I found Choice Granite through a yelp search and am so happy to have worked with them. I had just recently repainted our kitchen cabinets and it was time to upgrade the countertops, as well. Making an appointment to the showroom was easy. I was at the Pasadena location back in December 2020 and it was really nice. I let Greg know the look I was trying to achieve and he gave me some suggestions. After choosing the material, Greg's installers were able to come to my house about 2 weeks later. This was amazing, considering I had been hearing horror stories of some shops and contractors not taking on jobs or long delays due to Covid-19. I chose pre-fabricated slabs and the installation was really quick. The installers came in the morning, measured, and cut the slabs in my driveway. The installation was done before 2pm! Everything looked great. I saw some minor issues after the guys left and talked to Greg. He had one of his installers come back the next morning and it was a quick fix. Pricing was very fair. He went above and beyond to get me pictures of slabs from the warehouse so we could make our selection. He was patient and answered/addressed my MANY questions/concerns. What I appreciated most and was a total lifesaver was his ability to provide other contractors (plumber, drywall) for our job so I didn't have to go out and find them all individually and coordinate. In the past week or so I have been working with Greg to get my kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanity countertops done with quartz. I emailed him pictures of my kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. After emailing Greg the pictures we managed to work out all the details as to exactly what I wanted done. Greg has been extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and managed to squeeze me in to meet my schedule. He went out of his way to get me taken care of quickly. And my countertops were started on Saturday and completed by Monday. If it had been a weekday my job would have been completed in 2 days. So glad I found Greg with Choice Granite. I spent several days going to different showrooms around LA for a economical, but nice replacement for my old vanity. My home was built in the 50's and I have a 60" vanity, but my sink is offset. After finding Greg, he assured me he could have a cabinet made to match my existing layout. This made it so much easier, because I didn't need to move plumbing or electrical. The best part is Greg has someone who does countertop fabrication and flooring. This made the entire process more convenient for me. Additionally, I had gotten a few minor scratches on the cabinet. Don't know whether it happened during install or after when my plumber came. Either way Greg has been working with me to get it corrected. I'll keep you posted on the repair. read more
