this location if you can, or better yet go into Whole Foods next store and enjoy a much better meal from their hot and cold bar. read more

I come here at least once or twice a month at most - all of the other Chipotle 's are by far busier than this location so I still don't understand why they are always running out of food and why your elbows always stick to the table? With my luck every time I go - it seems like they are always done with the lunch rush and I'm always served scraps ! Why I say that u ask? Because they're always sprinkling food on the bowl! Here we go, so I go to get a salad and bowl to go. Everything was pretty much fine until we get to the sour cream. I noticed it was lumpy. I asked do you have fresh sour cream, the worker replies it's fine, I said how do you know? They get me a new bowl put the wrong ingredients in it, skip over getting the sour cream, then when it came to putting on the guacamole the worker accidentally but still disgustingly puts her hand in the guacamole instead of using the spoon available. Ordered a Double Barbacoa Burrito Bowl online and picked it up in the store. MORONS FORGOT THE BARBACOA. They literally gave me a $10 aluminum "bowl" that was cold and mostly empty and DIDN'T NOTICE. If I could give this location zero stars I would, I have been to over 20 different chipotle locations and figures the one closest to my house (this one) is by far the worst one.. the quality = horrible, the portion sizes = even more horrible.. When I got my bowl, before I even took a bite I was able to see the bottom of it.. Try to contact chipotle feedback.com but need a reference or order number. There isn't one on the sticker receipt on the bag. Try to call, mailbox is full. It is apparent they are purposely and knowingly not able to fulfill orders they offer on their website. It is always when I order on door dash. They try to blame it on them but it's not. Every employee at this location is too wrapped up in joking with each other, using profanity and hooking up their friends that walk in with free extra meat and a 50% discount. Have ordered to go several times from this location and it always gets messed up or I get overcharged. The bags of chips are usually stale and crushed too. Both times I experienced that. I am a big fan of chipotle and was extremely disappointed at this location. We have came here three times and every single visit was horrendous. At every visit, the salad dressing was out of stock. I offered to wait while the cook make it but was told that it was unknown when the dressing will be available. This happened at all three visits. Seriously, how long does it take to make dressing? 15 minutes??? And no, the store was not busy and there were staff laughing and joking around.
