Krystal is very talented, smart, and understands that keeping the original tooth is so important! I had previously went to Orange Smile Dentist and received HORRIBLE work. Fillings over-filled, sharp edges every time, unnecessary root canal/crown recommendations; NOT HERE! Dr. Krystal is SO professional and TRULY listens to your complaints and concerns. Just after my consultation I felt reassured that she wasn't going to do anything over-the-top to be able to bill insurance more. Conservative care is what all dentists should strive for! I value my natural smile. I don't want extra whitening, etc. Just a healthy, happy smile that looks like ME and MY teeth! The office is small and a bit older, but that shouldn't determine a dentists skill. I have had some REALLY bad experiences with dentists. I went to Krystal becasue I needed a crown and insurance wouldn't cover it. I have high anxiety with the dentist but I made the appointment and she came in on a Saturday to accommodate me. Her office is in an older building and very simple. It was very clean, and she greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. She did all the prep work and ordered the crown. It came in a day earier than expected, and she finished the job not charging a penny more than I was quoted. The crown looks beautiful and natural. I made another appointment to have a bridge looked at. I have had problems with it and it never seemed right since the day I got it, but the last two dentists I went to took an xray said it was fine and sent me on my way. (I believe it is becasue it wasn't covered by denti-cal and they didn't think it would be worth it for them to dig in and find out the cause of my pain) Well..... Krystal listened to me and low and behold the teeth underneath are bady decayed (Because of the shoddy job when it was made in the first place and no one actually looking into my complaint). I am in the process of getting it all fixed now....And it IS a process. Krystal has called personally to check in on me and make sure Im ok. Who even does that any more? She is an amazing dentist and a genuinely good human. I want to scream it from the rooftops. I want everyone to go to her (After Im all done with my major work because I want her focusing on me right now lol! )But really.... I don't give out good reviews if they aren't deserved, and Im quick to leave a bad one.... Give her a try. You will NOT be disappointed. read more

Dr. Krystal is such an excellent dentist. She is so gentle and careful. She knows her stuff and goes over every detail. She shows you the X-rays and also pictures and explains all the options and suggests what she thinks is the best solution. She tells you exactly what she is doing every step of the way and makes sure you are not feeling any pain. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work and she totally understood and helped me through it. Best of all she does an incredible job. I'm so happy with the work she has done on my teeth so far. I still have a few things that need to be done and she knew I could only handle a little at a time so I will be back a few more times to complete my treatment plan.
