We wanted to have show my sister and her husband the mansion, have drinks at Jamie's wine bar and enjoy the sunset however we couldn't due to a private event so we had some appetizers at the couch of the patio at Christopher's instead. It is not the comfortable place to eat as you have to constantly reach forward to get the food at a very low coffee table. You are better off having reservations so you can sit at a table. Service was very professional and precise although the drinks took way too long to come out. When they finally did they were all well crafted. The duck fat fries were outrageously tasty, the only problem was that the aioli was rancid. We should have said something - at first I thought it was the flavor of saffron giving it the off note, my sister was correct it really was rancid. The tiny and I mean tiny (maybe 1" long!) tartare tacos were very flavorful with just enough seasoning (Dijon mustard etc) to accent the flavor of the beef. the tiny taco shells were very delicate. The sliders had really good beefy flavor anda nice roasted tomato topping. The best dish (aside from the amazing duck fat fries!) were the tenderloin skewers. Extremely tender with a sauce that was very intensely flavored and went great with the fries! A very high end appetizer experience. Probably not worth the price for most folks.

Kicking of vacation with the absolute best of the best. The tasting menu happens to be the perfect amount / price for a midweek dinner and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The ambiance is of course incredible - beautiful views, moody lighting, excellent staff (with spectacular recommendations), thoughtful touches like silverware drawers hidden in the table. The service was the best I've ever experienced - compliments to the chef, we loved our waitress and everyone who helped our table, honestly everyone made the experience exceptional!

If Michelin was to give out stars in Arizona (they don't), this would be 3-star ... has to be all around one of finest complete dining experiences in the country. I rate it up there with French Laundry in Napa for attention to detail in every element of the experience. It starts with the drive up to Christophers. As you wind up higher and higher, you get a feel for the stunning view you'll have at the top. The valet staff had been told to look out for me because of my service dog Luna. They greeted me by name and directed me up to the waiting maitre'd who seated us at on outside table with plenty of room around it for Luna. We did the 8-course chef's tasting menu paired with wines. All I can say is every course was just a delight for the senses in terms of its artistic beauty, taste, and uniqueness of presentation. My head is still reeling from the experience. The pace of service is just right ... no one is rushing you to finish so they can get another party in your seat. Every dish is presented by the servers with complete knowledge about its ingredients and preparation. Our sommelier was brilliant and and her knowledge was extensive. She had paired stunning wines with each course ... some of the best I've ever had. Even the physical table has been curated for maximum diner enjoyment. Each outside table has a light with a heater built into the center of it. Perfect lighting for an evening meal in a temp controlled environment that delivered nice even heat around the table. Each diners spot has a small drawer just to the right of the seat that includes all utensils for the meal. And OMG, the view is breathtaking. Get a reservation about 15-20 minutes before sunset. It'll almost have you crying. I'm definitely going back and siting inside, which I've heard is a stunning experience as well. This is as special an event as you want to make it, but should be on every Yelp Elite's bucket list. The tasting menu experience is $275 pp and the wine pairings are an additional $250 pp. Worth every penny.

Ptobably one of the nicest restaurants I have been to. The food was incredible, especially the Liberty Farm Duck. From the views, drinks, food, to all the staff, it was perfection. Will definitely be back.

A fairytale come true! I've always wanted to dine at this historical mansion and I finally got the chance to celebrate my birthday here. Beautiful scenery, beautiful setting, just BEAUTIFUL all around. Our food was well prepared and flavorful, our drinks were strong, and our table was perfectly situated in the restaurant. They made sure to pay special attention to my birthday!

