U just wait and wait even if there's no line for someone to come take your order . Also bathrooms are terrible ! All of these negative reviews are spot on for this location. I too live super close to this newly opened Chipotle and I honestly have never been to such a poorly run restaurant...not just a Chipotle restaurant but any restaurant in general. Cold food in baby sized portions and the quality of the meat they used on opening day must have been the leftovers from other locations because ours was filled with blubber. Team members were polite but sooooooooooooo slow at everything they were doing. I provided feedback to Chipotle and they did add a free entree to my account because of how disappointed I was. Needless to say I never did redeem it because no way in the world will I ever go back to this location. Giving someone a week to redeem it is also pretty ridiculous particularly when you give it to us right after we have had a horrific experience. I ordered a burrito bowl today and opened it and there were 2 dead flies in it. Had to call DoorDash to get a refund! Gross! Chipotle this seems to be an issue at this location. Chipotle is always one of my favs, but this one got it wrong. I had to go two time before writing a review but the second time was worst than the first. My carnitas was so old, and sitting at the bottom of the tray it was rock hard. Took 15 mins to sit and wait while The line was out the door to make a new batch ( not prepared) and this is a new location. Chips were stale, both times. The trash bins are outside, so you can't throw your trash away. The toilets were broken both times as well. I won't be back, rather drive for some Good food. read more

The portion was not great, it felt like they are serving me a kids meal burrito bowl. The chips were very salty! Service is not good because as soon as she saw us (me and my wife) only wanted one bowl to share, it felt like she was purposely giving us less on everything so we order one more. There are a few girls regularly working when I stop by for a meal on my way home from work, who go above and beyond, and do so with a smile and a pleasant demeanor! The food here is like any other chipotle location: Americanized Mexican fast food. The issue is that this location is ran completely unorganized with 0 structure and 0 lack of order prioritization. Placed a mobile order at 12pm with pick up time set for 12:30pm, I got there at 12:35pm and they told me I placed my mobile order at 12:35pm. I showed them my phone where it says the time stamp and they say ok they are working on the order. I didn't get my order until 1:10pm, and there were still other mobile orders who didn't get their orders either who were also saying they have been waiting 50+ minutes. I absolutely love chipotle, & i love this new ones concept with the little pull up online spot, however i was reeaallyyy disappointed when i got my food. like what even is this ? i understand that they were very busy on their first day today, but 1st impression means a lot and this is just a joke. the food quality itself was good, the chicken properly seasoned and the rice was nice and fluffy, but their tortillas which i got in the side were definitely either old or just bad because the edges of the tortillas were very hard and crumbling off. overall i know that this spot is prime & im sure the community loves it, but presentation & portion wise they have to work on a little bit. i'm read more

I think this may be the worst Chipotle in the US. I tried to get a door dash for a Vegan friend and the order came in a split bag. The dasher said they wouldn't giver her a new one. I couldn't call corporate because the machine operator wanted me to send an email so I came in person. All the food was too contaminated for a vegan (cheese and sour cream in all the sauces, etc.) but forget that. After seeing what it looked like at rush hour the health department should shut them down. There were more than seven people working on the line and everyone was reaching over each other. It was completely nuts. I made them remake the order on principle but my vegan friend couldn't eat there in conscience. And honestly I don't want to anymore either! read more

