I went in for an emergency check-up because I was having a really bad toothache, and I had such a great experience with the whole team! Right when I arrived, they took me to the back immediately. Shawna, the dental assistant, was so nice and informative. She made sure I was comfortable and doing okay while taking X-rays of the tooth that was bothering me. Dr. Padia came in right away to check everything out and referred me to an endodontist who was able to see me that same day. The whole team was really on top of everything. They got my paperwork and referral taken care of quickly, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. Christiana helped me at checkout and clearly broke down everything that was done and what I needed to pay. Even though I had to be referred to an endodontist because it ended up being a bigger issue, I would definitely come back here for my regular cleanings and check-ups. Yesterday I was at the office for the first time. I had an appointment with Dr. Do, and Susanna was assisting. The reason for the visit was to check on my teeth and evaluate what treatment I need. I was unhappy with the dentist I was going to for past 4 yrs, and my friend recommended Dr. Do. I'm happy that I decided to give Dr. Do a chance. Everyone in the office was very nice, professional and showing care. The X-rays and scan of my teeth were done, Dr. Do did oral examination of my teeth and explained everything very clearly. She was very nice, friendly and honest about the treatment I need. She saved me from getting unnecessary treatment at my other dentist office, treatment that would be painful and expensive!!! I'm so disappointed that there are dentist out there who don't care what's the best for the patient and lie just to make more money by providing unnecessary treatments. With Dr. Do I don't have to worry about that issue, as her honesty is very important and valuable to me, and I'm looking forward to seeing her as often as needed without having any doubts in the back of my head. Dr. Do is my Dentist and she is so knowledgeable. She is also very warm and kind. The kind of thing you really come to LOVE about a Dentist's office. Now, the staff. The staff are amazing to put it simply. You're greeted by Cynthia at the front desk and she is incredibly nice. The entire staff have these perfect teeth and it's a whole vibe. I have been to many a dentist in my adult life and Smiles 4 OC outshines them all with ease. This office employs professional, caring and skilled staff. Lisa, my primary hygienist is #1. She works on me, my wife and from time to time my kids. We all love her care. I verbally thank her and the staff for taking care of me when I go visit. Dr. Tim, Dr. Rolfes' son is also just a really nice young man. There's also another Doctor but his name escapes me as I write this review but rest assured he's a pleasure as well. All my appointments are always punctual. Dr. Do utilizes the latest in technology. Each year, when I go back for regular appointments, they seem to advance yet again in leading edge technology and equipment. This office utilizes multiple laser treatments, and in the rare case where I needed a cavity repaired, there was no need for needles or a numb lip, making it a completely painless (and quick) procedure.
