The best chronic taco location out there! Their food never misses and they have fun extras on the menu that you don't find at the other franchise locations. Their portions are a great size and the food is very flavorful. I tried the churro ice cream this time around and it was great! We got an order of the mini churros, and an order of the churro loop with soft serve ice cream. And it was really small in terms of size and thickness. The soft serve was delicious, the place was clean and the staff was nice. It's quick and easy, order at the counter, and you can watch them make your food. Take your food to the beach or if you're lucky you can eat inside but there is limited seating. Main reasons why I did not give a 1 star for this experience. Haven't been here in 2 years due to my last experience of them serving small portions and cleanliness. I came in yesterday for a burrito. Once again, small portions and lack of cleanliness. I had to ask him to add more beans and rice to my burrito. Even when I asked for guac and chips, he filled the guac half way. I had to ask him if he can fill it to the top and he still didn't. The food set up did not look clean and organized. The food products are really exposed which probably led to me having a stomach ache yesterday. This morning, my stomach still does not feel well. It feels heavy. Once again, I believe it's all about the staff. I never had complaints about the Irvine location. There staff keeps the food station clean and organized. They are always nice and talkative. And they greet you with a smile. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I really want them to do well and this feedback could help. read more
