I ordered two entrées on October 13, 2025 to go and and they forgot to put one of my items in the bag. I didn't realize it until I got home so I had to drive back. At the time I ordered it wasn't even busy so I don't know how they could've missed putting all of my food items in the bag. When I came back, it still wasn't busy so when I had asked about my missing items they still had it off to the side and I was able to grab it immediately. I asked if I was able to be compensated for having to come back and pick up my missing items but they couldn't even do that. Stay away from this business! read more

Was never a huge fan of this place but it does its job! I normally don't get their siopao but when my mom brings it home very rarely, it's pretty good. Especially reheated for the rest of the week. I normally get their red bean sesame balls (buchi) and siomai honestly. I'm never in the mood for anything else. Their Thai tea is always a disappointment but I get it anyway, even with their boba which is also not very great. The chewy texture is lacking and the Thai tea itself tastes way too sweet (maybe too much cream or needs stronger brew). I've had their chow Mein and garlic chicken before and they are just okay. It was just the right size to chase away my pangs of hunger. I loved it. It is very reasonably priced as well. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. This is a popular fast food chain in the Philippines that serves fried chicken with Filipino and Chinese-inspired dishes. The chicken meals are generous platters. The FRIED CHICKEN and GARLIC CHICKEN are crispy, but sometimes dry and overdone. Side option of LUMPIANG SHANGHAI (egg rolls) is standard. Chow mein is decent, but fried rice is horribly bland. By far, the best dim sum choices are also available to-go, frozen and in bulk quantities, easily reheated in the microwave. ASADO SIOPAO are steamed buns with sweetened pork filling. SIOMAI are offered fried or steamed, but the latter is highly preferred. Service is generally friendly, but wait can sometimes be lengthy. Person taking my order did not repeat back the order I gave her. And I have to say, I didn't ask her to repeat. After I got the bill, that's when I saw that we had a misunderstanding. I'm thinking, never mind, I'll give the extra food to my kids. When I got home, I have the wrong amount of food. I know it's my fault I didn't check but I was the first but I was in a rush to get out and I was the only customer there!!!!! My order number was 1! It's not worth it for me to drive back and get the siopao they missed. Never really had a pleasant experience here, but I'm specifically writing about the chicken they have. If you're looking for fried chicken swimming in oil, this is the place. My parents came home with two buckets of chicken. At first I was excited because food! Duh! But after eating one, I felt disgusted. It was probably the oiliest fried chicken I have ever had in my life. Fast forward to a couple of weeks after and the bucket of chicken was still in the fridge. 5 STARS for the fried chicken. Their menu used to have a 3 piece chicken with rice and your choice of pancit or Filipino spaghetti and a soda. Now, that's no longer on the menu, but you can ask the cashier. It's about $6 or so. Not 100% on the price. The cashiers are always suuuuuuper nice, and courteous. "O po" and "Ma'am" will be heard at least 100 times during your transaction. I haven't tried anything else on their menu. So my rating is solely based on the fried chicken which I think surpasses Jollybee's Chicken Joy. Their halo-halo is pretty good. Kind of pricy. Really 3.5 stars, but closer to 4 than 3. Service was friendlier, better, and faster than any other Chow King location that we've been to. This location is located inside Seafood City along with other Filipino places like Valerios and Goldilocks. There are plenty of tables available to sit down at and eat. The food is as good as the other branches we've visited. The tapsilog with bangus combination is my wife's favorite dish to order. I like the other breakfast choices and the fried chicken. read more

Older cashier had the worst customer service and other younger person who seemed to be the trainer was equally poor at people skills. Came here to try their Halo Halo. I was pleased, it's so yummy! But yes, they do put a lot of ice... Well rather a large chunk that was UNBREAKABLE! My boyfriend said it's nothing compared to the Halo Halo in Manila, but it's decent. It's in a Filipino supermarket so it was nice to shop around after.
