I don't know where these people got their reviews from, but this place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. What a joke. Each time I have been here I feel like they could not give a damn about their customers. It takes 5 min for someone to drop a menu when they are empty! No smile, no clue about even the minimum of service. No consideration of lunch hour. And 5-10 min to get a check. Food is no big deal. read more

The food is very greasy, salty, and truly not good. The counter service is terrible, they don't talk to you or even crack a smile. They want to be paid when you put your take out order in, not a problem but when you have to wait 40 minutes for a small order you can't walk out, they have you held hostage. read more

Without a doubt the worst Chinese restaurant in the area. Tried it for the first time a delivery order. It took them a hour and a half on a Monday night. 1 Star only bc i have to! We ordered 3 veggie rolls for lunch. When i opened the bag it was 3 veggie spring rolls. When i called to tell them she gave me the wrong thing she was nasty. She said you didn't say sushi roll! Nasty! Of course veggie rolls are not on the lunch menu. Whatever! Again when i opened my order the rolls looked like shit. I have never had a "bad" meal here. The owner and his wife have always been good to me, this is not the first restaurant they have run and it's not the only one they run in the area. The food here is terribly inconsistent. Ordered last night and the general tsao chicken was inedible. The chicken was so hard you couldn't even bite into most of the pieces and the sauce was incredibly spicy. The service there always leaves something to be desired but the food is usually ok. Not great but ok. Given last night was busy but there were literally 7-8 people waiting online and they were just ignoring everyone. Food is pretty good, except the beef and broccoli had a chemical taste (like they cleaned the wok with cleaner) and was very disappointing. They need to figure out how to clean a wok and not have it taste chemically. I spent $70 because I had ordered doubles and triples of the entrees. Customer service is not good here, but I have yet to find a Chinese restaurant that has excellent customer service. I respect the language barrier, what can you do? Their food is consistently good. Primarily the sushi. I usually order the sweet potato roll, avocado/asparagus roll and spicy tuna roll. The only thing I am not crazy about are their egg rolls which is a little disappointing. Their delivery time takes forever as well. It's worth it for me to drive the 30min to go pick it up and bring it back home. We ordered delivery one time and it took almost 2hrs. read more

I will NEVER eat at this establishment ever again! I had placed a very large order for dinner with my family - this included steamed wontons. After picking up the order spending $60+ on food, sat down with my family to eat my boyfriend took a bite out of the steamed wonton and PULLED OUT A PIECE OF RUBBERBAND FROM HIS MOUTH. As you can imagine, everyone was disgusted and did not want to eat anything any further. We called Chopsticks right away to explain that a piece of rubber band was found in our food. The woman on the phone said to "call back tomorrow when the manager is in" long story short, we went down to Chopsticks first thing in the afternoon when they opened. First off, they accused us of putting the rubber band in the steamed wonton because they couldn't imagine how it gotten there, then they said they do not make the steamed wontons on location and they are bought from a distributor! When I demanded a refund they only wanted to refund me for the steamed wonton appetizer and asked for the rest of the food back(which questions why they would want ALL the food back for..to recycle? YUCK) - but our $60+ meal was already ruined and in the garbage. We even had the piece of rubber band in a napkin to show that we did find this in the steamed wontons - the man behind the counter took it and threw it in the garbage - after causing a scene when they REFUSED to refund my money I said I am coming around the counter to get the rubber band back for my lawyer. Before I knew it my money was laid out on the counter. I will never step food in this place ever again especially knowing their food is not made on premise, if their steamed wontons are store bought I wonder what else is. Never again! read more

When I first started coming to this place the food was amazing but every so often they serve food that is a few days old. The food sometimes taste and look slimy, which only means that cancelled orders or food that ends up not selling for the day isn't thrown in the trash. They hold on to it and throughout the day they'll add little water and their sauces and ingredients to fresh it up. But tasting it completely gives it away. It's utterly DISGUSTING. As consumers who spend our hard earn money to eat out, we should always get quality food and chop sticks just doesn't comply with that. To top it off, the food is a bit pricier than other Asian restaurants that are serving the same exact menu. They also pick and choose who to greet or serve at their tables. Not even waiting to taste the food before I write the review. Started working in the area and saw a co-worker have the menu. First off, their lunch specials are not a great offer. Every sushi place ever ordered from offer BOTH soup and salad, this is either or. AND, they don't include ANY shrimp options for their specials. So, it was $1.50 Extra just for a shrimp roll. (1) about 5 minutes after placing the order she calls back and asks which shrimp roll I wanted again? whatever, okay maybe my order was a little confusing for "adding" the shrimp to the lunch special. 20 minutes go by, she calls again! I thought maybe she couldn't find the place? Nope, she asks Again, mind you HYSTERICALY LAUGHING "What 2 rolls did you want in your delivery? ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDING ME??? Your job is to answer the phone to take orders. If you can NOT handle a TWO roll lunch special order, WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT THIS JOB????? It's now 40 minutes, still no delivery, when they said 20 minutes. I don't even want to give a tip, but it's not the drivers fault. I really hope the food makes up for it. But, seriously SO annoyed.
