Hadnt been here in a while - tried the feature sandwich the heirloom BLT which was a good portion size and made the way I requested it. Got a side of the couscous which tasted fresh as well. Parking challenging sometimes at this location but I got a good spot today - bravo !

I was greeted at the counter by a very lovely and friendly young lady who took my order. This was my first time at the Encino location and it wasn't very crowded considering it was the peak for lunchtime. We sat outside and the service was prompt. Food came out just right. I ordered the 1/2 sandwich (The Farm Club and a side of Spiced Curry Couscous which is addicting) - Delicious! The food is consistently fresh and tasty. Very casual dining like all the other locations. Parking can be a challenge at times.

Delicious, healthy, and quick to come out. Big fan of the not so fried sandwich, definitely opt in for the bbq sauce - it adds a perfect tang. Huge shoutout to Robert for the friendliness and attentiveness to all our requests. As far as eating outside on Ventura, this is one of the more quiet and clean atmospheres, lovely on a nice day.

I have a bone to pick with Mendocino Farms for getting rid of my favorite salad on the menu (the pink lady beets salad), so docked a point for that. However, the winter citrus and goat cheese salad (chicken, marinated goat cheese, fresh navel oranges, hot citrus honey, honey roasted almonds, pickled red onions, shaved fennel, mixed greens, kale, romaine, farmhouse vinaigrette), and the Baja green goddess salad (chicken adobado, roasted corn, hatch chiles, black beans, jicama, avocado, grape tomatoes, red onions, Monterey jack, taco crunch, romaine, arugula, cabbage, cilantro, Baja goddess dressing) are great alternatives. This location often has sampler tasters which is a nice touch. Sometimes they are extremely busy and slower than usual, but that's most places these days. Please bring back the pink lady beets salad. Thanks !

I was instantly welcomed into the clean space by the friendly staff. The food used simple and fresh ingredients, I thought it was delicious!!!!!! Robert's service was first class.

    Raw bread

I guess this time was a total flop. The bread was basically raw--completely undercooked and inedible. I had to take the entire thing apart just to eat it without the bread. What made it worse is that I emailed corporate and never got a response. I really didn't want to leave a bad public review, but since no one bothered to follow up, I felt like I had no choice but to update it here. Maybe there's been a change in management at this location? I can't understand how something as obvious as raw dough was allowed to go out the door. That's not just disappointing--it's unacceptable.

2 stars because the people working there were very friendly and upbeat. My friend and I come to MF a lot because we like to order a sandwich and salad and split it. My company and team often cater from here. So today I came in here for a half a sandwich and cup of soup deal. It was very pathetic for the price. It felt like more of a third of a sandwich (wish I'd taken a pic) and it was like 2/3c of soup (pic attached) way overpriced for what you actually get.

5 stars for service!!! Shout out to these wonderful ladies Jakayla and Talia! So I've been here 2x I'm so excited this place finally opened up because it's a lot closer to me compared to Studio City. I came here their grand opening week and again today. The first time I came parking was available in the front metered and when I came today I parked in the parking structure. I wish it was more convenient or if they had like a pick up area where they bring it out to you. They do validate up to one hour but not a fan of having to park, get a ticket, validate, and get out because you can only make a right when coming out of the structure. Anyhow on the food and service, location etc. Great location once again fantastic service both times I've come here the workers are extremely friendly, today in particular Jakayla assisted me and when I asked for a water cup she even told me to try their lemonade drinks to see if I like them. I have always wanted to try their drinks but never wanted to buy one without actually tasting it, so it was so nice for her to offer it because I really enjoyed it and will definitely order one next time. Also, Talia assisted me as well and I had some questions about their menu and she was able to answer my questions she was very personable. I like their sandwiches, my go to is the chicken parm sandwich love the pomodoro sauce that accompanies it. I ended up ordering a catering order as I had a get together with some friends and everything came out perfect. I'm so glad this location opened up and overall it's great. Plenty of seating, good food, salads, sandwiches, good quality. -1 star for the parking situation and menu items the studio city location offers more items than them due to them being a test kitchen. I wish they had that chicken wrap here too.

