I hope this review reaches the right people but I went in on Friday around 5pm it was sort of busy but nothing to crazy and I ordered 40 tacos for an event I was going to because I have been here before and love the food. I was first helped out by a man named Juan and once I ordered 30 tacos I saw in his face he was shocked you know I completely understand I would be too if I worked there but then he turns to some lady and begins talking bad about me in Spanish and I know I may not look like I speak Spanish but it's actually my first language and I understood every single word that came out of his mouth and that is extremely unprofessional to do while at work. I understand if you get stressed and maybe overwhelmed but talking about a customer to his face is extremely unacceptable to do EVER. The employee named Logan and Diego told me his name is Juan and they were amazing at finishing the rest of my food. I wish I could pick who my tip goes to cause it really does suck to see that my credit card tips are having to go to that man as well. I wish I could rate this place better I have had some amazing experiences here in the past and I have even placed numerous of catering orders here for events at my place of work but honestly after being treated this way I will definitely have to start looking for a new place to get my catering orders from. I think there definitely needs to be some new training done in this place i have seen a couple new faces within the past months and everytime when it comes to these new people it hasn't been the most pleasant experience but nothing can top how horrible my experience with Juan was on Friday. I went to Chronic Tacos this morning and was completely horrified by the way I was spoken to by the staff. I attempted to ask some Hispanic lady how big the quesadillas are and was ignored so I asked again and she just stared at me and said nothing so some Hispanic guy came up to me and said "can't you see she doesn't speak English why are you bugging her" I have no issue with someone not speaking English but no need to be rude when I was being respectful the entire time. After that he kept staring at me while I was eating and made me so uncomfortable I had to leave and eat outside of Starbucks. This older lady named terry did apologize for their behavior and told me his names was Juan. Horrible customer service. After placing an order on a Saturday for pickup for the following Wednesday and spending shy of $200 dollars points didn't get added to my account. While picking up my order I spoke with the manager Jorge in regards to why my points hadn't to been applied to my account he said he would resolve my issue.He took my name and phone number and said that he would have my points applied to my account within 24hrs. Keep in mind that it's almost $20 dollars worth of points.Its now been (8) days and still No Point, also after reaching out to support page @ (apployalty@chronictacos.com)and emailed them they never replied back even though it's states we shall get back to you shortly.Very disappointing I will Never go back to that establishment Ever again read more

Just came in for dinner and the food was alright carnitas were extremely salty but the chicken and fish were good. I am giving a 3 star review today because of how great the customer service at this location is. I did catch the cashiers name cause I overheard her coworker say it but her name was Bailey and the boy she was working with didnt catch his name but they were both so amazing and sweet, it was my first time so I had lots of questions and they answered everything perfectly, well I did ask about calories and they weren't sure but they did try to find out and that's all that matters. Came in yesterday afternoon this man a very short Latino he was wearing a chronic tacos polo so I assume he is apart of management he was very aggressive and rude to me when I would ask simple questions. I heard the way he would speak to the employees and he would say a curse word every other word and I find that so unprofessional to do especially in front of customers like who does that. I simply asked him what the Spanish rice is made with and he very visibly rolled his eyes at me and started shouting the ingredients.
