This is one of my favorite lunch places. Service is good and you can get thru a long line fairly quickly. They allow you to modify your salad or bowl without a complaint which is really nice. My favorites are the crispy chicken salad and the Mediterranean bowl. read more

Went here for lunch today with a friend and at first it looked promising. The space is open and bright and their menu has both curated salad/wrap options and the option to customize your dish. They have lots of salad, topic, and dressing options. I picked one of their "favorites" the Mexican Caesar and added grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was not freshly cooked and was deli meat chicken. Very disappointing. Overall, the dish was not very good or filling. My friend customized his own salad and was equally unpressed. This place has been on my to-try list for a log time. The places is great, especially if you have a group of people with mixed eating preferences(vegetarian, keto) they have something for everyone. You know, this place is pretty good. Maybe my point of comparison isn't robust enough - Sweet Green, Nalley Fresh - but I think this holds up just fine to the whole fast casual, salad served like Chipotle thing. Best Chopt location in Atlanta. I have been to all three locations and this by far is my favorite. The customer service at this location is great, they are constantly restocking the food, and constantly cleaning as they go (as they should :) ). Don't come here at 12! it will be packed!!! The most incredibly unprofessional rude manager just screamed at me in front of customers, without listening, arguing and yelling, and then hung up on me. Imagine someone behind the counter screaming on the phone in front of customers. I ordered lunch to be delivered to my daughter's teacher on the Chopt website. I did not order via Door Dash. I ordered through Chopt. Chopt uses Door Dash as a third party, but still needs to hold themselves accountable to folks who order through them directly. A good business would refund the customer when the order was not completed. Teacher's lunch hour is over, she went without lunch today because this order was not delivered. Door Dash will not refund the order because I ordered through Chopt. The Chopt manager says they will not refund the order because it was not their fault, but Door Dash's. I did not order through Door Dash, I entrusted Chopt. The manager ( I apologize if she isn't the manager and simply fibbed that she was) should be fired immediately for screaming at a customer in the middle of the store. I will never order from Chopt or Door Dash again. read more

We used to love Chopt - great food, creative menus, online ordering, etc. What's not to love? But when I visited the Buckhead location yesterday I encounter three Chopt employees without face coverings, including one of the two hovering over the food preparation area with her nose uncovered. The corporate website says the right things about COVID-19 precautions, but the reality in the Buckhead store is nothing like what is described. If the employees do not wear masks it makes me wonder if they wash their hands. I left without ordering and will not be back - it is not worth the risk. read more

I've been to Chopt a handful of times and every time the experience has been great! The food is awesome and always fresh and the employees are very helpful especially when I wasn't sure what I wanted. They're always very kind and upbeat too. My whole family loves this place (even my little brother, who hates healthy food), and we recommend it to everyone. read more

Had lunch here yesterday. I ordered the Mexicali Vegan. The server asked if wanted all ingredients and I agreed with the exception of changing the salad dressing. Eating the salad proved to be challenging as it was too hot for me. My nose was running and my voice literally changed I was so affected by the heat. I told an employee who looked to me be management about my issue. I felt bad about reporting this as I ordered the salad and said leave all ingredients in the salad. He figured out it was the peppers and he said let's remake your salad. He brought the new salad sans the peppers back to me. It was delicious. I believe his name was Jovani. I'm sorry if I have the name incorrect. I had an experience the day before picking up an order that was promised and not ready when I arrived. This company did not offer to call me when ready or try to apply any customer service. Just said "Sorry about that". Today's salad was a replacement (so to speak) from an issue that I recently had at another location. A customer service rep took care of my issue for me. My favorite is the Cobb Salad and today's was perfection. The perfect amount of chicken, dressing, all of the other toppings. It was chopped to the perfect size. I ordered it a little over an hour ahead, while I exercised, and it was ready 15 minutes early which worked out perfectly for me! This is my favorite location of the three in Atlanta. I was excited about having a salad place closer. Even hoped it would be like Upbeet... very disappointing. The quality that should be priority especially with produce is simply not there. The avocado was browning and the cucumbers were yellowed. The bar itself that they were using to make the salad was not very appealing. The employees are uneducated On pricing and product. The salad was made and looked thrown together. Will try to tell you that it's better to build your own salad in order to charge you per addition to your salad. I love salads and Chopt, so this is typically a weekend spot for us. There is a wide assortment of salad toppings and dressing so you can never get tired of the same old thing. There's a really long wait during lunch time, which is to be expected. They do offer an app that you can order ahead, and that is super convenient. I'm a fan of big salads and sadly my fav place (Salad Express) is up in Alpharetta. Salata is close to Buckhead but they have weird hours. Fresh to Order is also in Buckhead but can be tough to get to/park, esp. when Piedmont & Peachtree back up with traffic. Therefore, Chopt is a good addition to the Buckhead area. Prices are what you expect for a large salad. I paid $8.50 for a make-your-own salad plus $2 to add 1/2 avocado. If you add protein, the price goes up. I typically expect to pay $10-$14 for big entree sized salads intown so this is in keeping with the area. I think it's weird that you have to pay another $1 to get a mixed salad v. pure kale, romaine, etc. Suggestions: download the Chopt app to accrue points. Once you spend $100 you get $10 off. The app says "Order Ahead" which implies you can only take advantage of the points by ordering ahead v. going inside to order but the staff told me that's not true -- it can be either type of purchase. Another suggestion is to get Honey Mustard dressing. They literally have 6 dressings that are "southwest" themed, yet no love for the Honey Mustard. All in all, a healthy, quick serve salad option. While the food is pricey but good, the company is a MAJOR plastic polluter! MAJOR! The staff automatically reach for plastic bowls when asking for an order. The reusable bowls are almost never available when I arrive. The dining area is filled with eat-in customers eating salads from plastic bowls (why?) and the trash cans outside are FILLED with plastic bowls (when there's (allegedly) "Recycling" available inside. [Let's not even start with the myth of plastic recycling!]. The staff look at me mystified when I say, "I need to start with a reusable bowl for my salad." This is terribly wrong! read more
