Great food! I really enjoy all of their choices

We keep trying new places. Should have stopped when we saw how much food we would get for the price. Everything was very bland. Even the S&S sauce. Egg roll flavor was weird. Nothing I have tasted in an egg roll ever. And I have had many. We ordered 10 meals for lunch at work not only was the ordering process super easy, the lunch special is awesome. HUGE portions, plus egg roll and soda. The order arrived early and was correct and we were not missing a single item. The food was delicious, and the veggies were fresh. We will def be ordering from them again. read more

I work at a hospital down the street from this place. It is small, it's not the nicest restaurant on the inside. But don't let that fool you. The food is good, I'm not a Chinese egg roll type person but theirs are phenomenal. There are some mixed reviews on here some about customer service or they didn't like the food. First time trying this place because my usual spot, Canton house was closed. Since its my first time, didn't want to be too adventurous, so I ordered the cashew chicken lunch special with steamed rice. The only thing that was good was the pop that came with it and the steamed rice. The cashew chicken was comprised of diced celery and a few diced carrots, with a few sliver of chicken and a few cashew nuts. Taste, sweet beyond belief. Cashew chicken or most Cantonese based chicken dishes is suppose to have a light savory sauce, this one is a dark, sweet sauce. I sure enjoyed the steamed rice and pop though. I have never been more disgusted and offended by any restaurant until I dealt with ChopStick. I place a lunch special order on Tuesday and half way during my meal, I noticed the chicken was not well cooked. I called the place and asked to speak with Nancy, "Manager". I was told by a lady and young man that I never placed an order with them. They told me there was no record in their system and that the manager will not speak with me unless I had the receipt. This place is horrible the food does not have any taste to it at all. Its taste old and frozen. I called and spoke to Anna and she was yelling at me on the phone then she showed up at my place of work demanding to see the food that I had placed in the garbage. I wanted to add an update. Their crab rangoon is amazing, like best I ever had amazing. Luckily someone I was with ordered the sweet and sour chicken so we used the sweet and sour sauce to dip the crab rangoon in. They don't offer sweet and sour packets(at least in their little sauce display) which is why this made me excited. read more

They give out a large amount for lunch special, but the food was okay, Lo Mein was so salty.

Tried this place a few times in the past and it was never anything more than middle of the road Chinese food. Today it took quite the swing to the terrible side. Chicken egg foo young was overcooked and bordering on burnt and the sauce tasted like salty melted plastic. The fired rice was flavorless as were the egg rolls. Basically we paid them for $20 to give us the opportunity to dispose of trash for them. read more

We decided to give Chopstix a try and were highly impressed. Best service we've ever had for take out, anywhere. Chopstix was superior today and with very reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service which made me feel extremely welcome and that they really appreciated my business. I haven't had Egg Foo Young in years and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Pad Thai and their shrimp egg rolls were fantastic! When I ordered egg rolls they volunteered that there are 2 in our lunch special and did I think that would be enough - that was perfect. Most places would rather take the extra revenue but I love that Chopstix would much rather have my repeat business! They also surprised me by saying they owed me a couple sodas with the lunch special... I hadn't noticed that on the take out menu but it sure was appreciated when offered. The little things in life really do matter. My favorite sales and service training guru, Jeffrey Gitomer has the best phrase for Chopstix: "People hate to be sold, but they love to buy!" I can't wait to go back. On an NPS scale of 0 to 10, Chopstix gets a very enthusiastic 10!! read more

We have ordered from here for years, and never had a problem. Food is reasonably priced and you get what you pay for, slightly above mediocre. However we will never return after a horrible customer service experience where we placed an order for delivery online, were sent a confirmation email and the order was marked as complete online. When I called bc it was 30 minutes late they said they had never received it, and that they would make it but not deliver. My husband went to pick it up and hoped they would at least throw in some free egg rolls or something but said no and that it was not their fault. We'll be sticking with China 1 or South China from now on. Poor customer service loses customers. read more

This place is FANTASTIC. Now only is the place extremely clean, the staff is extremely friend. They have a great reasonably priced menu. I love the lunch special and that you can get that for dinner for $2 more. The entire menu is delicious and amazing, I cannot say enough good things. The food is good. The wait of waiting for the food is not too long either. I like all their vegetarian dishes.

This is a small place, just west of Northwest Community Hospital. They have 6 tables inside if you want to eat there, it is casual and peaceful. If you know what you like, tell them, they will make your dish exactly like you want. I am not partial to white rice, so now they serve brown rice. I don't like greasy pan fried noodles, so now they serve rice noodles on the side steamed. If you like seafood, try the Happy Family Seafood dish. Tell them easy on the broccoli and tell them what you like. The owners are always working hard to make your experience delightful. read more

I ordered here for the first time. Liked that they offer many selections in half portion size. The sweet and sour chicken was lacking vegetables in the sauce and only had 5 pieces of pineapple. The sauce was bland and the chicken was not crispy. The egg roll filling was under seasoned. The cashew chicken had a good variety of vegetables and a tasty sauce I wish there was more cashews to balance the dish. The chicken fried rice lacked flavor and a variety of vegetables. read more

Food is decent but they have a bunch of incompetent fools that work and drive for them. We live 2 miles away and they never find our condo....even though we heard of them because they left menus downstairs. I once had to text them my address and another time I had to drive to a place to meet the driver. The food is OK but not worth the hassle. They need to do better at their customer service. If you order DO NOT get delivery just go and pick it up as you will have to drive either way. read more

I decided to try Chopstix after it opened so close to me recently and I am so glad I did! The food is delicious and very reasonable, the service is great and the people are very friendly. The place we used to get Chinese food delivered from was mediocre at best so I am excited to have a good place nearby. read more

Got a lunch carryout. Chicken Lo Mein and it was enormous. Tastes pretty good. Will go back and try other dishes.

We enjoyed it. But the breading was kind of thick on the items. Meat pieces were small. Plenty of healthy vegetables though. And flavors were great. read more

Quick and friendly service! Not much for seating which was not a problem, as most people came for take out during the lunch hour. I ordered the chicken with pea pods lunch special with came with a choice of rice and am egg roll and a soda for less than $7. The place is clean and the food was fresh, great taste, not heavy and digested well. Overall great experience and food! I will be making this a regular lunch spot. read more

While the prices and portions are very much on the plus side I was very disappointed in the sweet and sour park, the sauce was so thin it did not stick to my meat. The General Tsos is mediocre but not anything worth having again. The egg roll included in the dinner special includes shrimp but tasted great ...just a heads up for those who cannot eat shellfish that one will be a surprise. read more
