Kristy, the receptionist, was so helpful and reassuring when we called in our panic. She quickly arranged for Mike to come out to help us and made the whole process stress-free. Mike arrived at our house within 45 minutes of our late-night call (at 10:30 pm!). Despite not having worked with us before, he treated us like loyal customers. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part, and even stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The service was professional, fast, and extremely reasonably priced--especially for an emergency call so late at night. Both Kristy and Mike went above and beyond to take care of us. Cunningham quoted me significantly lower than other companies and the workers were great. I recently had them come back to do a repair on my thermostat, and while they were here we discovered an issue with my heating system. Will and Rob came and were quick and very friendly. The tech wrote on the invoice that they would be back in 2 days. That day came and nobody reached out or showed up so I called the office. I didn't hear back for almost 2 hours and I was told they were actually coming the following day. I waited again and Chris said IF he gets to me, it would be late in the day. Again, nobody showed up or contacted me. Meanwhile, I was emptying buckets of water every few hours and could not be away from my house long in case the buckets filled up. The next day I called a competitor and they came within a few hours. I'm really disappointed in the lack of communication. If you didn't want to do the work or couldn't get to it, you could have just told me.

I wish every service company operated like Napolitano Heating and Air Conditioning.  I have a 7…read moreyear old Navien tankless water heater that was beginning to worry me.  Some of the parts on the manifold became corroded and I got nervous traveling on vacation with the concern I'd come home to a flooded basement.  Navien stopped manufacturing the manifold. How a 7 year old part can be considered obsolete, doesn't speak well of Navien, but that's another issue. I was told by a prior Navien certified plumber that I should replace the unit for 10k or he could try to custom build the manifold, however the plumber didn't exude the confidence that Mike did and his quote was also a lot higher than Napolitano's.  Once hired, Mike was a man on a mission.  He not only rebuilt the manifold, he made it look easy (trust me it was not) and on top of this, he was meticulous, kind and patient.  Prior to leaving he noticed a problem on my baseboard bleeders and replaced them for a nominal fee. My heater is working like a charm, I am very pleased. I trust Mike implicitly with heating and air conditioning systems, he's done a couple of repairs on my aging system always for a fair price.

Called again that night they came the next day sent the same guy was there for another couple hours nothing at all was fixed told me I needed a new pot for 400 and something dollars he charged me another $500 when he's the one who didn't fix it the day before. They ripped me off of $1100 and never fixed the problem they suck I would never go to them again. Do not call this company.

Being new home owners we tried everything to get our heat to kick in. We even had another company come prior to Jen Air and they only resolved one issue. We continued to have issues with no heat. We contacted Jen air and Josh was sent over to assist. Not only did he walk us through what we needed to do for maintenance but he doubled check everything before he left. Fast forward a few months in, I noticed a leak coming from my office ceiling fan. We reached out to Jen Air again and requested Josh. He showed up, on time and resolved the issues. No more leaks, pipes were sealed and I can run my air conditioning without being nervous that I'd damage my ceiling. Thank you again to Josh for being knowledgeable and professional. With each visit by my local HVAC outfit things were continuing to spiral out of control. Each guy they sent to solve whatever the problem was appeared as if it was their very first service call. Yes that's right, on the job training experimenting with my $12,000 almost brand new 3 year old state of the art computerized Mitsubishi! Finally, I had enough!! I began searching for a new HVAC company. I remembered that my family had been using Comfort Control in East Northport N.Y., but was told that normally they would not travel to Nassau County. I called and spoke with Samantha. I explained what I had been dealing with for well over a week and that I really needed help. She said since my family were longtime customers they would come over and have a look. The next day a gentlemen named Anthony showed up. I explained what had previously been done which included bypassing Mitsubishi's internal water pump and jury-rigging the computer board to force the fan to blow warm air even though the unit had shut itself down. Anthony got on the phone with Mitsubishi and began to attempt to first undo the damage which had been done. He was calm, professional and courteous and explained to me he'd get to the bottom of this. After about 2 hours he did just that!! He then began to troubleshoot what the real problem was. This didn't take much time as he discovered a clogged drain pipe and explained one of the first things any company should look for is just that!! He then blew the drain pipe clean using pressurized air. So for well over a week I was sweating my ass off because the local idiots couldn't think to try that first along with charging me hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, which I did get back thanks to a comprehensive report that Anthony wrote up for me to show them. I will always remember and be grateful that Comfort Control bailed me out of a very frustrating situation. Fast forward to Tuesday Aug 25, 2020 and my Mitsubishi shut down for the first time since back in 2018. Called the local outfit and insisted they send one of their two senior technicians. On Friday Aug 28, 2020 they responded and were not quite sure what exactly was going on however they were able to get the unit working again. I got right on the phone with Samantha and explained that I really do not have much confidence in the locals and could she send someone over to give me a second opinion. She said if the unit shuts down again she would do her best to accommodate me. I want to emphasize that over approximately a 40-year period I have used more than a half-dozen HVAC businesses in my area and discovered the hard way that each one is worse than the next and that finding a really good one is nearly impossible. Comfort Control is just that. I cannot say enough good things about Samantha, her father Bill, and Anthony. Besides all that they are just very nice folks who have helped myself and my family with all sorts of referrals having nothing to do with heating and cooling. Unfortunately for me they only serve Suffolk County, NY.