I wanted a special restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday. I have to say Christopher's went above and beyond to make that night, an evening neither of us will forget. The restaurant itself is beautiful. There is not a bad seat in the house; the views are amazing. The server's are attentive and make you feel welcomed. Christopher even stopped by our table. The food was amazing and the presentation was, with every course, stunning. I highly recommend Christopher's, if you want a truly memorable

Was looking for a bougie dinner while I was in Pheonix for a conference and this place definitely hit the spot. I found it on Yelp and since it was only a 6 minute ride away, I made a reservation and headed over here. Reservation was not difficult to get, which was nice. As I walked in I was greated quickly by the staff and taken to the counter (which was what I reserved). They offered to take my coat and have me a stool for my purse. I was also offered still or sparkling water, which is always a nice touch. Waitress came over quickly and gave me some delicious food suggestions. I tried the escargot, the tacos, the lamb skewers, fries and the chocolate tower. I also ordered a lovers lane to drink. Everything was delicious, only complaint was that I got too full and wanted to try more. This place is on a large hill, the view was amazing. Great picture opportunity. If I lived in Phoenix, I would def come here!

This was one of the most memorable and stunning experiences I have had. It was on my bucket list to eat a meal prepared by chef Christopher Gross, specifically in this setting, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance and setting of the environment paired very well with everything that was offered - you can tell how meticulously curated the architecture and design were to create the experience you will have here; you're not just eating, your experiencing with your eyes and other senses. It's mysterious, dark, and moody, the low ceilings clad with blackened metal, the view superb. The service was top-tier as well. I'm already aching to go back.

We had an AMAZING time at Christopher's. Of course it's pricey but the restaurant is beautiful with amazing views and everything was super delicious and unique. It wasn't just great food but also a fun experience trying all the different things in unusual forms, including lots of surprises throughout the night! The wagyu steak was so delicious, it's the only time in my life I've experienced literally being sad to eat the last bite. I now truly know what it means to savor your food. Thanks, Christopher!

Wow, I was so impressed by this restaurant. I have been to other comparable really nice restaurants in the area and this was my favorite. I came here with some friends for my birthday. The first thing I noticed was the view - the reviews were not wrong when they mention that this restaurant has a great view! It is located on a hill, so there is a good view of the mountains and city below. There are a lot of windows in the restaurant (and in the bathroom too!). We went for an early dinner (5:30), which was the perfect time to appreciate the sunset. What I loved is that there were so many little unexpected surprises that made the meal special. Our waitress made us a welcome cocktail when the meal started. We ordered the prix fixe menu without wine pairing and were even given a welcome glass of champagne at the beginning of the meal! There is a secret drawer built into the tables where you will find the silverware for the meal. The first course (amuse bouche) came out very artistically presented. We were given small sculptures that were models of the chef's hand. In the palm of the hand was a beignet. The surprise was that if you lifted up the hand, there was a bed of caviar on top of a silky uni-infused panna cotta. The rest of the meal was equally amazing. It included lobster, foie gras, melt in your mouth wagyu, etc. The meal finished with a beautiful passion fruit geometric cube tart and they lit a sparkler instead of a candle for me. The meal was expensive but totally worth the splurge for a special occasion. We were given goodie bags at the door when we left with bread, water, and chocolate inside.

This place was incredible from the point I pulled up to the point I was walking out of the door to go home. My wife was out of town for a girls weekend so I decided last minute to squeeze into their last slot for their tasting menu as a "treat yo self" !! Parking- there is no real parking lot since you drive up a steep hill but there is complimentary valet. As this was a solo man date i decided to take my motorcycle out and since people dont valet motorcycles the guy at the valet was totally cool with me parking right in front. now ill be honest, im not usually the one to go to dinner by myself let alone an 8 course meal! LOLLL but when i walked in they instantly greeted me and asked if i was the 1 top. attention to who is on the reservations is not as common as most think. the whole staff made me feel super welcomed and not rushed. everyone was so attentive and knowledgable about every ingredient in every dish. The menu constantly changes from my understanding. The food was so freaking bomb! Not only the taste, the presentation and thought that went behind every dish. The night was full of surprises! I would tell more about these surprises but I don't want to ruin it for your visit!! I was given a welcome cocktail when I sat down, wasn't my fave but I'm a tequila and whiskey guy tbh. But still appreciated it. It was delicious!!! The caviar and also the apps at the beginning were all so good! It started with cold dishes mainly fish. I was surprised by the skate which I don't think I've had before. The bread and the butter they served were BOMB also! The Japanese wagyu.... sweet Jesus mother of lawdddd! SO FREAKING GOOD! The duck DELICIOUS! The deserts...PHENOMENAL!! And again, the STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY!!! Disclaimer: a lot of dishes had cheese in it. I like everything but if you don't like cheese, just a heads up. The server asked about any allergies prior to the meal. My wife has a dairy sensitivity so I wonder if that's the case, they may adjust the menu to help with allergies. I've seen this be the common practice at other tastings I've been to. The view is beautiful and that night it was lightening in the distance and it was beautiful sitting by the window. When the meal was all over, they gave a GOODIE BAG!! I'm sure this is for everyone, but it makes you feel special and like it was such an experience! They sent you home with some more chocolates, some bread, water, and a few other things. Overall this place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back! The chef tasting is 275 per person and they have a few add ons like wine pairing for additional cost.