I have been so excited for this location to open and I was the first person in line! Today, 3/26/24, is the official grand opening and by joining their rewards program, you received a free entree with purchase. I ordered my usual which is The Farm Club- Shaved, roasted turkey breast, smashed avocado, applewood smoked bacon, herb aioli, tomatoes, mixed greens, pickled red onions on Mom's seeded honey whole wheat. As I don't eat bacon, I always sub for more turkey at no extra cost and get the aioli on the side. I got this as the 1/2 Sandwich Combo which comes with a deli side or cup of soup. I got a side of Spicy Curried Couscous-roasted cauliflower & carrots with Mendo's signature spice mix. Also, from 11a-1p they had a unique ice cream experience from Ice Cream Garden Catering to celebrate the newest location! Parking- As they are attached to an apartment complex, you can park in that lot for 60 minutes with validation or park at the Caruso shopping center across the way for free. Can truly never go wrong with Mendo!

I ordered a the Dom and a supremo on their website at about 1:30pm on a Friday. It was ready at 2:30, which seemed like a crazy long wait for a sandwich, especially considering the place was empty when I got there. But alas. I wonder if it would have been quicker for me to just go in and order in person. Anyway, the wait (and 30 minutes of wandering around target to kill time) was worth it. The supremo - it's basically a slice of pepperoni cheese bread. Which is delicious. My late uncle's friend used to make us a pepperoni bread every year at Christmas and try as I might, I could never make it as good as hers. This one is closer than I've gotten! They forgot the side of Marinara for dipping, though, but it's fine because I have no chill and inhaled this thing on the drive home. While I was expecting something a little bigger based on the photo and the price, it was tasty and I would prooooobably get it again. The Dom - the real reason I'm here: a sandwich! I asked them to swap out the provolone for pepper jack, as I do not like provolone. The ratio of all the ingredients was spot on! The bread was soft with a little chew. Everything was fresh. Sandwich was a good size overall. 10/10, would eat again. Excited to go back to try a pizza or maybe a meatball sub or lasagna!

I would love to know the reasoning behind the alarming increase of price for a pound of prepared pasta such as cheese tortellini, which is available in the freezer section. I was intrigued when I saw a spot that I had never heard of with a good yelp rating, I had to check it out. After reading a few of the reviews, and looking at the photographs I was sold. The Antidote delivery was close by, but let me tell you I had difficulty finding it. I want to make sure that others are aware of the challenge because it is definitely worth it. The issue is the signage. I was confident when I walked in and told Arthur, the gentleman behind the counter, that there was no sign, indicating Antidote Delivery, he politely corrected me. It turns out that next to the "market" sign there is an exclamation mark Which shows antidote delivery. My eyes went right over it and I never saw it, as a result I found myself circling around, trying to find the correct location. Once you find it, you may be hesitant to enter thinking that this is just a liquor store. In fact, this market has been here for 25 years and they prepare a fresh submarine sandwich that is delicious. So here is what you need to know upfront, the ambience is not desirable, so plan on a takeout. But if you're looking for a local business with a fresh delicious submarine sandwich, I would give this a try. Arthur was very kind to explain that they do deliveries within 5 miles for $2.99. So if you live within 5 miles you can order your sandwich and have it delivered. It's convenient because it's also a liquor store. You can order anything else at the same time and have that included for that nominal fee. It's always nice to support local places, this feels like a family business but I didn't ask so I'm not sure. One thing I'm certain of, I will be returning.

You have several choices of bread, and I went with the soft roll, which tasted bakery-fresh and was the perfect match for the sandwich. It's a small Italian deli that hits the way you want it to. To the right as soon as you walk in, there's seats and a table where you can wait for your to go order or to eat there. The entire shop was clean, neat and orderly. It's sensory overload walking in. There's a lot going on. The menu is massive. I knew what I wanted after doing some homework before arriving so I was ready. The lady that took my order couldn't have been more of a pleasure to deal with. I placed my order, paid, tipped and sat down. A few minutes later, I had what is probably the best sandwich I've had this year. I should have sat in the parking lot and enjoyed it but I wanted the elbow room because I knew this was a monster. After I got home and unwrapped this behemoth, I instantly knew it was worth the drive. The Dillinger (which is what I ordered) has Pastrami, Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Mozz Cheese, Garlic Butter and Marinara Sauce. If there's a better (big back) sandwich, I'll wait for your reply. This was soooooo gooood. In every bite you could taste each ingredient separately and it was an explosion of flavors. I ordered a small cup of their marinara sauce to dip/drizzle on each bite.....couldn't have been a better decision. Worth it. The 3 ladies that were working the front counter (around noon on 4/23) were the best. Just an all around great experience and fantastic food. I'll be back soon FOR SURE!!!!
