Only thing with the ham and cheese croissant was that I cut it in half the short way to share (so you would think both halves would have an even distribution of everything) but all the ham was pushed to one side that their half literally had no ham in it. There were a lot of other things on display that looked really good so when I venture out to this part of town I'll have to come back and give those a try. I definitely recommend coming in early because a lot of things in the front displays were cleared out by the time we got to the front. They do keep making more but it's not a guarantee.

This was my second time going and to my disappointment the employee there made it a less memorable moment. The thing that I cannot do is blame her 100% because she is only following orders from the owners, so hard to say but at the same time she really wasn't in a good mood either. Dilemma: Purchased chocolate fondue but due to allergies the only fruit I am able to eat is banana and strawberry. I asked for just those two fruits, she said "sorry I'm not allowed to give you only two fruits, you must get three". Told her I have allergic reactions to pineapple and I don't like blueberries, she just had a dumbfound look on her face. She finally budged and gave me the "I'll only do it this time" approach. She doing what she is told to do but you think the owner would actually give me the same answer? Or do you think the owner would equally treat me like crap like the employee did? Also, two sets of customers came in while I was eating and they left without even ordering and they seemed upset - so in that case, it definitely was employee attitude. No smiles transpire into a heated environment for both the customer and the people working there. I hope they stay in business as they have a good thing going on. Oh and lastly, she totally jipped us on the chocolate fondue. She extended herself to make sure we would be unhappy and un-satisfied. I HATE eating when I am pissed it truly is upsetting to eat like that. read more

I normally like this place, but the issue I faced today is just not something I am willing to overlook. I usually get all 3 Belgium chocolates (milk with white and dark drizzle), and it's always $4.99. Today I decided to do just white chocolate with some dark chocolate drizzle and the cashier charged me double the price ~$10. It felt weird but I assumed that they would put double the chocolate amount. As per the photo below, they put even less than I have ever seen them put. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I talked to the girl behind the register, who also prepped the dessert, she said that this is their policy. Disagreed with her, didn't get a valuable response. i was driving by minding my own when the colorful lights of this delicious organization caught my eye. the smell of freshly cooked waffles came through my window. I busted the quickest U turn of my life and i was pleasantly surprise That there was parking on the side of building. I wanna give a big shout out to @skye, @inayah, and @annie for making my day better. They had so much knowledge about the menu that I was confident about my decision. i got the waffles, with Nutella, strawberry syrup and ice cream. I died, went to heaven, came back, and kept eating. This was our first time trying chocolate bash and let me just say the smell when you walk in is beyond delicious. We were very happy with Daniela's knowledge of the menu and helpful suggestions to make our choices the best possible for our individual tastes. My wife ordered the crepe with butter and sugar and small chocolate krisps. I ordered the bash roll with Strawberries and bananas topped with dark Belgian chocolate. I recently had the pleasure of trying Chocolate Bash's to-go offerings, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! I ordered their famous cookie butter waffles and was blown away by the quality of the food. Even after a short car ride, the waffles were still perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, and the cookie butter sauce was just as rich and delicious as I remembered. I come to pick up my order and it's not ready after getting a 15 minute estimate. I understand it's thanksgiving and it's busy but I asked for a refund and they said you gotta go through doordash app. When I go through the app it says if you cancel you will not receive at refund. I tell them this and they say sorry nothing we can do. Horrible customer service and they only have two people working one of the busiest days of the year. What type of logic is this. The employees here were very friendly and welcoming especially Anas and the guy who has green eyes . They brought everything to us fast and fresh. It's amazing that delivery services has been added due to COVID-19. Misael and Macarena are a star team and multi-functional team players. Great food and great service. I have had the privilege of visiting multiple locations, and by far, the Los Angeles location has the best service and consistency with orders. I feel like I'm always getting what I pay for and leave with a positive experience. The only downside is it's usually pretty busy, especially on the weekends (average 15-20 min wait, sometimes up to 45 min), so I recommend ordering online and picking it up. read more

This is one of my biggest food regrets, which says a lot because I never regret spending money on food. But these people charged 23$ for a waffle with chocolate and fruits on it !!!! In addition to being outrageously expensive, it took them legit 40 MINUTES TO GIVE ME MY ORDER!!! I ordered it with less ice as my usual. Also ordered for a friend and didn't realize her drink came without boba so be sure to double check the menu as you order so you get toppings (or not) as you wish. FYI - they have a rewards program, join earn points, and get a birthday drink (discount) too! There's a small seating area inside, quiet music playing, and people working/studying (with a sign to use your indoor voice). Vibe is quiet and chill.
