What a great find and honestly deserves more customers. Noodles are fresh and handmade with that great chew and firmness. So far this is the closest to my dad's Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup (I know it's a little different but the flavors remind me of home). Typically there isn't any of the mala flavors and sensations in the Taiwanese version. The broth is savory and salty which is great since many Asian noodle restaurants do cater to local and western taste buds. The slices of beef are tender and they do not skimp on the amount of beef. Portion sizes and price point is hard to beat. Definitely one of the best beef noodle soup in Colorado and my favorite one so far. I will definitely be coming back to try their other offerings. I've been here two times so far and confident it will remain in my regular rotation. So far I've tried the Gyudon Noodles, Beef Chow Mein, soup dumplings, and wonton in chili oil. The noodles are the star of the show here, and no surprise given they're freshly made, soft, and chewy. Both the gyudon noodles and chow mein are fantastic! 10/10. It's going to be hard trying new items because I loved these two dishes so much. The soup dumplings are tasty but a little light on the soup & the chili wontons are good as well. Noodles are fresh as advertised. Their bowls actually really hit the spot, especially on a cold day where you're looking for something hot and savory. The portion sizes are really large, for $14.99 you get a bowl that fills you up all day and provides leftovers suitable to be an another meal. We got the Signature Noodle Bowl, Dan Dan Noodles and Pork Wontons. The noodle dishes came out steaming hot with really fresh and really long noodles. The flavors were bursting, and it was spicy but not too spicy. The Dan Dan Noodles had our mouths tingling and the ground pork in it was delicious and tender. The Signature Noodle Bowl was addicting and after finishing the left overs at home later that day, I was sad there was no more. There are so many other dishes that look good here, I will certainly be back to try more. In fact we've been talking about how much we've liked this place all day. The staff is really friendly and helpful, when you order they let you know if the dishes have meat or not and how spicy the dish is. Stopped in for a quick bite before some grandkid's cross country meet. It very clean and neat, with very friendly staff. I've come to believe that if a restaurant's sauces are good... the food is great. That holds true here. I've come here twice now, and am so impressed by the flavors and the value! The service is also great. It's a large space with lots of seating, and it perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. I've brought friends, and they also leave raving about it. On my first visit, I got the Spicy Signature Beef Noodle Soup, and was pretty obsessed. This past time, it was hot outside so I didn't want soup... good thing, because I tried the Gyudon Beef with Noodles and L-O-V-E-D it! My beef noodle soup reminded me of the street food in Taiwan. They do a good job and the noodles have a QQ texture too and certainly above average. Service is excellent and the lady up front was super friendly and accommodating! The restaurant has a fast casual feel but for some reason I swear one day they could go full service restaurant. This shopping center and area are certainly revitalizing with the introduction of Whole Foods, a sushi restaurant and Chipotle. Mian is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. It's an order at the counter noodle spot with sitdown quality food. The wonton noodle soup has a delicious light broth, exactly like it should. The signature beef noodle soup is good, but it has that very distinct Chinese five spice flavor that can be hit or miss with people. The kimchi salad has the most kimchi of any restaurant in the Denver metro area. No joke, it's like half of a jar, and that is AWESOME. Inside, the restaurant is much bigger than it looks from the outside. They have plenty of seats for big groups and booths for families. One item to skip is the potstickers. They're no different than what you can get in the frozen aisle at H-Mart. Also, this is a noodle shop, so it's best to focus on the things they specialize in. Yu's Noodle Shop in Lone Tree is slightly better in most ways, but Mian is better designed for Denver. It's fast, really good food that hits the spot when the craving for Chinese noodles hits. read more

Could be we ordered the wrong things. We really weren't very hungry. We got scallion noodles and soup dumplings. Maybe these weren't the strong points of the menu. Soup dumplings had a good amount of dumpling, but not very much soup. Scallion noodles did seem freshly made. We had a milk tea in a can for a drink. I can't express how excited I am for this restaurant to have come to the neighborhood! I had noticed the signs a while ago and was eager for their opening. We finally got the chance to try it tonight and if I could give it more than 5 stars I seriously would. The staff is super friendly and willing to accommodate modifications and all of our weird requests. We ordered a couple of apps, some noodle dishes, and some soups and each dish was better than the last. The restaurant was quite packed, but our food still came out fairly quickly. Watching them put everything together was a treat, you have a pretty good view of their "kitchen" based on where you sit. Everything was made to order, super fresh and very well made. I spent a lot of time in China, so "Fresh Noodles" typically means hand pulled noodles done just before cooking. This is not that, Denver area could use something like that, it's really a great idea. We ordered veggie fried spring rolls, Kung Pao Chicken noodles, and Chicken Noodle soup. The spring rolls were typical American Chinese fare, nothing bad, nothing really special. The Kung Pao was good, chicken breast and a lot of red and green peppers, lacked the sesame final touch before serving, needed a request for the chile oil to make it better. The problem was the Chicken Noodle soup. This is a standard in many different cultures and countries, something actually difficult to mess up, but here that was somehow achieved. There was a strong unusual spice/herb addition that overwhelmed it, took away the chicken taste. Having grown up with this kind of soup, having it all over the world, this was very different, and not really that appealing. I asked the woman up front what the addition that overwhelmed the soup was, she stated she did not know. I tried to explain it did not work, she took it as a compliment and thanked me(!?) My wife was put off, thought it was a waste of money and time, stated she would never return (her sister and nephew like the place and recommended it). I might return, and try some of the other dishes to really have an objective view of it. read more
