At the end, I realized I had not tried the tortillas. We all know how good tortillas can be the cherry on the top. I loved them. They were a bit fluffy which is the way I prefer them. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so make sure you get there before they close. Food was also served rather quickly.

The standout was the Cinco sausage. It was hands down the best sausage I've ever had. The flavor, texture, and balance of the peppers and cheese were incredible.
