I loved how knowledgeable the staff was. The fire Ice room has a timer so you're able to know how long you've been in the cold plunge. Each room is equipped with the shower and shampoo, conditioner body wash. (smells like oranges) extremely refreshing ! If I had more time, I would've loved to book back to back sessions. After my session, I got to speak with the staff and was informed of all the different programs I have that can help with sleep, stress and even pain relief program. I will definitely come back. Only thing is it is in japantown so parking can be hard. But it was very convenient to go across into Japan Center for lunch afterwards