Went on a Friday night about 7ish. Staff was very friendly but most items were out or depleted to the point where it was the bottom of the bowel and not appealing. Ordered chips but was told they were out but then I saw them on the counter. Was told they were only for online mobile orders. What?? So if you order inside they were saving for mobile orders...Crazy. Are they not able to replenish food throughout the shifts? Will wait a while before going back to give them a second chance. At some point after my experiences at this location, I found my self back ordering a bowl. Not sure how they did it but my experiences at this location have been wonderful In the last month or two. The food quality seems to be better and I rarely ever have fatty meat. The Al pastor chicken is also very yummy. The service has seemingly approved as well, even with said employee in my previous review. They are nicer and aren't stingy with the portions! Perhaps this location was still too new to fairly evaluate and has since found their groove. Either way, this location has become a wonderful and convenient solution for late night dinners or after-gym protein nutrition needs and I definitely come here often now. Find another Chipotle. The management is simply not experienced. The staff is extremely slow and unorganized. The food was decent, but they barely put any food in the burrito--the smallest Chipotle burrito I've had. Placed was empty, yet we had to wait bc the cooks & servers didn't communicate enough to have the food ready. Then we get to the register and asked for chips & guac to find out their fryer was down and they didn't have chips--a sign on the door would've been nice. Abby the manager is amazing! She's always there with a smile on her face and has always been super helpful. We lost our wallet and right before closing asked her to check cameras and she did right away and she was super positive and kind and didn't seem irritated when we stopped her mid helping a customer to help us. I understand burritos here have gotten smaller but I literally got about 1/3 as much food in my burrito as my two sons' burrito bowls and paid about a dollar more than one of their bowls. I asked for a drizzle of hot salsa and got about half a ladle of salsa in there. And when I asked for fresh cilantro, she started to tell me that they don't do that until I pointed toward the back of the kitchen and not a word more was said because she immediately knew where to get it. I have been giving this location the benefit of the doubt and each time I've been more and more disappointed. There's no real issue with the quality of food but rather the quantity and service are the major issues. It's no wonder this place has two stars prior to my post. read more

Stopped by the new location on Winchester road today. It was their 1st day open! Very busy and a little hectic but my barbacoa bowl was very good. We were excited to finally have a French Valley Chipotle. Not anymore. This place is the restaurant equivalent of a rolling dumpster fire. Orders are made wrong (never in your favor). The food is not fresh, and sometimes downright disgusting. The serving size is almost always outlandishly small. There is absolutely nothing good to say. If I went to Chipotle now I'd drive all the way to the Promenade mall location (Temecula), even though this one is down the street. I know the local community feels the same, because the place is deserted most of the time now. Frankly, I wish this place would close. Maybe a Wing Stop or Epic Wings. read more

Too busy completing on line orders, that the young lady behind the counter completely forgot to complete my order....so the cashier had to come over to do so. I went to this location last week and had the absolute worst experience. There was an incredibly rude girl with red hair at the drive through window. She gave me the wrong order. I came home and noticed and drove all the way back (about 20 min away). I got back up to the window and it was the same girl with red hair. I let her know she gave me the wrong order, she never apologized ONCE. She just walked away and went inside to review the order. While inside, I overheard her mimic me to another coworker. I wanted to tell her that I could hear her and that was really impolite to do that in front of a customer but by the time she got back to the window, she was just quick to get rid of me asap and wouldn't let me get a word in. she rudely asked me if I wanted a refund or for her to remake it. Again still no apology or even any empathy in her tone. I asked her to remake it as I had already driven 20 min there and back. I went to go hand her the other order that she gave me by mistake and she just rudely walked away. When she came back to the window to hand me my order, again I reached out the other bag to give to her and she rudely said "we can't take that!" I wasn't asking her to take it and re-sell it, I just simply wanted her to take it from me because it's not my order. Like why would I want it in my possession still??? When you go to a restaurant and the server brings you the wrong order, and you tell them, do they leave it on your table because they "aren't allowed to re-sell it?!" Of course not. They remove it and quickly rectify their mistake. And for god sakes- decent people APOLOGIZE. I tried to call this location several times that night to speak to a manager because I was appalled with this woman's awful behavior. But there was no answer. Placed my order online and went through the drive-thru. Got home and my customized order was ignored. Asked for some extras and paid for some extras and didn't receive it that way. The queso is really bad too. Del Taco's queso is 20 times better. Nothing more frustrating than paying over $42 dollars for 2 customized burrito bowls and to have them made as just a basic order. Also, don't do the drive-thru if you like hot or warm food. My order was cold. It asks what time I want to pick up, I was there 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and food was already sitting there for a while. The bottom of the cardboard bag was already soggy. Staff needs A LOT of training. We waited maybe double the amount of time we would normally spend ordering because the two in the front would wait until they couldn't scrape anything else out to tell the cooks they needed more rice, or veggies, or chicken. They were out of chips because their fryer was broken. Could have helped us by having a sign about no chips and no beer (even though it's on the menu). We could have gone to another location.
