It feels cheapened and more bare somehow. There was no plant based milk for my husband at the beverage station. The oat milk was completely empty and the station was messy. It was over 50% ice and had such a scant amount of matcha I'd be hard to tell it was in there drinking the beverage blind folded. 100% do not recommend. I texted him, and he texted back apologizing, admitting he delivered to the wrong address. He said he would contact DoorDash and tell them to credit the account. I followed up with a call to DoorDash customer support. I explained the situation but was having difficulty understanding the representative due to her accent. I asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold saying SHE would explain to the manager what happened. The manager came on the line for a brief moment, saying she was declining our refund, didn't care we never got the food, and said her decision was final. I would suggest your establishment stop using DoorDash as they do not reflect well on your establishment and don't care about your customers.