How much per person for tasting menu?

It was around $280 per person for us to do the courses out dinner and then the wine pairing added another $180 I think. It's worth it though... super fun experience and the food was beautifully plated and delicious.

Can you accommodate a lemon( citric acid and citrate on label) allergy? I'm not allergic to any other form of natural citric acid in fresh tomatoes or other citrus.

Please email frontdesk@wrigleymansion for your specific question. Thank you.

The service was stellar from the get-go, and we were quickly seated and tended to. The coffee was flavorful and yet not overly sweet, which paired great once our savory meal arrived. The duck fat hashbrowns are out of this world and I wish these could be my breakfast more often. The crispy exterior pairs so well with the delicate and gooey interior. Not to mention the sauce it is paired with is amazing. We split the French dip and eggs Benedict which was more than enough food for two. We followed up the meal with sticky toffee pudding which brought the whole experience to a perfect closing. Our server was attentive and helpful in terms of providing suggestions on pairings. I wasn't sure how full it was going to be so I made a reservation online for 11:45 am. FYI we did our own self parking outside the garage but we found parking can get validated here. It wasn't too full and we got seated right away. The inside is beautiful and elegant. Service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive. I started off with the pressed juice, Parisian Cure: Carrot, Apple, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon. It was so good! That is usually my to go to blend of fruits and veggies for a pressed juice. Very natural tasting and perfect. 5/5. You can take these to go which I will in the future. Fair price too compared to other places. My partner has the L'orange martini: Park VS. Apricot Liqueur, Cointreau, Lemon, Orange Oil. He found it strong (but that's the nature of martinis), flavorful and refreshing. He enjoyed it 5/5. Next up we shared the French onion soup and Caesar salad and they were made into our own individual portions. French onion soup wax to die for! By far my favorite onion soup I've had. 5/5 The Caesar salad called the, cacio e Pepe Caesar was simple but perfect. Dressing wasn't too peppery and great in flavor. I was worried about the croutons being more crumbled but it still added the perfect crunch. 5/5 Next up, main dish: steak frites. Amaaaazing! We've been on a mission to look for a yummy steak frites and everywhere we've been we have been disappointed (flavor off, sauce terrible, temperature of meat over or under cooked, steak quality not good, fries unimpressive). HOWEVER that was not the case here! EVERYTHING was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfect. Flavor was simple yet enough. The quality of the steak was good for what it was. Got the classic fries and they were beautifully made with crisp crunchy outside and soft inside. Salty but not too salty fries that hit perfect with every bite. Looooooved! 5/5 I came in with skepticism but left with happy stomach and heart! This place definitely lived up to the hype. Happy we came. I would love to check out the coffee/matcha in the future. I also would love to find back to check out the dinner since we loved it so much. What a great experience. Definitely recommend!

