Siam Cuisine, is a Thai restaurant on Balboa Boulevard in Granada Hills. When we walked in, the chairs were stacked on tables and there were signs that read, "To Go Only". So we ordered three items from their menu. One of the new items was the Fried Wontons with Cream Cheese. These triangular deep fried crisp pieces had a good amount of soft and delicious cream cheese that were perfectly prepared. It was an instant hit. A superb appetizer. The yellow curry had more potato than chicken. Finally, the Stir Fried Filet of Fish with Ginger. This was an attractive and colorful presentation (see my photo), with an abundance of celery, had flavor, but could have been better if it had a thicker sauce. The lady who took the to go order was very courteous, with a friendly and positive attitude. When we were rung up, I noticed that there was no ask or place for a tip. She just said it would take 15-20 minutes. I replied that we were going to sit in the car and be back. She asked where the car was and said she would bring the food to us. When she did and I offered her a cash tip, she refused to accept it, saying there was no need (did I hear this right?). I insisted and forced her to take it. Upon accepting the cash, she folded her hands and bowed down and thanked me in traditional Thai style. How lovely to deal with such nice people. I was taken aback and more than impressed. These are the kind of un greedy people who really deserve a tip. What amazing service.

My boyfriend and I found this little gem a while ago and may I say the food is always fresh and taste super super yummy. The Thai tea is honestly to die for!! The lady that runs the places is super cute and super sweet they're always efficient and everything's always quick and easy and made to order honestly think this spot is a gem that more people should eat at! Honestly, I crave the Thai tea all the time I love coming here, especially when I'm craving this type of food.

Picking up some take-out. Note: This is a takeout only place at this time.

Decided to stop in to try this place because I was looking for an affordable healthy option, and maybe even some vegetarian options. This spot is family owned, and run, and is a takeout only spot at this time. The owners are friendly, and quick. I walked in, reviewed the menu, ordered, and was out with my order in 10 minutes or less. I decided to grab a Thai tea, fried tofu with sweet & sour sauce with crushed peanuts, and Woon-Sen salad with glass noodles, chicken, shrimp, lettuce, mint, with spicy lime dressing. The portions were generous and food was tasty! I can't wait to return to try their Pad Thai! Come support this family-owned business! Note: There's ample parking, and the signage closest to the street says "Thai Food", not "Siam Cuisine,"; I ended up having to make a u-turn on San Fernando!

Very friendly, I walk in and immediately I am greeted and the woman smiles. I can't wait to feast my teeth into my meal. To go only. - Food review: My Drunkin Noodles weren't spicy at all. I definitely could see and taste the chicken. Good size pieces and plenty of noodles. The other ingredients all tasted fresh. - I don't believe I will return here but I think it's a solid 3 star place. The parking lot is crowded.

I'm Laotian myself so it's always nice to support a small business like this. When we came during the evening, they had a lot of parking in the plaza so I just parked in the front of the restaurant. They were getting their windows tinted so there were works doing some work in the dining room. The restaurant was also busy too so it took like maybe 10 minutes to get seated. We started off with water, my wife with her Thai Tea and she also wanted the egg rolls. After our waitress brought it out, my wife ordered the chicken pho and I got the boat noodle. Our food didn't take long to come out, my wife chicken pho came out first and then my boat noodle came like 5 minutes afterwards. You get a great portion of noodles and meat on both soup. I had to ask for lemon for my wife since they didn't one to the table and also for the Sriracha sauce. I thought the boat noodle was delicious here and my wife loved her chicken pho. The service was good, remember that there only two waitress here so I would say just be understanding especially if they are busy.

We were so hungry for Thai food and ordered about 3-4 items. Spoiler alert, we could not finish everything but it was all so good and delicious!!! I complemented my meal with a small Thai iced tea and it had a great blend with strong taste of their condensed milk. The plates were all so delicious and so good. I wanted beef jerky, a dish I always order from thai restaurants but I couldn't find it on the menu. Luckily there was such a thing when I ordered!!! The beef jerky was chewy and not super hard when I bit it. The meat was good quality, it was a bit like steak to be honest!!! The fried rice was also just regular order but it was so tasty, buttery, and yummy. I loved the honey roasted ribs because it was so tender and flavorful. The panang curry was also super super good. I don't usually enjoy curry like that because it gets too spicy but the mild level was perfect for my taste buds and so good and creamy with the chicken we ordered for it. The white rice it came with would be doused with the curry sauce/stew and it would just be an amazing combo of flavors!!!! I would definitely recommend this spot, and would be excited to come back here for more for even hangouts with friends.

Wide window to view what's happening in the kitchen for tables near the front entrance. Good overall Thai food. 4- stars

Make sure you order online on weekends, because this place is packed. I found this place when i was…read morespecifically looking for kai jiew (thai omelette? scrambled eggs?). I love the crispy edges of kai jiew, really can't get enough of it. This place has two kinds though: thai omelette (which looks like a common omelette but with ground meat inside and a brown sauce), and scrambled eggs (which looks like the 'thai omelette' that i've known from other thai places). Kai jiew / kai jeaw / khai jiao / kai jiaw (scrambled eggs) -- if you like those fluffy, crispy fried eggs that are mostly called thai omelette at other places, this is the one you want. They're not as crispy, but still fluffy and full of flavor. They're a bit pricey though, which i find a little weird since this is normally one of the cheapest dishes at most thai places. Thai omelette -- this egg dish is one i've only seen at this place. It's more like egg foo young than the thai omelette that i know. Still flavorful though. Crab fried rice -- one of the best! It might not be as full of crab aroma, but this is the only place where i found a balance in fried rice as both an entree and a side dish. Usually fried rice is either flavorful enough to be an entree, or slightly bland and best as a side. But Khun Dang's is the perfect middle ground: flavorful enough as an entree, but not so strong that it overpowers your main dish if you decide to eat it as a side. Chicken fried wonton -- nicely crispy, such a joy to bite into! Thai ice tea -- not bad, pretty okay. Not too sweet, and not the "packaged mix" kind. Thai ice coffee -- strong, reminds me of vietnamese coffee (in all the good ways). Service was warm and friendly. Got my order in half an hour, which is pretty good considering they were packed for sunday lunch. The place is nice for hanging out and chatting when it's not packed, but even when it is, the tables aren't arranged too tightly. The price point is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and portions reflect it.
