I grew up on King Ranch Chicken Casserole as a child. So I was thrilled to have a macaroni with those delicious flavors. For a little history, that particular casserole emerged in the 1950s as a convenient, post-World War II Tex-Mex comfort food. Despite its name, it has no actual ties to Texas's famous King Ranch; instead, it is a creative, canned-soup-based casserole inspired by the Mexican dish chilaquiles. I am ususally underwhelmed by macaroni and cheese but this was the best. The macaroni shape was unusual and the closest I could find online was called "Radiator" because the similarity in shape to a radiator. It held the sauce perfectly though.
