Dr. Wilson is the best. He does not take insurance but will provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance company. Dr. Wilson is fast, efficient funny. He always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for a new optometrist there is nobody better. I wear contacts and glasses. The exam is only $89 additionally he often provides me free samples of contacts and solution. Most importantly Dr. Wilson is honest and really seems to care about his clients. You can then take your prescription next-door to the eyeglass factory which has the lowest prices on glasses compared to anybody in the area. Dr. Wilson is awesome due to two main reasons: - Quick - Efficient I don't like straight up chilling for 30 minutes in an office environment, especially during a pandemic - with that being said he performed my eye exam quickly but STILL took the extra few minutes to ensure I was happy between eye readings (not sure what the correct term is). We had no appointment and no idea what to expect going in, but we walked in and Dr. Wilson was immediately attentive to us. He was working with a patient, so he advised us to find a frame next door and he'd call us. We had time to find the frames we wanted, and the doctor came right on time. It's like a dr. visit and a show; bring your smile! Dr. Wilson is great, for the price and his personality, you really can't beat it. I usually loathe going to the eye dr, which is probably why it's taken me so long to get the glasses I knew I needed, but he made it so painless. He even corrected me when I wasn't sure I was reading the chart right (ie which lens is better) I had been picking ones that seemed sharper, but were still straining my eyes, which is why other attempts at glasses had failed. Well, I first went in January this year, and I'm still using my glasses, everyday. In fact, i can't function properly without them! I can't believe it took me this long. I was crying today when I accidentally split my contact in half. They were my last pair! I'm leaving to go on a trip next week and was told by target they could not fill my prescription until I got a new eye exam. I went here and he took me in right away for an exam! I love coming here and the eye doctor is hilarious! I told him I was crying when I sow one contact broke and he joked that I shouldn't cry when my contact breaks.....on the other hand If my football team lost that's a good reason to cry!