The cozy, intimate comfort of what used to be Coup des Tartes blended seamlessly with the deep, peaceful, gentle "love" you felt from House of Tricks into one calm, warm, easy spot. Farish House is a real, soul-warming experience across the board. The service, care, comfort, ambience, food, value and clear love they put into everything make Farish House our new favorite place. We walked through the front gate, up onto the front porch and inside where we took one of three small tables in the cozy front salon of this soul-warming 1899 French Bistro. *Food: we started with a bottle of Australian Cab. Shockingly good. And not crazy expensive, especially on Thursday when bottles are 30% off, it was an amazing deal. Turns out, the owner, Greg, was in the wine distribution business for several decades, curating wine programs for top Valley restaurants, so he really knows his stuff and their vast wine selection is amazing. We were offered a basket of truffle popcorn, mmm, salty, crunchy, and rich. We ordered the Chef's Selection Charcuterie and Warm Noble Baguette & Marinated Olives to get started. Both were beautifully curated, balanced, and incredibly high quality. The flavors and textures blended perfectly. with cheeses broken from large wheels, rather than cut and sliced, house-made pickled grapes, unique and unusual ingredients, smokey meats, compound butters, just awesome! We then moved into one of the cozy dining rooms and ordered the slow roasted Peposo Short Ribs and fingerling potatoes pan fried in duck fat served with Moroccan spiced aioli. Both were rich, warm and delicious. For dessert, and yes we thought we'd explode from all this food, we ordered a massive slice of bread pudding, some of the best I've ever had, rich, gooey and incredible. Along with that we ordered a beautiful Espresso Martini and an off-menu banana cream martini. Their drinks are not "poured" or mixed here, they're balanced and expertly crafted. This is French Bistro comfort food at its finest and it's unmistakeable. *Service: it just doesn't get better. Everyone working there is "family". And that's how they make you feel; like family, cared for, wanted, welcomed. Service isn't a choreographed masterpiece, no tuxedos, cloths draped over arms, napkins frantically re-folded when you step away, dishes served and cleared in unison. No, it's relaxed, warm, friendly, kind, like being at your grandmothers house and knowing you're surrounded by people who care. Met Greg and Katherine, the owners, and their daughter Alexandra and several other "family" members taking care of us. Their appreciation for your presence is unmistakable. *Ambience: it's just plain comfy, cozy, easy, relaxed, warm, deep, gentle, worn (in a good way), wise, and calm, that's the best I can describe it. Hard wood floors, cozy rooms, soft, warm lighting. It's a non-pretentious, French bistro that feels like the home of a favorite grandma or great aunt living in a warm family cottage in the outskirts of Paris. *Value: it's perfect. It's not ridiculously expensive like Kai, Brinkley's, Cafe Monarch, Christopher's, or French Laundry where you go, "okay, that was fun but we'll only do this very occasionally/rarely and it's probably worth it, but dang that was pricey!" No, Farish House is 100% value to experience, not cheap, but not overpriced, the balance is just right. It's a place you can go often, and we will. Yes, our meal with apps, drinks and dessert, some on happy hour and the Thursday wine special, was around $200. I'd happily say this experience was worth every penny. *Overall: I can't recommend Farish House highly enough. Parking is on the street or in a nearby lot, and that's a downtown thing. There's a small lot in back. The food, ambience, service, quality, and experience were stellar. I wish I could rate them 6 stars instead of just 5. I have been to New Orleans many times where they make fantastic bread pudding. The Farish House bread pudding can stand up to the best of the bread pudding in New Orleans and that is saying a lot. If you are a foodie and like local family owned businesses, this is your spot. Since I am only visiting, I will not be here for their Saturday Tea Service! Thank you so much for providing me with another wonderfu and delicious memory of my Phoenix visit. As Arnold Schwarzenegger says "I'll be back!" Bob, the Farish House cat ‍ was a delightful "host" as well.

Dining on Feb 23rd, 2026…read more What a charming and cozy French cafe! This classy bistro is run by wife and husband, Noelle & Duc Liao. Noelle manages and buys for the business and Duc does all the cooking and baking. With Noelle spending 15 years residing in Paris, and Duc over 30 you can see their passion for French cuisine. My friend loved her lobster salad sandwich accompanied by a spring mix. I loved the French vinaigrette that came with my salad! It was lip smacking! I wish I could buy some to take home. With a variety of in house made pastries and baked goods, I'm eager to return for coffee time or dinner on Fridays or Saturdays evenings. BYOB if you care to have some liquor accompany your meal, hours 5-7 pm. Plenty of free parking in this strip mall. The genuine cheerful service is refreshing as is the Paris influenced interior decor. Employees were gracious and didn't even make us feel rushed even when we realized it was 20 mins past their posted operating hours. I've heard that three quarters of their business is from returning customers. I too, will become one of them!

