Chopstix Fusion never disappoints. I'm always happy with the food quality and delicious flavors. I started with dessert today as the chef was at the market buying my fresh crab. Busy day delayed him. Ube tiramisu for the ultimate 'I'm an adult and I can have desert before my entree' moment. Such a nice subtle flavor of ube and a rich texture. We had some egg rolls and fried pork dumplings while we were waiting. And as soon as chef walked in they started the beef chow fun. And then the typhoon harbor crab. The pièce de résistance. So good. I'm always happy to eat here. The service is stellar and the food tasty.

Update- we tried the new silky tofu sizzler and WOWWWWW- honestly the best thing we all ate! The pork is great- it's spicy but not too spicy.

Truly, a hidden gem and one of those neighborhood best kept secrets! This LITTLE spot nestled away in a strip mall off Parker Road has some of the best Chinese food you can get in Denver! Huge portions, packed full of flavor, and absolutely crave worthy! I visit here at least once a month, most of the time with the beef chow fun on my mind. Their XO sauce is so delicious, they have a XO version of their beef chow fun as well as there's string beans, which are also awesome! And I never leave here without one of owner, Wendy's delicious crêpe cakes or other desserts! My favorite is the Dubai chocolate crêpe cake or the delicious pandan sponge cake! Other dishes, that you should absolutely try typhoon crab, boiled, Szechuan, fish or beef, I mean, truly I haven't had anything there that I didn't like! Service is great, owner and her family are extremely attentive and kind! It's a small little café that packs a big punch! If you have a van, I highly recommend

Ordered cakes and cupcakes for my husband and daughter's birthday. Wendy made it super easy and convenient to order her desserts through instagram! It was all beautiful, delicious, and not too sweet. She is very creative with her designs and very talented. We stopped in the eat so we could try the food for our party too. The Lo Mein was delicious! A big hit with us but even our guests at the party. My favorite was the green beans with XO sauce. Cooked to perfection! Their location is located in the very middle of the shopping center. A small place but does good service! No high chairs if you have babies or toddlers.

Probably top 3 Chinese places I've tried in Colorado. Good Chinese food is harder to come by in this state, and I would recommend trying this place for pretty authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong cooking. Beef chow fun (干炒牛河) with XO was delicious and I would get the string beans with XO sauce next time. If there is a dish you're mot seeing on the menu, it might be worth calling in advance to see if Wendy and her husband can make it special for you since they take requests sometimes. Wendy is the wife of the business duo and she makes delicious cakes - the Asian type that is soft and not too sweet. They are much fresher than the ones you can get at Tous les Jours or Paris Baguette. I think a 6in with only basic decorations costs about $60-65 but just call to inquire.

Nestled in the corner of a little strip mall, this Chinese restaurant is a great find! Service was fast with a large selection of food, drinks, and in house made desserts. We shared x3 plates which was plenty for lunch and our dinner that night. The lo mein was our favorite with the green beans all being cooked perfect as well. The Szechuan chicken could definitely have used more chicken but the veggies were very fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend if you're craving your comfort Chinese food!

Finally had a chance to try Chopstix Fusion tonight and have to echo the universal praise I see so often. Staff were incredible. We got there and I hadn't realized how small the place was. We got stuck waiting for a large group who took their time clearing out even though they were finished even before we arrived. Staff checked in with us constantly while we waited outside and were extremely kind and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault and we were fine to wait. I was extremely impressed by how attentive they were. Eventually they combined a bunch of outdoor tables inside for us. When the large group left right after we sat down, they even offered to help us switch tables. It's been a long time since I've had service this good at a restaurant. I'd happily go back anytime and am eager to try more things on the menu.

This hole in the wall restaurant offers a delightful dining experience! Quick and diligent service with some very comforting food options. The Mongolian beef is perfectly tender with a flavorful sauce, the fried rice is rich and aromatic, and the pandan cake is a fun and deliciously sweet way to end the meal. Portion size is huge so be mindful while ordering. Will be back to try other things on their menu

Chopsticks Fusion is top notch amazing!!!! Our food was very good and the service was also very good. This restaurant is hidden away in a small strip small area. It has outdoor and indoor seating. They also make custom cakes if you need one. My favorite meals item was the sesame chicken, but again, all of the entrees we ordered were delicious!!! I'd definitely return to this restaurant.

