The first thing that hit as we entered the store was the smell of waffle cones! Wife immediately said we need to get waffle cones. Friendly young folks helped with samples and order. Got a cone to share with salted brown sugar & wife always chooses coffee. Both were delicious, creamy, superb quality, and very easy to digest, lol! Even my kid who usually doesn't eat regular ice cream went for the waffle cone with a cookie flavor and he ate it all by himself and loved it! He did not eat any other ice cream during spring break, and he still wants to have this sheep milk ice cream again. Something about sheep milk is just gentler on the body. Should have bought the kid Negranti again on the way down from Paso, when passing thru SLO. Oh well, if don't come back to Paso, maybe will have to get him if we ever go to Phoenix, AZ since I found a location there of all places! If can set up all the way in Arizona, please bring this down to the LA/OC area! Better yet, sell it in the markets, so I can pick it up in Walmart to keep my kid happy!!!

It felt a little strange during such a busy hour, but thankfully the food made up for it. In short, one of the better bakery and café experiences we had in the area.

Christine was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, making everything easy and stress-free. She perfectly matched the cake to the tasting we had, and it was exactly what we envisioned for my best friend's 35th birthday celebration. I gave my husband a 60th birthday party at the Eberle Winery catered by Cass Catering. Although desserts were being provided by the caterer, I needed a specialty cake that was to be more of a joke than a dessert. I was a little afraid to ask as my request was for the cake to be in a shape that was not in especially good taste. Well, Christine had a great sense of humor and was not at all offended by my request. She did an excellent job of recreating what I asked for and delivered it to the Eberle Winery in time for the party. Oh and the extra bonus - it was absolutely delicious! Christine made the cake for our daughter's wedding and we were so pleased with it! Not only was it beautiful, but it was absolutely delicious! Christine was so professional from the moment we met her and when she delivered the wedding cake, she set it up and even put the flowers on that our florist provided. Even with the heat, the cake stayed up beautifully and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend her and will be using Christine's Cake Creations for all of our future cake needs. read more
