Consistently small portion sizes I did a mobile order for 3 burritos and had a couple issues. All 3 were missing most of the fajita veggies(barely some onion) and one was missing cheese. All the burrito portions were small, and everyone was disappointed. I went back to have one burrito remade since it was missing cheese, and they made what would be the normal size burrito. I asked if they changed their portion sizing, and they said "no". Reading other reviews, it appears they skimp on portion sizes. Ended up calling their corp support line 1800CHIPOTLE and all they offered was a free entree. Not even a refund. I had to reject their entree offer before they gave me the refund and it was only for the affected item even tho my daughter lost her appetite after that and we threw everything else out ($71 total order). I love Chipotle! Love the customer service. I was very disappointed in my encounter just now and this is my first time using Yelp for a negative review. I walked in and it wasn't busy. 1 person ahead of me. No problem waiting my turn. However, it was about 5 minutes standing there and not a single person acknowledged I was there. The 1 person was helping make a customer food. There were 5 other staff members in the back (2 near the drive through with no current cars in line). All appeared to be preparing for the evening surge to come while chatting. I will say that they were working. However, no one looked up to see if help was needed or say we would be right with you. I wasn't going to say anything until I asked for steak and there was no steak left and the person making my food had to ask for steak. I chose chicken instead. They missed out on an up charge of $2. I let them know that I never complain, I really never do, but that I was disappointed that the customer wasn't not a priority. Even just a "we will be right with you." The manager did not seem phased by my concern. and was one of the staff that was sweeping, but never turned around to acknowledge customers. I am dumbfounded...I came to this location on November 4th around 3:30/4PM to get myself some food after work. When I walked in I witnessed a young, brunette, female employee eating chips and guacamole in the back. Not just eating it though. Oh no... she was grabbing chips out of a large pile with her bare hands, dipping the chip into the huge tub of guacamole, eating the chip and licking her fingers, then grabbing another chip and repeating this process multiple times. I didn't read the reviews beforehand, but they are pretty spot on! I had ordered the wholesome bowl, with the Carnitas! Although the portion was great, the Carnitas was very cold and chewy. I actually ended up throwing it out. I did order a kids menu quesadilla with Barbacoa, which was OK, but halfway and through the little quesadilla, there was a hard piece of something so we spit that out. It's not about the meat being wet, like literally dripping as they put it over sour cream...like you literally can watch the guacamole turn into crema as they slide it down the line... however before all of that you have to make sure you ask the person making the food can he use gloves that he didn't just pull from their pocket. read more

Probably one of the worst chipotles I've been to! We walked in and there were about 7 employees behind the counter, one girl standing at the register and one poor girl taking orders. Mind you as we waited for her to prepare our order,about 5 more people walked in behind us and had to wait! I guess customer service just isn't a thing anymore? The food seemed cold, as if it was sitting out all day. Was not impressed. My husband ordered the brisket and he said that it was not at all what he was hoping for, it was very undercooked with a lot of chewy pieces. Once we got our food, we tried finding a table that didn't have remnants of food on it. Could they possibly wipe down tables for the customers? Went to fill up our drinks and the drink station was filthy! Straw wrappers laying everywhere, melted ice all over the counter top, lids pouring out of the holders, just gross! After we ate we tried to throw away our trash, but found it super difficult because the trash bin was full. It looked as if nobody emptied the trash or collected the food trays all day! Again, gross. It's unbelievably frustrating to call and be routed overseas to the customer care department who can only take the information and inform you someone will call or email you back. When I asked if they are going to reach out to the manager to let them know, the rep put me on hold and came back to say again that the incident department will be in touch. I have tried several times to call but you can't reach the restaurant directly by phone. We wanted to tell the manager so others don't get sick. I placed an online order through the app to save time today. My daughter picked it up, came home & started eating hers. I came downstairs to eat mine about 20 minutes later. When I opened my bowl, a large amount of gnats flew out. I closed the lid and was instantly disgusted. Do you like gnats in your food? I sure don't. My daughter immediately stopped eating hers. Of course. What do you do when there are bugs in your to-go order? I tried to find a number to call this location directly, but it's not on the app and the one online is for online ordering only. Yelp doesn't have a number either. I tried online chat however it's a bot and quickly stated that I was helped and closed my session before it could get me to a representative. As you can imagine, I was a bit frustrated and certainly hungry at this point, but I didn't want to pay $23 for food that could potentially get me sick due to poor cleanliness. So I drove to them, brought the untouched meal back, explained the situation and asked for a refund. The ladies there were quick to make it right and tried to give me a refund. For whatever reason, they could only refund $19. It should have been a refund in full, but at that point I was just hungry and wanted to leave, so I accepted the $19. They did handle it immediately and quickly. I am thankful for that. My thought is, who's responsible for the cleanliness of the establishment to ensure the food is stored properly and prepared without bugs to ensure there are no foodborne illnesses or food poisoning that could be caught? Didn't Chipotle already have an issue with something like this before? Sad to say I won't be back to this location for obvious reasons. Such a bummer because the location is convenient.