Had a great early dinner here, and yes the beef chow fun hits! Started with hot sour soup and wonton soup which were both great. Also ordered sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Sesame chicken was good, nice and crispy with a great sticky sauce. Mongolian beef was very salty and I'll maybe try to stir fry the left overs with some plain rice to balance it out. Wendy was our server and was fantastic. We were stuffed so we didn't try dessert this time around but they looked fabulous. Very small seating area but we came at a great time so had no problem getting seats. When we left though every table was full. We'll definitely be back again

Yay! I am finally able to cross off this place on my bucket list of places to try! Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my parents. The place is small and located in the corner of a retail strip. The place is casual and clean. We were seated immediately and we got in at good timing where it wasn't super busy. My mom ordered the Thai Iced Tea and my dad ordered the Iced Jasmine Tea with Limeade Passion Fruit to start for beverages. Our waitress gave us some time to look at the menu and came back to take our orders. She gave some suggestions too. We ordered and shared the Beef Chow Fun, Seafood Pan Fried Noodles, Stir Fried String Beans with Minced Pork and Garlic, and a chef special Chicken with Szechuan Peppercorns. Of all the dishes, the beef chow fun was our favorite. The seafood pan fried noodles were second. The string beans and the chicken szechuan were both equally good but a little on the saltier side. The peppercorns in the chicken dish was just too overpowering for my taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed all the entrees but wished it was less salted. The chicken dish wasn't for me as I didn't like the saltiness and the overwhelmingness of peppercorn taste. Overall, all the dishes were very savory, distinct, and flavorful. We did try their desserts. We shared the strawberry crepe cake and the mango mousse. Yummy and highly recommend trying their desserts! The sweetness is perfect and the desserts tasted very light and refreshing. The desserts are always changing on what they have. They do cater too, food and desserts! I would definitely come back, but I would ask them to ease up on the salt. So far, a Chinese restaurant that isn't on the so sweet side. Thanks for a great experience.

But you can get really good ice cream almost anywhere. Heck, go to almost any grocery store and you can get Ben and Jerry's which still makes great ice cream with unique flavors. But how many ice cream shops have a zillion people either eating ice cream or standing in line or dancing to live music? None that I have seen before. This place is an absolute scene. By the way, the dancing was swing dancing, which isn't something you just decide to do (it takes a very long time to get good). Now, there are two lines. First, there is the interior line (inside the main fence) that is really, really long but you get more flavor options. The second exterior line is just really long (as opposed to really, really long) and is outside the gate with fewer flavor options. We went for the exterior line and it moved along nicely. Sure, you can get great ice cream almost anywhere but this place is a unique place. You can enjoy the live music and dancing while you wait in the longer than average lines. 5 Star Product, but the Denver location needs serious improvement…read more.. The product at Mango Mango is amazing... I can't say enough good things about the drinks and desserts. That quality is the reason I continue to come back. I've visited Mango Mango locations in Las Vegas and Orlando, and the difference in the overall experience compared to Denver is honestly night and day. Unfortunately, the Denver location's operations are holding back an otherwise great product. Every visit has come with a 30-60+ minute wait, even for simple orders like mango sticky rice smoothies. This past visit, we waited about 50 minutes for two drinks and a crème brûlée cake slice. Here's the kicker, there wasn't even a line when we arrived. We still waited about 7 minutes just to order because, as usual, there was only one person working the front of house. She was responsible for taking orders, prepping items, organizing pickups, answering questions, and keeping things moving. The frustrating part was watching multiple customers who ordered 20-30 minutes after us receive their orders before ours. The issue isn't the employees, they are doing what they can. The issue is staffing, workflow, and lack of operational structure. The cleanliness and overall setup also need attention. Floors and tables often go unwiped, and customers sometimes end up cleaning tables themselves. There is no proper dirty dish station or cart, so used plates and cups are stacked on the same counter where customers order and pick up their food, creating congestion and a poor experience. The product is genuinely excellent, but it feels like it's carrying the entire location. I truly hope management reviews staffing, workflow, and camera footage during peak hours because with the right support and systems, this location could be fantastic.
