I told him, honestly, that maybe she simply didn't care to have him as a client. Let's keep it real. We arrived 20 minutes early for our 5:00 PM appointment, only to find out that another barber hadn't shown up, which pushed our appointment back to 5:10 PM. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated. Overall, it was disappointing, especially because my son left feeling like he wasn't welcomed or valued.(he has been coming here at least 3yrs with Andy but he is no longer there) My review was taken off GOOGLE REVIEW

Finding a shop that meets his expectations of old time simplicity in a town we are only a little familiar with can be challenging. I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. The atmosphere was hip yet what you would typically think of a barber shop. I'm sure it isn't every day that they cut the hair of a WWII veteran. Jeremy was kind and very detailed. He even trimmed his eyebrows! I was super impressed since in the 5 years since he moved here from South Carolina, no barber has ever done that! We have to come to town frequently, so we will be back.
