I finally tried Chop Stop today (3/25/25) after seeing it around for a while, and I'm glad I did! It actually reminded me of Freshii, a spot I used to enjoy before it disappeared from California. It is like the salad version of Cava and Chipotle. With so many options from Build Your Own Bowl, Chop Bowl, Chopanini, and Chopurrito, I had a tough time choosing. One of the employees recommended the Vegan Chopurrito, and I decided to go for it, but with a twist. I added salmon (so, not so vegan anymore!). It turned out to be a great choice. The warm burrito bowl was packed with flavor, featuring a base of cilantro lime rice, seasoned beans, and salsa, plus white beans, avocado, roasted corn, tomato, bell peppers, pepperoncini, and crispy wonton strips. The portion was huge and definitely sharable, but I was starving and happily finished it myself. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu soon. Bonus: parking is super easy since it's in a strip mall with plenty of free spots. read more

I just love these style salad spots, always been confused why there aren't more, but hopefully this chain pops up in more spots. This one is different than Simply Salad, but very similar. Portions are smaller, but that's fine by me as long as it is cheaper, which it seems to be. Very similar ingredients to simply. Here I get the quinoa. I don't know if it's them or me. Every single time I have ordered from this location (over YEARS) it is always wrong. I guess the top 2 that I remember are- 1. (In person) my food had hair in it, showed them and they remade it this time with plastic in it. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to call in the morning. Called then they said they'd have a manager call me back. Never happened. 2. I ordered online 2x without receiving dressing in around or near my order. Like wth who eats salad without dressing and it's on the order receipt online and on the bag. I came here with a friend for lunch. It's a small place but lots of options! I decided to build my own salad where you get to pick your ingredients. I was sad you could only pick 6 vegetables because I definitely wanted more. The service was fast and our salads came out very fast! They were also delicious and refreshing and all ingredients were very fresh. I was shocked to hear they didn't have a bathroom since you can sit down and eat but the next door shops do have bathrooms and allow you to use them. I always get my salads to go, so I can't speak to ambiance, but it's conveniently located, lots of parking, and the choices are amazing; everything you can imagine for the salad of your own making. They just can't get it right. Every single damn time. Last time I called, so I got everything I asked for, but if I don't call, it's always wrong. This time it was minor--I asked for an extra container of dressing and didn't get it. It seems like a small thing--but I am disabled and rely on deliveries. I usually order the salad, split it in half, and have one half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day. Tomorrow, I will have no dressing for my salad. read more

Been coming here for over 10 years now. This place won't wow you with some incredible unique cuisine, but if you like a chopped salad, this is your spot. My go to is the bbq chop. They serve everything in a plastic bowl with a lid making it easy to save some for later. Once in a while you'll get a tad less salad than the full bowl, but I'll live.  Perfect when you want something easy and healthyish. 8/10. When I went in to complain about it, I was told that the rice is cooked and they also put the "crunchy" rice on the sides (the rice that didn't cook" inside with the rice that did cook. WTF!? I really like all of the variety of things. Everything is very fresh. The service is excellent. Ruby in particular is my favorite! She remembers my name every single time and my order.