(I did not. I ordered a full breakfast and a waffle like an adult with priorities.) I went around 9:15am on a Wednesday--only a few tables were occupied, and the staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations, and the food came out fast. Inside is dialed in with chandeliers, French-y posters and photos everywhere, and a pastry case with tarts, pastries, and cheesecake that basically dares you to behave. The croissant was the star... fresh, flaky, light, buttery... exactly what you want. The egg was cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted into it almost like a mini omelette (loved that). My only hiccup was the "bacon." It leaned more limp pork belly than crispy bacon and had a distinct smoke flavor that wasn't the traditional hardwood/hickory vibe I'm used to. Also... because the cheese and egg are fused together, it's basically impossible to pick the bacon out once it's in there. Next time I'd order it without bacon or ask for it on the side and make it crispy. It came with a side salad, which is not what I expected with breakfast, but it was actually great, fresh spring mix and a delicious dressing with a subtle sweet undertone. There were also hash browns with a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior, exactly the texture you hope for I just wish there were more of them! Because I have no self-control around French cafes, I also ordered the Belgian waffle with fruit and whipped cream. The waffle was warm and tasty, more tender/soft than crispy, and I ended up preferring it to the 'scrape the roof of your mouth' style that most restaurants serve up. The whipped cream tasted freshly whipped and the fruit selection was generous. My only critique: I'd skip the granulated sugar on top. The waffle is sweet enough already, and biting into sugar crystals isn't my favorite texture. For a drink I tried the blueberry lavender matcha. It had crushed blueberries in it, but the matcha flavor was pretty mild and the lavender got lost. I also would've liked a touch more sweetness from the syrup but overall it drank a bit "soft" and subtle. Bottom line... really cool little spot with friendly service, quick food, and a pastry case that will absolutely ruin any plan you had to "just eat light." I'll be back but next time I'm customizing that croissant sandwich and letting the pastries talk me into bad decisions.

We recently enjoyed a leisurely lunch on the patio by the fountain, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect, relaxed and charming. Every time we come in the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We always book a couple of weeks in advance to secure our favorite corner booth which offers privacy and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Aside from the great service and romantic ambiance, Zinc's food is superb! Admittedly, we have our favorites and we always start with a dozen Oysters and usually go with the server's recommendation. This time we added a caviar bump, which took this delectable appetizer to another level. For our main course, we both prefer a filet with the au poivre sauce and seared foie gras. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate souffle. This is without a doubt one of our favorite meals and something we look forward to every year.

Service includes petit croissants that were warmed just right, there is a decent wine list. Not too cramped, touches of French country styling for the ambience. We ordered the boeuf borguignon, steak frites and a salad of tomatoes and mozzarella. The steak, though sliced thinner than the usual chunk, came as ordered at medium well with ample au poivre sauce and well seasoned fries. The boeuf borg was fork tender, a little heavy on the wine but perfect nonetheless. All dishes were perfect in terms of portions (not too small), the finesse and the flavor profiles tempered just right. After 6 hours of driving from LA to Phoenix and another 2 hours looking at houses, this was the perfect early dinner. The service was professionally pleasant and unobtrusive. To top it all, we declined dessert but they sent us complementary pots de crème and a small slice of cake and it was excellent. One must go, and more often. If I had time I would go for another meal of foies gras and coq au vin and a side of trout. And then there's still the restaurant to try. Oh my.

It would have been nice if our server had mentioned the price of the Dover dole on the specials menu. While we knew it would be expensive, $70 (before tax and tip) seems a little high for eating in a bistro. The room looked very dated and plain, but, as I said, the food was excellent. At the same time, I don't think it's a very good value for the money. A couple of glasses of wine and two entrées were over $300 with tax and tip. Pricey, to be overlooking a parking lot! We won't be going back to the Bistro.
